Abstract
The invention discloses a hair dye two-agent and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of daily chemicals. The invention discloses a hair dye two-agent which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.5-2.0% of alkylamidopropyldimethylamine, 0.5-2.0% of fatty alcohol polyether, 0.5-1.5% of higher fatty alcohol, 1-12% of hydrogen peroxide and the balance of water; the hair dye two-agent added alkylamidopropyldimethylamine, the fatty alcohol polyether and the higher fatty alcohol have good cooperation and synergy, not only can effectively increase the foamability of the product, but also can promote the texture of the foam to form stronger foam, thereby improving the stability of the foam generated by the product in the use process; in addition, the product provided by the invention has excellent high-low temperature stability; meanwhile, the preparation method of the hair dye two-agent is simple and is beneficial to actual production; and can be used as a compounding agent of a conventional hair dye to form a hair dye, and the obtained hair dye has good foamability, stability and excellent hair dyeing capability.
Description

The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to a hair dye two-agent and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Two-part hair dyes are the main stream of permanent hair dyes at present, and generally comprise an alkaline primary agent containing hair dyes or colorant raw materials and a secondary agent containing peroxide such as hydrogen peroxide; wherein the two-agent type hair dye cream requires a certain dyeing skill, is time-consuming for unskilled persons, and is not easily uniformly applied to the hair. Therefore, there has been a market for a two-agent type hair dyeing foam, a hair dyeing foam obtained by pumping a mixed liquid of a first hair dyeing agent and a second hair dyeing agent from a non-aerosol type foaming container, which can be applied to hair more lightly and uniformly to achieve a uniform hair dyeing effect, but it is necessary to avoid the mixed liquid, dripping, etc. from disappearing to form the mixed liquid during the hair dyeing process, deteriorating the hair dyeing experience and increasing the risk of contact with the scalp.
At present, a plurality of researches on two-part foam hair dyes, such as patents of CN103079532A, CN108245435B, CN103957877B and the like, propose a formula or a composition of the foam hair dye with good foamability and foam stability, but the formula or the composition is applied to a formula of one-part hair dye; patent JP2020180084a provides a composition comprising stannate, anionic surfactant and zwitterionic surfactant, which according to the disclosure can be used for either one or two hair dyes, but when anionic surfactant is used, may cause further irritation or reduce dyeing ability; KR20190051793A likewise provides a foam-type hair dye composition which can be used for one or two hair dyes, by comprising polyquaternium-55, shea butter and glycerol stearate, a softer hair dye foam and better dyeing quality can be formed, but there is no mention about the stability of the hair dye two with the addition of the composition.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a hair dye two-agent which is stable at high and low temperature and has no foam dripping in the hair dyeing process, and a preparation method and application thereof.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a hair dye two-agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.5-2.0% of alkylamidopropyldimethylamine, 0.5-2.0% of fatty alcohol polyether, 0.5-1.5% of higher fatty alcohol, 1-12% of hydrogen peroxide and the balance of water.
The hair dye two-agent added alkyl amide propyl dimethylamine, the fatty alcohol polyether and the higher fatty alcohol with proper mass percentages have good cooperation and synergy, and the three components can be used simultaneously, so that on one hand, the foamability of a product can be effectively increased, and on the other hand, the texture of generated foam can be improved, and stronger foam can be formed, so that the stability of the product for generating foam in the use process can be improved; in addition, the formula of the invention can also improve the stability of the product at high and low temperatures, and is favorable for storage and transportation.

As a preferred embodiment of the hair dye two-agent of the present invention, the hydrogen peroxide stabilizer includes any one of sodium stannate, phenacetin, 8-hydroxyquinoline; the hydrogen peroxide stabilizer can play a role in stabilizing hydrogen peroxide in the system, and the degradation of the hydrogen peroxide is avoided, so that the hair dyeing performance of the subsequent mixed hair dye agent is reduced.
As a preferred embodiment of the hair dye two-agent according to the present invention, the pH of the system of the hair dye two-agent is 2 to 4.
