Abstract
The invention relates to a hair dye, a color developing agent and a using method of a two-agent oxidation type hair dye. The invention also provides a hair dye, which comprises the following components: dye, alkaline agent, anionic surfactant, higher alcohol, cationic high molecular polymer, nonionic surfactant and ethanol, wherein the pH value of the hair dye is 9-11. The invention provides a color developing agent, which comprises the following components: 1-9% of hydrogen peroxide, nonionic surfactant, higher alcohol, cationic surfactant and polypropylene glycol. The invention has the beneficial effects that: in the hair dye, floc generated by cationic high molecular polymer and anionic surfactant has conditioning effect on hair; the reasonable collocation of higher alcohols is utilized to perform the foam stabilizing function; the stability of the two agents at high and low temperatures and the use stability can be improved by adding polypropylene glycol and a nonionic surfactant.

Technical Field

Background
Most of the bubble hair dyes existing in the market exist: the soaking water quickly causes uneven dyeing and poorer coloring, the poor opsonization causes the dyed hair to be dry and frizzy, the dye is easy to oxidize, the market duration is shorter, and the like.

The invention further provides that the alkaline agent is weak alkali or strong alkali, the weak alkali comprises ammonium hydroxide and monoethanolamine, and the strong alkali comprises sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide.

The invention is further provided that the nonionic surfactant is one of alkyl glycoside, polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether and alkylphenol polyoxyethylene.
The nonionic surfactant is polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether, the carbon number of the alkyl is 10-15, the alkyl is branched alkyl, and the average addition mole number of the ethylene oxide groups is 4-10.
The invention also provides a color developing agent which is characterized by comprising the following components: 1-9% of hydrogen peroxide, nonionic surfactant, higher alcohol, cationic surfactant and polypropylene glycol by mass percentage, wherein the higher alcohol comprises two or more of myristyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, cetearyl alcohol, behenyl alcohol and oleyl alcohol; examples of the nonionic surfactant include alkyl glycosides, polyoxyalkylene alkyl ethers, and alkylphenol ethoxylates; the cationic surfactant is cetyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, stearyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, isostearyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, behenyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, coco trimethyl ammonium chloride, cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, stearyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, wherein the number of straight-chain carbon atoms is 12-18 of alkyl, and the balance is methyl quaternary ammonium salt.

The invention relates to a two-agent oxidation type hair dye, compared with the traditional cream emulsion hair dye, the hair dye needs to extrude bubbles by a non-aerosol foaming container for use, the use method comprises the steps of mixing the hair dye containing dye and alkali agent with a color developing agent containing hydrogen peroxide and then extruding the bubbles by the non-aerosol foaming container for use, the hair dye also contains anionic surfactant, higher alcohol, cationic high molecular polymer, nonionic surfactant, ethanol and the like, and the color developing agent contains nonionic surfactant, higher alcohol, cationic surfactant, polypropylene glycol and the like.
As the alkaline agent contained in the hair dye, for example, weak bases such as ammonium hydroxide and monoethanolamine, and strong bases such as sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide can be used. In addition, ammonium salts such as ammonium bicarbonate, ammonium carbonate, and ammonium chloride may be added as appropriate as a buffer.

The cationic high molecular polymer contained in the hair dye is an aqueous product, and therefore, a water-soluble cationic high molecular polymer is required, and examples of the cationic high molecular polymer include polyquaternium-6, polyquaternium-7, polyquaternium-10, polyquaternium-22, and polyquaternium-39, more preferably polyquaternium-6, polyquaternium-7, polyquaternium-22, and polyquaternium-39, and further preferably polyquaternium-22. The invention adds non-ionic surface active agent, so it can restrain the complex forming, and it can control the complex flocculate formed by cationic high molecular polymer and anionic surface active agent when washing after dyeing hair, to achieve the effect of conditioning hair, and make hair smooth and not dry after dyeing hair.
In order to ensure the stability of the product and prevent the cationic high molecular polymer and the anionic surfactant from forming complex flocs in the hair dye system, a nonionic surfactant may be added to the hair dye, and examples of the nonionic surfactant contained in the hair dye include alkyl glycoside, polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether, alkylphenol ethoxylate and the like. Among them, polyoxyalkylene alkyl ethers are preferred, in which the number of carbon atoms in the alkyl group is preferably 10 to 15, and the alkyl group is preferably a branched alkyl group, and in which the average molar number of addition of oxyethylene groups is preferably 4 to 10.

