Abstract

Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a card envelope sealing bag packaging process for automatically packaging cards and envelopes.
Background
Card packaging refers to packaging of cards and the like with plastic films, and card packaging is in many forms. Some card packages require the card to be placed in a package with the envelope lying flat on top of the card, and some card packages require the card to be folded in half after packaging, the folded card not interfering with the envelope. The prior art is difficult to realize the packaging requirements, and most of the packaging requirements are manually carried out.

After the technical scheme is adopted, the card envelope folding and packaging device is simple in process, can realize high-speed bag folding and packaging of card envelopes, and meanwhile, the card cannot interfere with the envelope even if the card is folded in half.
Preferably, the pushing working face of the feeding hook is provided with an upper pushing groove and a lower pushing groove, when the card is placed on the feeding hook, the groove depth of the upper pushing groove is smaller than that of the lower pushing groove, when the envelope is placed on the feeding hook, the groove depth of the upper pushing groove is larger than that of the lower pushing groove, and the difference of the groove depths of the upper pushing groove and the lower pushing groove ensures that the right edge of the envelope does not exceed the middle folding line of the card. Through the design, the card and the envelope can be easily staggered left and right and can be accurately guaranteed through the simple pushing action of the feeding hook, and the process is simple.

The card envelope packaging process of claim 1 wherein the pusher face of the feed hook has an upper pusher slot and a lower pusher slot, the upper pusher slot having a smaller slot depth than the lower pusher slot when the card is in the up position, the upper pusher slot having a greater slot depth than the lower pusher slot when the envelope is in the up position, the upper and lower pusher slots having a slot depth that differs to ensure that the right edge of the envelope does not exceed the center fold line of the card.

The card envelope packaging process of claim 1 wherein a card feeder and an envelope feeder are provided alongside the card transport table, a barrier belt is provided on the card transport table, the card feeder is operative to feed cards onto the upper or lower deck of the card transport table for pushing by the barrier belt, and the envelope feeder is operative to feed envelopes onto the upper or lower deck of the card transport table for pushing by the barrier belt.
