Referring to fig. 13, the five-linked list feeding device 500 includes: the five-way single conveying channel 501 is provided with a single cutting mechanism 502, and the tail end of the five-way single conveying channel 501 is inclined upwards and is connected with the file pocket conveying channel 101. When the document bag passes through the station where the return sheet feeding device 400 is located, the return sheet motor 403 drives the return sheet suction nozzle 402 to move towards the document bag located in the document bag conveying channel 101, and after the return sheet suction nozzle 402 sucks the main plastic film bag, the return sheet suction nozzle 402 moves backwards to open the opening end of the plastic film bag, and then the return sheet printed in advance or directly printed by the printer is conveyed by the return sheet conveying channel 401, so that the return sheet is automatically placed in the plastic film bag. And since the return sheet conveying path 401 conveys the return sheet downward while the document pouch moves upward in the document pouch conveying path 101, it is more convenient to load the return sheet into the plastic film pouch.
Referring to fig. 15 to 21, the sealing device 700 includes: a packaging channel 701, wherein a front first side of the packaging channel 701 in the conveying direction is connected with the document feeding device 800, and a second side of the packaging channel 701 is connected with the turnover transition piece 104; the bag opening mechanism 710 is connected to the connection part of the document feeding device 800 and the packaging channel 701; the packaging channel 701 is provided with a pressing mechanism 720, a gluing mechanism 730 and a flanging mechanism 740 above the rear part in the conveying direction, the gluing mechanism 730 is arranged on the front end edge of the pressing mechanism 720, the flanging mechanism 740 and the pressing mechanism 720 are distributed on two sides of the packaging channel 701, and the flanging mechanism 740 and the bag opening mechanism 710 are arranged on the same side of the packaging channel 701. Wherein, the bag opening mechanism 710 is used for opening the opening of the document bag on the packaging channel 701, so that the document feeding device 800 can automatically load the document into the document bag; the pressing mechanism 720 is used for pressing and fixing a file bag filled with a file; the glue mechanism 730 is used for coating glue on the tongue of the document pocket containing the document; the edge folding mechanism 740 is used for folding and pasting the tongue coated with glue on the file pocket body; and the packaging channel 701 is further provided with a packaging pushing mechanism 750 for preventing the movement of the file pocket on the packaging channel 701 when the file pocket is filled with a document. The package pushing mechanism 750 includes: the pushing material packaging motor is used for driving the pushing material block to rotate and can be in a vertical state or a horizontal state, and before the file bags are conveyed onto the packaging channel 701 by the overturning transition piece 104, the pushing material packaging motor drives the pushing material block to be in a horizontal state so as to avoid the pushing material block from blocking the file bags to move. And after the file pocket is completely removed from the overturning transitional piece 104 and the overturning transitional piece 104 is rotated from the horizontal state to the vertical state, the pushing and packaging motor drives the pushing block to rotate to the vertical state, so that the pushing block is convenient to push the file pocket on the packaging channel 701 to move towards the file feeding device 800.
In this embodiment, the bag opening mechanism 710 includes: two groups of upper bag opening suction nozzles 711 and lower bag opening suction nozzles 712 which are distributed up and down, wherein the upper bag opening suction nozzles 711 are arranged above the second side of the packaging channel 701 and are connected through a bag opening driving piece 713, the bag opening driving piece 713 can control the upper bag opening suction nozzles 711 to move up and down, and the lower bag opening suction nozzles 712 are arranged in the packaging channel 701; when the document bag is positioned between the upper bag opening suction nozzle 711 and the lower bag opening suction nozzle 712, the document bag is sucked by the lower bag opening suction nozzle 712, and simultaneously the lower bag opening suction nozzle 712 is utilized to drive the upper bag opening suction nozzle 711 to descend, and the document bag is sucked by the upper bag opening suction nozzle 711 and then ascended to open the opening end of the document bag; at this time, the document feeding device 800 loads the document into the document pocket. Preferably, the bag opening driving piece 713 is further connected with a pressing rod 714, the pressing rod 714 is close to one side of the document feeding device 800, and the pressing rod 714 can be driven by the bag opening driving piece 713 to descend, so that the tongue of the document bag can be conveniently pressed downwards, and the upward tilting of the tongue is avoided to prevent the document from being filled in the document bag. Further, a certain gap exists between the document feeding device 800 and the sealing device 700, so that the pressing rod 714 can pass through downwards conveniently, a pressing wheel 715 which is rotatably arranged is arranged at the rear of the pressing rod 714, the pressing wheel 715 can press the top of the document when the document is filled into the document pocket, and the rotation arrangement is used for reducing friction between the document and the pressing wheel 715, so that the document is prevented from being tilted upwards and being filled into the document pocket conveniently.
The pressing mechanism 720 includes a pressing plate 721 and a pressing plate driving member 722, wherein the pressing plate 721 is located above the packaging channel 701, and the pressing plate driving member 722 is used for driving the pressing plate 721 to move up and down, so that when the document bag filled with documents moves below the pressing plate 721, the pressing plate 721 is driven by the pressing plate driving member 722 to move down, thereby realizing the fixation of the document bag.
The glue mechanism 730 includes: a gluing seat 731, wherein a gluing motor 732 is arranged on the gluing seat 731, an output shaft of the gluing motor 732 is connected with a packaging gluing nozzle 733 through a pendulum shaft, and a gluing water storage box 734 is arranged at the lower part of the gluing seat 731; the packaging glue nozzle 733 extends out from the edge of the pressing mechanism 720 and is arranged above the packaging channel 701; which is driven by a glue motor 732 to apply glue to the surface of the document pocket compressed by the platen 721. And the glue storage box 734 is filled with water, which can effectively ensure that the glue on the packaging glue nozzle 733 is kept in a wet state, so as to prevent the glue from being dried to affect the glue coating effect.
The hemming mechanism 740 includes: a flanging frame 741, wherein a flanging motor 742 is arranged on the flanging frame 741, the flanging motor 742 is respectively connected with a first flanging swing arm 743 and a second flanging swing arm 744 through a transmission shaft and a transmission wheel, the first flanging swing arm 743 is hinged with the bottom of the flanging plate 745, and the second flanging swing arm 744 is hinged with the middle of the flanging plate 745; the upper part of the edge folding plate 745 is provided with an edge folding pressure head 746 facing the packaging channel 701, and an adjusting groove 747 is arranged above the edge folding pressure head 746; when the document bag does not enter the station, the adjusting groove 747 is flush with the packaging channel 701 and is arranged at the outer side of the second side of the packaging channel 701, after the document bag enters the station, the tongue at the top of the document bag enters the adjusting groove 747, and the moving document bag is guided by the adjusting groove 747 so as to adjust the position of the document bag; when the document bag is pressed by the pressing mechanism 720 and the glue is applied by the glue applying mechanism 730, the folding motor 742 drives the folding press head 746 to rise upwards and press the pressing bar 748 on the second side edge of the packaging channel 701 after moving to the upper side of the packaging channel 701, and in the process, the folding press head 746 drives the tongue of the document bag to fold and press the tongue on the pressing bar 748, and the tongue is adhered on the document bag because the glue is already coated in the document bag.
The specific working procedure of the sealing device 700 in this embodiment is as follows: the inverting transition 104 feeds the document pouch into the encapsulation lane 701 from a front first side thereof in the conveyance direction, with the open end of the document pouch facing a second side of the encapsulation lane 701; then, the packaging pushing mechanism 750 is abutted with the bottom of the file pocket, so that the file pocket can be positioned, and the file pocket can be prevented from moving when the file pocket is filled in a document; then the opening end of the file bag is opened by the bag opening mechanism 710, and the file is filled into the file bag by the file feeding device 800; then, the file bag filled with the file is conveyed to the rear of the conveying direction of the packaging channel 701, and is positioned right below the pressing mechanism 720, then the file bag is pressed and fixed by the pressing mechanism 720, then a linear glue strip is coated on the tongue of the file bag by the gluing mechanism 730, and finally the tongue is folded and attached to the file bag body by the folding mechanism 740, so that the automatic sealing of the file bag is realized.

