the preparation process of the material comprises the following steps:
s1: sequentially stacking a second non-woven fabric layer (101), a ceramic filter layer (106), a fiber filter layer (105), an active carbon filter layer (104), an fucoidan antibacterial layer (103), an antistatic layer (102) and a first non-woven fabric layer (1) on an operation table of a laminating machine;
s2: placing the hot melt adhesive block at a position where the first nonwoven fabric layer (1) and the second nonwoven fabric layer (101) are slightly larger than other layers;
s3: starting a pressing machine, enabling the pressing machine to push a push rod (2), enabling the push rod (2) to push a flattening assembly, flattening all layers, pressing the layers on the surface of a first non-woven cloth layer (1), and extruding the first non-woven cloth layer (1);
s4: the electric heating wire (301) is enabled to work, the heat transfer pad (302) is heated, the heat transfer pad (302) is enabled to heat the hot melt adhesive block, the hot melt adhesive block is enabled to melt, the first non-woven fabric layer (1) and the second non-woven fabric layer (101) are adhered together, and all the layers are wrapped inside the first non-woven fabric layer (1) and the second non-woven fabric layer (101);
s5: taking down the materials, and putting the materials into a dryer for drying to obtain a finished product;
