Referring to fig. 15, 3, 4 and 16, the right side edge 5-1 of the top panel 5 presses down on the upper portion M of the inward cuff 1.1.1 on the right panel outer 1.1 (the upper portion M of the inward cuff 1.1.1 supports the right side edge 5-1 of the top panel 5); similarly, referring to FIGS. 3, 4 and 16, the left side edge 5-1 of the top panel 5 presses down on the upper portion of the outward and inward flange of the left panel.
As shown in fig. 10, the back plate 6 is a double-layer structure, the back plate 6 is composed of a back plate outer 6.1 and a back plate inner 6.2, a square tube 6.4 is adhered to the inner side surface of the back plate outer 6.1 (the square tube 6.4 plays a role in increasing strength), the left side and the right side of the back plate outer 6.1 are connected with two connecting plates 6.3, and the two connecting plates 6.3 are used for being connected with the left plate 4 and the right plate 2 (the connecting plate 6.3 on the right side is fixedly connected with a connecting hole in the right plate on the handle connecting groove 1.7 through a screw, and the connecting plate on the left side is fixedly connected with a connecting hole in the left plate on the handle connecting groove through a screw). The periphery of the outer 6.1 of the back plate is provided with an inward flange, the periphery of the inner 6.2 of the back plate is provided with an outward flange, the inner 6.2 of the back plate is buckled on the outer 6.1 of the back plate, and the inward flange of the outer 6.1 of the back plate and the outward flange of the periphery of the inner 6.2 of the back plate are overlapped and glued. The outer 6.1 of the back plate is provided with a plurality of concave parts 6.1.1, the inner 6.2 of the back plate is provided with a plurality of concave parts 6.2.1, the whole surface of the inner 6.2 of the back plate and the whole surface of the outer 6.1 of the back plate are bonded through glue, the bulges formed by the concave parts 6.2.1 of the inner 6.2 of the back plate are embedded into the concave parts 6.1.1 of the outer 6.1 of the back plate, and the concave parts are used for increasing the bonding surface and the reinforcing structure. The bottom of the rear plate 6.2 is provided with a splicing groove 6.5, and referring to fig. 15, the rear edge of the bottom plate 2 is inserted into the splicing groove 6.5. Referring to fig. 15 and 17, the rear side edge 5-3 of the top panel 5 presses down the upper side edge of the rear panel 6.
The composite plate is characterized in that the composite plate is made of a right plate outer 1.1, a right plate inner 1.2, a bottom plate inner 2.1, a bottom plate outer 2.2, a front plate 3, a left plate inner, a left plate outer, a top plate outer 5.1, a top plate inner 5.2, a back plate outer 6.1 and a back plate inner 6.2 through dies, and the materials of the right plate outer 1.1, the right plate inner 1.2, the bottom plate inner 2.1, the bottom plate outer 2.2, the front plate 3, the left plate inner, the left plate outer, the top plate outer 5.1, the top plate inner 5.2, the back plate outer 6.1 and the back plate inner 6.2 are all carbon fibers. The whole intensity, structure, function of driver's cabin all realize through carbon fiber material's the outer 1.1 of right side board, right side inboard 1.2, in the bottom plate 2.1, the outer 2.2 of bottom plate, front bezel 3, the left side inboard, the outer 5.1 of left side board, the outer 5.1 of roof, 5.2 in the roof, 6.1 outside the back plate, 6.2 in the back plate, the skeleton in every board, square pipe play supplementary reinforcing effect.
The cab has the advantages of light weight, novel and simple structure and low cost.

1. A carbon fiber cab is characterized by comprising a right plate, a bottom plate, a front plate, a left plate, a top plate and a rear plate;
the right plate comprises a right plate outer part and a right plate inner part, and the right plate outer part and the right plate inner part are made of carbon fibers; the right plate is provided with a cab door mounting window, a first rear window, a second rear window and a front window; the rear part outside the right plate is embedded into a square tube; the splicing structure comprises a right plate, a splicing groove, a vertical splicing surface, a horizontal splicing surface and a bulge, wherein the splicing groove is internally provided with a splicing square tube I and a splicing square tube II, the right plate is internally provided with a top plate splicing column I, a top plate splicing column II and a top plate splicing column III, the periphery outside the right plate is provided with an inward flange, the periphery inside the right plate is provided with an outward flange, the right plate is internally buckled inside the right plate, the inward flange outside the right plate and the outward flange inside the right plate are mutually lapped and glued, and a cavity structure is formed inside the right plate; the front part in the right plate is provided with a handle connecting edge, and the rear part in the right plate is provided with a handle connecting groove; a front plate plug connector is arranged in the right plate;
the left plate is symmetrical to the right plate, the left plate comprises a left plate outer part and a left plate inner part, and the left plate outer part and the left plate inner part are made of carbon fibers; the left plate is provided with a cab door mounting window, a first rear window, a second rear window and a front window; the rear part outside the left plate is embedded into a square tube; the left plate is internally provided with a splicing groove, a vertical binding surface, a horizontal binding surface and a bulge, the splicing groove in the left plate is connected with a first splicing square pipe and a second splicing square pipe, the left plate is internally provided with a first roof splicing column, a second roof splicing column and a third roof splicing column, the periphery outside the left plate is provided with an inward flange, the periphery inside the left plate is provided with an outward flange, the left plate is internally buckled inside the left plate, the inward flange outside the left plate and the outward flange inside the left plate are mutually lapped and glued, and a cavity structure is formed inside the left plate; the front part in the left plate is provided with a handle connecting edge, and the rear part in the left plate is provided with a handle connecting groove; a front plate plug connector is arranged in the left plate;