An automatic document packaging apparatus, comprising: the file bag conveying device comprises a file bag conveying channel vertically arranged on a horizontal plane, wherein the bottom of the file bag conveying channel is provided with a channel inlet end, the channel inlet end is connected with a file bag feeding device for storing file bags, the inner side of the file bag conveying channel is provided with a bearing sheet capable of moving along the file bag conveying channel, and the bearing sheet is used for driving the file bags to move upwards along the file bag conveying channel; the front side and the rear side of the file bag conveying channel are respectively provided with a return bill feeding device, a five-joint bill feeding device, a gluing device and a heat sealing device; the top of the file pocket conveying channel is connected with a turnover transition piece which can be turned over, and when the turnover transition piece is in a vertical state, the inlet part of the turnover transition piece is in butt joint with the top of the file pocket conveying channel; when the turnover transition piece is in a horizontal state, the outlet part of the turnover transition piece is connected with a sealing device, and the sealing device is connected with a document feeding device.

The automatic document packaging apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the return feeding device is provided on a front side of the document pouch conveying path, and the heat sealing device is provided above the return feeding device; the gluing device and the five-way single feeding device are arranged on the rear side of the file bag conveying channel, and the gluing device is arranged above the single returning feeding device.

The automatic document packaging device according to claim 2, wherein a pushing assembly is arranged at the rear side of the turnover transition piece, a pushing frame is arranged in the pushing assembly, a pushing transmission belt is arranged in the pushing frame, a pushing plate is fixed on the pushing transmission belt, the pushing plate movably penetrates through a guide rod of the pushing frame, a push rod extending forwards is arranged at the front end of the pushing plate, and when the turnover transition piece is in a horizontal state, the push rod extends into the turnover transition piece from an inlet part of the turnover transition piece.

The automatic document packaging device according to claim 3, wherein the carrying sheets are fixed on the sprocket assemblies, the number of the sprocket assemblies is two, the sprocket assemblies are respectively arranged on two inner sides of the document bag conveying channel, more than one carrying sheet is fixedly arranged on each sprocket assembly, and the two sprocket assemblies are connected through a synchronous wheel shaft.

The automatic document packaging apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the glue spreading device comprises: the gluing installation frame is hinged with a reversible gluing installation plate, a movable glue outlet nozzle is arranged at the bottom of the gluing installation plate, a water storage box is arranged at the bottom of the gluing installation frame, and the water storage box is arranged below the glue outlet nozzle.
