The outer surface of the knocking ball 8 is wrapped with a reinforced protective outer layer 14; when the knocking ball 8 hits the surface of the hollow oscillating column 7 during operation, the reinforcing and protecting outer layer 14 can protect the surface of the iron sheet layer 10, and the surface of the iron sheet layer 10 is effectively prevented from being scratched and abraded.
Example two
Referring to fig. 8, in a first comparative example, as another embodiment of the present invention, a weight block 15 is disposed inside the shaking block 12; the balancing weight 15 is arranged at the central position of the shaking block 12; when the shaking block 12 shakes in the knocking ball 8 during operation, the weight balancing block 15 can increase the weight of the shaking block 12, so that the effect of the shaking block 12 in knocking the inner wall of the knocking ball 8 is better, and meanwhile, the vibration amplitude generated by the metal elastic sheet 13 is larger and the duration is longer.
The theory of operation, at the during-process that filter material used, with the direction of first non-woven fabrics layer 1 to the air admission, and then when the air admission material is inside, through the antiviral bacteriostatic action of brown alga fucosan antibacterial layer 103, can handle virus germ etc. in the air, and then adsorb the peculiar smell in the air through active carbon filter layer 104, filter the macromolecular granule in the air through fiber filter layer 105, further handle germ and particulate matter etc. in the air through ceramic filter layer 106 at last, thereby can make air purification equipment's treatment effect better, the electrically conductive filler through the inside packing of antistatic layer 102 simultaneously, can make the static on material surface still less, the effectual static that has reduced adsorbs dust on every side, lead to the condition that the material surface becomes dirty to appear.
When starting the pressfitting machine to carry out the pressfitting to the material, can make flattening roller 6 at first with the contact of material central point, and then continue the in-process of pushing down, can promote 5 extrusion torsional springs of arc connecting rod, and then make 6 inseparable laminating of flattening roller on the surface of material, roll the material flat, and then after pressfitting board 3 and material contact, accessible electric heating wire 301 melts the hot melt adhesive, it is fixed to paste the material, make the material shaping, roll the material through the subassembly that flattens, use electric heating wire 301 to carry out bonding process's structural design to the material, realized reducing the function of the possibility that the condition such as fold appears in the material course of working, the effectual in-process of solving material processing, receive influences such as fold easily, make the problem of flaw appear in the processing of material.
When the roller 6 is at the pivoted in-process, accessible hollow shock post 7 drives strikes ball 8 and removes, will strike after ball 8 drives half-sky, strike ball 8 and can fall after rising to the certain degree, and then pound the bottom position of hitting at hollow shock post 7, thereby can make roller 6 vibrate, after roller 6 and material contact, can extrude the air between the material through vibrating, make remaining air still less between the material, thereby can effectually reduce remaining air too much between the material, lead to the bulging between the material, cause the possibility of influence to the processing of material easily.
When the hollow vibrating column 7 lifts the knocking ball 8, the magnetic strip 9 adsorbs the iron sheet layer 10, so that the height of the knocking ball 8 lifted by the hollow vibrating column 7 is higher, the knocking ball 8 falls down and is knocked more strongly, the vibrating strength of the flattening roller 6 is higher, and the air extruding effect is better.
When the hollow shock post 7 produced the shock, vibrate the vibration that the post 7 produced that can absorb the hollow shock to the pole 11, and then continuously rock, vibrate the in-process that the pole 11 rocked, can continuously conduct the vibration to the external world of flattening roller 6 to can make the vibration on flattening roller 6 surface more steady, and duration is longer.
When knocking ball 8 and knocking the bottom of hollow vibrating column 7 to generate vibration, shaking block 12 can shake in knocking ball 8, so as to pound the inner side wall of knocking ball 8, thereby enabling the inside of knocking ball 8 to continuously generate vibration, and meanwhile, when shaking block 12 slowly returns, metal elastic sheet 13 can also shake for a period of time, thereby enabling knocking ball 8 to continue to generate vibration, and enabling the vibration effect on the surface of flattening roller 6 to be better.
When the knocking ball 8 hits the surface of the hollow oscillating column 7, the reinforcing and protecting outer layer 14 can protect the surface of the iron sheet layer 10, and the surface of the iron sheet layer 10 is effectively prevented from being scratched and abraded.
