本发明涉及婴幼儿配方奶粉,具体涉及一种添加模拟母乳功能性成分的婴幼儿配方绵羊奶粉。其方案含有如下重量份配比的成分:全脂绵羊乳2200‑3000份,绵羊脱盐乳清粉50‑220份,乳糖200‑320份,植物油80‑140份,低聚果糖10‑14份、低聚半乳糖19‑26份、神经节苷脂2‑4份,DHA(二十二碳六烯酸)3.5‑5份、ARA(花生四烯酸)4.5‑8.5份、维生素4‑6份、矿物质10‑13份。本发明所添加的神经节苷脂与脑黄金组合(DHA和ARA)具有协同作用,在大脑迅速发育的关键时期,可使婴幼儿有效吸收,支持大脑结构和功能的发育。

技术领域
本发明涉及配方奶粉,具体涉及一种添加模拟母乳功能性成分的婴幼儿配方绵羊奶粉。
背景技术
母乳是婴幼儿生长发育过程中首选的营养最完全,最安全的天然食物。母乳的成分主要可以分为两大类,一是营养性成分;二是功能性成分。营养性成分主要是指为人体提供能量,比如乳糖、脂肪和蛋白质;而功能性成分则是指调节人体免疫机能、参与某些组织的修复的成分,比如,免疫球蛋白、乳铁蛋白、低聚糖、神经节苷脂等。但目前母乳的喂养率只在35%左右,因此婴幼儿配方食品则是维持婴幼儿特殊时期生长发育的重要营养来源。现阶段婴幼儿配方食品在模拟母乳的研究上主要集中于蛋白质、脂肪的结构组成趋于母乳化,而对于功能性成分母乳化的研究则相对较少。对母乳成分生理功能特性的深入了解,有助于更加完善婴幼儿食品的研制。在制备婴幼儿配方食品时,不仅要考虑其营养功能,同时也应注重其所具有的生物学意义,这也是婴幼儿食品的一个重要的研究方向。
婴幼儿配方乳粉的发展是以科学为基础的从组成到功能模拟的研发历程,从最初的能量、营养素含量模拟到第二代添加DHA/AA促进神经系统/视力/认知发育,再到现阶段最多的模拟母乳添加结构脂OPO、益生菌+益生元促进肠道功能,提升免疫力的配方,都是主要集中于结构组成母乳化,而对功能性成分母乳化的研究则较少。
发明内容
本发明是采用绵羊乳为基础原料开发的新婴幼儿配方奶粉,其方案如下:
一种添加模拟母乳功能性成分的婴幼儿配方绵羊奶粉,含有如下重量份配比的成分:全脂绵羊乳2200-3000份,绵羊脱盐乳清粉50-220份,乳糖200-320份,植物油80-140份,低聚果糖10-14份、低聚半乳糖19-26 份、神经节苷脂2-4份,DHA(二十二碳六烯酸)3.5-5份、ARA(花生四烯酸)4.5-8.5份、维生素4-6份、矿物质10-13份。
本发明的另一优选方案是,一种添加模拟母乳功能性成分的婴幼儿配方绵羊奶粉,含有如下重量份配比的成分:全脂绵羊乳2500-2800份,绵羊脱盐乳清粉100-150份,乳糖240-280份,植物油100-120份,低聚果糖12-13份、低聚半乳糖20-24份、神经节苷脂3.5份,DHA(二十二碳六烯酸)4-4.5份、ARA(花生四烯酸)5-7份、维生素4-6份、矿物质11-12份。
本发明的另一优选方案是,一种添加模拟母乳功能性成分的婴幼儿配方绵羊奶粉,含有如下重量份配比的成分:全全脂绵羊乳2650-2750 份,绵羊脱盐乳清粉110-130份,乳糖250-270份,植物油105-115份,低聚果糖12-13份、低聚半乳糖21-23份、神经节苷脂3.5份,DHA(二十二碳六烯酸)4-4.5份、ARA(花生四烯酸)5-7份、维生素4-6份、矿物质11-12份。
本发明的另一优选方案是,一种添加模拟母乳功能性成分的婴幼儿配方绵羊奶粉,含有如下重量份配比的成分:全脂绵羊乳2700份,绵羊脱盐乳清粉120份,乳糖260份,植物油110份,低聚果糖12.5份、低聚半乳糖22份、神经节苷脂3.5份,DHA(二十二碳六烯酸)4.5份、 ARA(花生四烯酸)6份、维生素5份、矿物质11.5份。
本发明的另一优选方案是,所述维生素为以下成分混合而成:L-抗坏血酸钠、肌醇、dl-α-醋酸生育酚、醋酸维生素A、烟酰胺、D-泛酸钙、胆钙化醇、氰钴胺、植物甲萘醌、盐酸硫胺素、核黄素、盐酸吡哆醇、叶酸、D-生物素、牛磺酸、叶黄素、氯化胆碱、L-肉碱、核苷酸,
