Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of UV photocuring auxiliary mechanical equipment, and relates to a UV raised oil paper product of an intaglio printing press, which comprises a common color ink layer, a gloss oil layer, a UV raised oil layer and a paper base layer, wherein the common color ink layer is coated on the paper base layer, the gloss oil layer is a transparent color ink connecting layer and is used for connecting the common color ink layer and the UV raised oil layer, and the UV raised oil layer initiates prepolymer to carry out polymerization and crosslinking grafting reaction under the irradiation of ultraviolet light, so that a three-dimensional reticular high-molecular polymer is cured in a short time to form a hardened film. The invention also relates to a manufacturing method of the UV embossed oiled paper product of the gravure printing machine. The method controls the fastness of the UV gravure embossed oil from the aspects of drying, temperature and humidity change, embossed oil plate depth influence, embossed oil curing degree and the like, has obvious effect, solves the problem of printing fastness of the UV embossed oil through the combination of common ink and UV ink on-line printing, reduces the cost, and improves the product quality and the production efficiency.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of UV (ultraviolet) photocuring auxiliary mechanical equipment, and particularly relates to a UV embossed oiled paper product of an intaglio printing press and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The intaglio printing is called intaglio printing for short, and is a direct printing method, and is characterized by that the ink on the surface of intaglio plate is scraped by means of ink-scraping knife, and the printing plate is contacted with printing material under a certain pressure, and the ink contained in recessed pit is directly printed on the printing material so as to implement printing. Aiming at the phenomenon that raised oil is not firm during uv printing of a single gravure press, the method mainly researches the reason that the raised oil is not firm in printing, analyzes the problems from the aspects of water-light drying condition, temperature and humidity change, the deep influence of a raised oil plate, the curing degree of the raised oil and the like, and finds out and solves the problems.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a UV embossed oil paper product of an intaglio printing machine and a using method thereof, which thoroughly solve the problem of insecurity of embossed oil and improve the product quality; off-line single concave-convex character oil is not required to be printed, so that the production cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved; the product procedures are reduced, the process precision control difficulty is reduced, and the input and output rate is improved.

Further, the common color ink layer is 1-5 color ink layers, preferably no more than 3 color ink layers.
Furthermore, the gloss oil layer is an aqueous gloss oil layer and has a prominent environmental protection effect. The gloss oil printing needs rapid drying, stable performance, high and low temperature resistance, good flatness, high and low temperature resistance and strong adhesive force, and the UV embossed oil is not easy to peel off after being printed.

a: printing a common color ink layer and a water-based gloss oil layer on a first 9 color group of a ten-color gravure press, after the water-based gloss oil layer is overprinted on the common color ink layer, drying the water-based gloss oil layer in an electric heating oven, wherein the engraving depth of the water-based gloss oil plate is 18-30 mu m, the water-based gloss oil diluting solvent (alcohol)/water =1/1, and the drying temperature of the oven is 110-;

a: printing a common color ink layer and a water-based gloss oil layer on a first 9 color set of a ten-color gravure press, after the water-based gloss oil layer is overprinted on the common color ink layer, drying the water-based gloss oil layer in an electric heating oven, wherein the engraving depth of a water-based gloss oil plate is 23 mu m, the water-based gloss oil diluting solvent (alcohol)/water =1/1, and the drying temperature of the oven is 120 ℃;
b: printing of a UV raised oil layer is completed in a No. 10 color group, the UV raised oil layer is overprinted on the surface of the water-based gloss oil layer to present a raised relief effect, the engraving depth of a UV raised oil plate is 40-80 mu m, the edges of raised oil lines are flush, and the angle of a scraper is less than 50 degrees when the raised oil is printed;
and C, finishing the working procedures of normal gold stamping, die cutting and packaging of the paper product.
And the UV raised oil curing degree is detected, the printing speed is prevented from being changed and the energy is prevented from being adjusted at will, and the power is required to be increased after the UV lamp is attenuated.
The temperature and humidity of the workshop are 22 ℃ and 55-65%. The machine speed is 160M/min.
