Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of deodorizing sprays, and particularly relates to a deodorizing spray for shoes and socks and application thereof. The invention provides a footgear deodorization spray which is prepared by combining substances such as sodium dichloroisocyanurate, triethanolamine, propane, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, essence and the like, wherein the footgear deodorization spray comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 0.5-1% of sodium dichloroisocyanurate, 2-5% of triethanolamine, 1.5-13.5% of surfactant, 2-5% of foaming agent, 0.5-1% of essence and the balance of water. The invention mainly uses sodium dichloroisocyanurate and triethanolamine as sterilizing and antibacterial agents to act on cell membranes, cell walls, enzymes and the like of bacteria and fungi to destroy the growth and reproduction of the cells, thereby killing the bacteria and fundamentally solving the problems of peculiar smell and bacterial reproduction.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of deodorizing sprays, and particularly relates to a deodorizing spray for shoes and socks and application thereof.
Background
Foot odor is a common phenomenon, and more than 85% of people worldwide are plagued by foot odor according to statistics, and the generation of foot odor is always necessarily related to human body structure. The number of sweat glands in the arch of the foot is about 620 sweat glands/cm 2, and the same area of other parts of the body is only 143-339, and because the arch of the foot is more than sweat glands in other parts, when people have increased activities and are stuffy in weather, sweat can be secreted in a large quantity. The humidity and acid-base environment in the shoes after sweating provide a suitable environment for bacteria to grow and reproduce, and the necrotic horny layer of the skin provides enough nutrition for the bacteria, so that the bacteria can reproduce and decompose the horny protein in a large amount to form various metabolites and mix urea and lactic acid in sweat to generate bad odor.
Microorganisms growing in shoes after sweating mainly comprise escherichia coli, mould, fungi, candida albicans and the like, and the microorganisms not only cause the shoes and socks to continuously generate peculiar smell, but also damage foot health. Although the peculiar smell can be weakened by paying attention to foot cleaning and changing footwear, the problem is not solved from the origin, and only the sterilization and the inhibition of bacterial reproduction are realized, the deodorization can be thoroughly performed.
The deodorizing technology in the market at present is divided into physical, sensory, chemical and biological ones, and the biological deodorizing technology mainly uses the antibacterial agent to act on cell membranes, cell walls and enzymes of bacteria and fungi to destroy cell division and inhibit cell respiration and growth and reproduction, so as to kill bacteria.
Chinese patent publication No. CN106106439a discloses a spray agent for sterilization and deodorization of footwear, which is a spray agent capable of sterilization and deodorization formed by compounding triclosan, hydrogenated castor oil, a deodorant and essence, but the specific use effect of the composition is not described. The Chinese patent with publication number of CN106106439A discloses an odor removing agent, which has the functions of resisting bacteria and deodorizing by adding components such as chitosan, ginger, castor leaf, thymol and the like, but the action mechanism and the action effect of the odor removing agent are not described in detail.
Based on the technical problems, the application is urgently needed to develop a deodorizing product which has good sterilizing effect, can effectively remove peculiar smell, is safe and environment-friendly, and therefore, the aim of removing the peculiar smell and the stink of shoes and socks is fulfilled by combining substances such as sodium dichloroisocyanurate, triethanolamine, propane, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, essence and the like and designing the compound proportion.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention combines substances such as sodium dichloroisocyanurate, triethanolamine, propane, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, essence and the like, and aims to provide the footgear deodorizing spray, which mainly uses the sodium dichloroisocyanurate and the triethanolamine as sterilizing and antibacterial agents to act on multiple aspects such as cell membranes, cell walls, enzymes and the like of bacteria and fungi, and damages the growth and propagation of cells, thereby killing bacteria and fundamentally solving the problem of peculiar smell and bacterial propagation.
The invention also provides a method for deodorizing footwear by using the footwear deodorizing spray.
Based on the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