本发明的另一优选方案是,维生素各组分的重量份比例为, 48.95:2.48:3.21:0.15:0.69:0.49:0.003:0.05:0.38:0.11:1.44:0.15 :0.24:0.02:7.96:0.88:25.22:0.98:5.83。
本发明的另一优选方案是,所述矿物质由以下成分混合而成:矿物质预混料:柠檬酸钠、碳酸钙、柠檬酸钾、磷酸三钙、氯化钾、硫酸镁、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠、硫酸铜、硫酸锰、碘化钾。
本发明的另一优选方案是,所述矿物质里各成分的重量配比为: 22.7:25.5:1.9:1.2:37.1:7.8:2.3:0.94:0.09:0.71:0.033: 0.017。
新鲜的绵羊奶与母乳中的营养成分组成及构成比例还是存在一定差距,因此对绵羊奶配方要求较高,如何通过调节各组分的配比来使绵羊奶易于吸收并且满足宝宝营养和成长需求一直是业内的难题,本发明根据宝宝的生长发育特点,将功能性成分母乳化,专门研制了营养成分和功能更加接近母乳,易消化吸收,特别添加了脑部营养因子神经节苷脂等重要营养物质的以全绵羊乳为基础的婴幼儿配方绵羊奶粉,该产品融合了易消化的绵羊奶和丰富的营养成分,以满足婴幼儿在不同阶段的生长发育的营养需求。
(1)本发明是提供一种婴幼儿配方绵羊奶粉,以全绵羊乳配方结合添加脑部营养因子神经节苷脂,使得该配方乳粉在营养和功能成分组成上更接近母乳,营养丰富,易于消化吸收,满足婴幼儿特殊的营养需求。
(2)全绵羊乳配方,绵羊奶天然营养丰富,易于消化吸收(绵羊奶脂肪球颗粒小,中短链脂肪酸含量高,天然A2同类蛋白、天然含有乳铁蛋白、HMO,高含量乳钙及维生素B12、叶酸等)。
(3)本发明还特别添加了以下营养素:
DHA、ARA。利用DHA和ARA的比例组合,提供胎儿脑部发育的重要营养成分,保证婴幼儿的视力和神经系统发育。
(4)本发明所添加的神经节苷脂与脑黄金组合(DHA和ARA)具有协同作用,神经节苷脂和DHA、ARA共同参与大脑发育的一些关键过程,且大脑对这些营养素的需求与大脑发育的关键窗口期相契合,神经节苷脂与DHA、ARA共同参与的关键过程包括:脑细胞的生长发育;脑细胞连接的形成;神经髓鞘的形成。神经节苷脂是神经连接功能的关键。大脑的生长和成熟与神经节苷脂的增加有关。新生儿有1,000亿个没有连接的神经,当环境发生变化,如环境刺激和妈妈激发,越来越多的神经会发生连接,在关键期,高速的神经连接发生需要大量的神经节苷脂。神经连接有助于信息传递,从而加强学习力和记忆力;同时神经节苷脂还作用于神经连接两端的组成成分,因此,在脑细胞间电信号可从一端转换成化学信号,再从另一端转回电信号,确保连接已就绪,来接收信号、转换信号、再到下一个信号。
人体的脑部发育主要集中在胎儿和婴幼儿时期,新生宝宝脑重量仅有350-400克,大约是成人脑部重量的25%,而在3岁时大脑的发育将达到成人大小的80%。大脑的生长和发育贯穿着整个婴幼儿时期,且大脑的不同部分以不同的速度发育与成熟。孕期与婴幼儿期是大脑迅速生长和发育的时期,因为神经元在这个时期产生分叉,并发生连接形成网状结构,从而奠定学习和记忆的基础。本发明所添加的神经节苷脂与脑黄金组合(DHA和ARA)具有协同作用,在大脑迅速发育的关键时期,可使婴幼儿有效吸收,支持大脑结构和功能的发育。

一种添加模拟母乳功能性成分的婴幼儿配方绵羊奶粉,含有如下重量份配比的成分:

1.一种添加模拟母乳功能性成分的婴幼儿配方绵羊奶粉,其特征在于,含有如下重量份配比的成分:全脂绵羊乳2200-3000份,绵羊脱盐乳清粉50-220份,乳糖200-320份,植物油80-140份,低聚果糖10-14份、低聚半乳糖19-26份、神经节苷脂2-4份,DHA(二十二碳六烯酸)3.5-5份、ARA(花生四烯酸)4.5-8.5份、维生素4-6份、矿物质10-13份。