the bottom plate comprises a bottom plate inner part and a bottom plate outer part, a metal framework is connected to the bottom plate outer part, a left groove matched with a protrusion on a left plate in an inserting mode is arranged on the left side face of the bottom plate outer part, a right groove matched with the protrusion on a right plate in an inserting mode is arranged on the right side face of the bottom plate outer part, a rectangular window is arranged at the rear part of the bottom plate inner part, an outward flanging is arranged on the periphery of the bottom plate inner part, an inward flanging is arranged on the periphery of the bottom plate outer part, the bottom plate outer part is buckled in the bottom plate, and the inward flanging on the bottom plate outer part and the outward flanging in the bottom plate are mutually overlapped and glued; a rectangular groove is formed in the rear part outside the bottom plate, and a rectangular window in the bottom plate and the outside of the bottom plate are combined together to form a storage chamber; the rear part outside the bottom plate is embedded with a transverse square tube I and a transverse square tube; the bottom plate is provided with a rear right end part and a rear left end part; the right side in the bottom plate is provided with a right vertical edge and a right horizontal edge, and the left side in the bottom plate is provided with a left vertical edge and a right horizontal edge;
the rear right end part of the bottom plate is inserted into a splicing groove in the right plate, a first splicing square tube and a second splicing square tube in the right plate are respectively inserted into right ports of a first transverse square tube and a transverse square tube, and a right vertical edge and a right horizontal edge on the right side in the bottom plate are respectively abutted and attached to a vertical attaching surface and a horizontal attaching surface of the right plate; the rear left end part of the bottom plate is inserted into a splicing groove in the left plate, and a first splicing square tube and a second splicing square tube in the left plate are respectively inserted into left ports of a first transverse square tube and a transverse square tube; the left vertical edge and the left horizontal edge of the left side in the bottom plate are respectively abutted and attached to the vertical attaching surface and the horizontal attaching surface of the left plate;
the left side of the front plate is provided with a left handle connecting edge connected with the left plate, and the right side of the front plate is provided with a right handle connecting edge connected with the right plate; coating structural adhesive on the left connecting edge, then connecting the left connecting edge to the connecting edge on the front part of the left plate by using a bolt, coating the right connecting edge with the structural adhesive, and then connecting the right connecting edge to the connecting edge of the right plate by using the bolt; a cross beam is embedded in the top of the front plate, the left end of the cross beam extends out from the left side of the front plate, the right end of the cross beam extends out from the right side of the front plate, the left end of the cross beam is inserted into a front plate plug connector in the left plate, and the right end of the cross beam is inserted into a front plate plug connector in the right plate;
the top plate comprises a top plate outer part and a top plate inner part, a downward flanging is arranged around the top plate outer part, an upward flanging is arranged around the top plate inner part, the top plate outer part is buckled on the top plate inner part, and the downward flanging on the top plate outer part and the upward flanging on the top plate inner part are mutually overlapped and glued; the top in the top plate is connected with a square tube, and a groove is formed in the top plate; a right side inserting groove I, a right side inserting groove II and a right side inserting groove III are arranged on the right side in the top plate, and a left side inserting groove I, a left side inserting groove II and a left side inserting groove III are arranged on the left side in the top plate; a first top plate plug-in column, a second top plate plug-in column and a third top plate plug-in column in the right plate are respectively inserted into the first right plug-in groove, the second right plug-in groove and the third right plug-in groove; a first top plate plug-in column, a second top plate plug-in column and a third top plate plug-in column in the left plate are respectively inserted into a first left plug-in groove, a second left plug-in groove and a third left plug-in groove in the left side of the top plate; the right side edge of the top plate presses the upper part of the inward flanging outside the right plate; the left edge of the top plate presses the upper part of the inward flanging outside the left plate;
the rear plate comprises a rear plate outer part and a rear plate inner part, a square tube is adhered to the inner side surface of the rear plate outer part, the left side and the right side of the rear plate outer part are respectively connected with a left connecting plate and a right connecting plate, the right connecting plate is fixedly connected with the handle connecting groove in the right plate through screws, and the left connecting plate is fixedly connected with the handle connecting groove in the left plate through screws; the periphery of the outer side of the rear plate is provided with an inward flange, the inner periphery of the rear plate is provided with an outward flange, the rear plate is internally buckled on the outer side of the rear plate, and the inward flange of the outer side of the rear plate and the outward flange of the inner periphery of the rear plate are overlapped and glued; a plurality of concave parts are arranged outside the rear plate, a plurality of concave parts are arranged in the rear plate, the inside and the outside of the rear plate are bonded through glue, and a bulge formed by the concave parts in the rear plate is embedded in the concave parts outside the rear plate; the bottom in the rear plate is provided with a splicing groove, and the rear edge of the bottom plate is inserted into the splicing groove; the rear side edge of the top panel presses down the upper side edge of the rear panel.
