Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by the specific implementation mode in combination with the attached drawings.
Example 1
The manufacturing process of the three-dimensional crack and the concave grain in the embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, includes the following steps:
step A, ink-jet printing patterns on the upper surface of a base material 1 and curing to form a pattern layer 2;
step B, coating a transparent tension adjusting coating 3 on the pattern layer 2;
c, performing digital ink-jet printing on the tension adjusting coating 3 by using line ink in a region where the decorative plate is designed with three-dimensional cracks and/or concave lines, and then curing the line ink, wherein the tension adjusting coating 3 is not cured; the surface tension of the solidified line ink is lower than the liquid surface tension of the tension adjusting coating 3;
step D, coating a transparent UV coating 4 on the tension adjusting coating 3; the surface tension of the grain ink after being cured is lower than the liquid surface tension of the UV coating 4; the curing conditions of the grain ink are different from those of the tension adjusting coating 3, and the curing conditions of the tension adjusting coating 3 are the same as those of the UV coating 4;
and E, curing the tension adjusting coating 3 and the UV coating 4 to obtain the decorative plate with the surface provided with three-dimensional cracks and/or concave lines, as shown in figure 2.
According to the manufacturing process of the three-dimensional cracks and the concave patterns, the pattern ink is printed through digital ink jet, the surface tension of the pattern ink after being cured is lower than the liquid surface tension of the tension adjusting coating 3, and the liquid surface tension of the UV coating 4 is higher and the fluidity is very good, so that the tension adjusting coating 3 can form good adhesive force with the cured pattern ink and the UV coating 4 during curing in the step E, and separation is avoided; and E, separating the UV coating 4 at the periphery by the solidified grain ink during curing, so that cracks and/or concave grains for separating the UV coating 4 are formed at the interface of the UV coating 4 and the tension adjusting coating 3, the formed cracks and concave grains are three-dimensional, have high simulation degree and correspond to the patterns, the cracks and concave grains are prevented from being formed in an error region, the cracks and concave grains formed by digital ink-jet printing do not need to be subjected to plate making in advance, random grains can be printed, the cracks and concave grains are more stable and efficient to form, the grains of the cracks and concave grains can be completely randomly and randomly modified, the production efficiency is high, and the method is more suitable for industrial production.
Preferably, in the step B, the liquid surface tension of the tension adjusting coating 3 is 35-60 mN/m;
in the step C, the surface tension of the solidified line ink is 20-32 mN/m, and the surface tension of the solidified line ink is 3-40 mN/m lower than the liquid surface tension of the tension adjusting coating 3, and the preferred range is 15-28 mN/m;
in the step D, the liquid surface tension of the UV coating 4 is 25-40 mN/m, the viscosity of the UV coating 4 at 40 ℃ is 5-30 mPa · s, and the surface tension of the grain ink after being cured is 2-16 mN/m lower than the liquid surface tension of the UV coating 4.
The principle of crack and concave grain formation is that because the surface tension after curing is lower than the liquid surface tension of the tension adjusting coating 3, and the liquid surface tension of the UV coating 4 is higher and the fluidity is very good, the UV coating 4 can be separated from the place where the grain ink is printed due to the liquid flow and the local stress difference formed by the tension difference in the short time when the UV coating 4 is coated on the tension adjusting coating 3, the step E is immediately carried out to cure the tension adjusting coating 3 and the UV coating 4, so that cracks and/or concave grains for separating the UV coating 4 are formed, and the region of the tension adjusting coating 3 provided with the grain layer 5 is consistent with the region of the pattern layer 2 designed with three-dimensional cracks and/or concave grains, so that three-dimensional cracks and/or three-dimensional concave grains sunken to the interface of the UV coating 4 and the tension adjusting coating 3 are formed on the decorative board, the pattern lines are obviously concave.
The liquid surface tension of the tension adjusting coating 3 is preferably 40-50 mN/m, the surface tension of the grain ink after curing is preferably 24-28 mN/m, the liquid surface tension of the UV coating 4 is preferably 30-38 mN/m, and the viscosity of the UV coating 4 at 40 ℃ is preferably 7-20 mPa & s. The liquid surface tension is the surface tension of a liquid in a liquid state.
Preferably, in the step C, the grain ink is UV type ink, the grain ink is cured by irradiation of an LED-UV lamp, and the wavelength of light of the LED-UV lamp is 365-400 nm;
in step E, the tension adjusting coating 3 is UV type ink, and the tension adjusting coating 3 and the UV coating 4 are cured by irradiation of a mercury lamp or a potassium lamp at the same time.
The grain ink and the tensioning coat 3 are cured under different conditions so that the tensioning coat 3 remains liquid and does not cure as the grain ink cures, so that the UV coating 4 is applied with a flow stress differential to form cracks and/or pits. The tension adjusting coating 3 is cured by irradiation of a mercury lamp or a potassium lamp, and the curing rate of the tension adjusting coating 3 is less than 30% when the grain ink is cured by irradiation of an LED-UV lamp. The grain ink is the existing ink sold in the market, the tension adjusting coating 3 and the UV coating 4 are also existing, and the setting conditions of the tension adjusting coating and the UV coating are different as long as the parameter ranges are reached.
Preferably, the step B further includes performing a semi-curing process on the applied tension-adjusting coating 3. Step B, the tension adjusting coating 3 can be semi-cured to improve the adhesive force of the tension adjusting coating 3 to the solidified grain ink and prevent the grain ink from moving; it should be noted that, when the grain ink is cured in the step C, the tension adjusting coating 3 is still in a semi-cured state, and is cured together with the UV coating 4 into a fully cured state until the step E; in the step D, the cured grain ink of the semi-cured tension adjusting coating 3 still separates the surrounding UV coating 4 when the liquid UV coating 4 is coated, and the forming effect of cracks and concave grains is not affected.
Preferably, in the step B, the coating amount of the tension adjusting coating 3 is 3-20 g/m2
In the step D, the coating amount of the UV coating 4 is 30-220 g/m2

Namely, the required coating amount of the tension adjusting coating 3 per square meter is 3-20 g, preferably 5-12 g; the coating amount of the UV coating 4 is 30-220 g, preferably 50-100 g, per square meter. The coating thickness of the UV coating 4 is thus much greater than that of the tensioning coat 3 and the cured textured ink mass, avoiding affecting the flow of the UV coating 4 and reducing the stress difference, so as to form three-dimensional cracks and/or three-dimensional pits sunken to the interface of the UV coating 4 and the tensioning coat 3, with the pattern texture being significantly sunken.
The tension adjusting coating 3 is coated by roll coating, and the UV coating 3 is coated by roll coating, spray coating or curtain coating.
Preferably, in the step a, the ink for forming the pattern layer 2 is UV ink, weak solvent ink, aqueous ink or oil ink; the substrate 1 is one of an artificial board, a wood grain board, a PVC board, a PP board, a glass fiber board, a density board, a shaving board, a clamping board, a metal plate, a glass board and a door board.