The content of hydrogen peroxide in the developer is 1 to 9% by mass, preferably 3 to 9% by mass. In addition, in order to increase the stability of hydrogen peroxide during storage, a chelating agent may be added to the color-developer system to adjust the pH of the color-developer system, and the chelating agent may be hydroxyethyl diphosphate, EDTA-2NA, hydroxyquinoline sulfate, or the like, and the pH may preferably be 3 to 4.
The nonionic surfactant in the developer includes alkyl glycoside, polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether, alkylphenol ethoxylate and the like, among which polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether is preferable, the number of carbon atoms of the alkyl group is preferably 10 to 22, particularly preferably 12 to 18, and the alkyl group is preferably a straight-chain alkyl group, and among them, the average number of moles of addition of oxyethylene groups is preferably 1 to 80, particularly preferably 20 to 50.
Examples of the cationic surfactant in the color developer include cetyltrimethylammonium chloride, stearyltrimethylammonium chloride, isostearyltrimethylammonium chloride, dodecyltrimethylammonium chloride, behenyltrimethylammonium chloride, octadecyltrimethylammonium chloride, cocoyltrimethylammonium chloride, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, stearyltrimethylammonium bromide, dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide, which are preferably alkyl groups having 12 to 18 carbon atoms in a straight chain, and the remaining of which are methyl quaternary ammonium salts, and among them, monoalkyltrimethylammonium salts are particularly preferable.
In order to ensure the stability of the color-developing agent at low temperature and the foam discharge performance of the product at high and low temperatures, polypropylene glycol is added to the color-developing agent, and polypropylene glycol with the weight average molecular weight of 200-800 is added to the color-developing agent in the two-part foam hair dye of the present invention, so that the storage stability at low temperature can be remarkably improved, the foam quality of the mixed liquid of the color-developing agent and the color-developing agent can be improved, and the hair dyeing performance is good. The weight average molecular weight of the polypropylene glycol is preferably 400 to 600.

Claims (10)
1. A method for using a hair dye, a color developing agent and a two-agent oxidation type hair dye is characterized in that the hair dye containing a dye and an alkaline agent and the color developing agent containing hydrogen peroxide are mixed and extruded into bubbles through a non-aerosol foaming container for use.
2. A hair dye is characterized by comprising the following components: dye, alkaline agent, anionic surfactant, higher alcohol, cationic high molecular polymer, nonionic surfactant and ethanol, wherein the pH value of the hair dye is 9-11.
3. The hair dye according to claim 2, wherein the dye is p-phenylenediamine, p-aminophenol, toluene-2, 5-diamine sulfate, m-aminophenol, 2-chloro-p-phenylenediamine sulfate, resorcinol, 2-nitro-p-phenylenediamine, 4-amino-2-hydroxytoluene, 2-methylresorcinol, 6-amino-m-cresol, phenylmethylpyrazolone, 4-amino-3-nitrophenol, 2, 4-diaminophenoxyethanol hydrochloride, 4-amino-m-cresol, 2-amino-3-hydroxypyridine, p-methylaminophenol sulfate, 2, 6-diaminopyridine, 6-hydroxyindole, 4-chlororesorcinol, 2, 7-naphthalenediol, N-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine, p-methylresorcinol, p-aminotoluene-2, 5-diamine sulfate, p-cresol, p-methylphenol, p-phenylenediamine, p-hydroxyphenol, p-phenylenediamine, p-cresol, p-resorcinol, p-cresol, p-resorcinol, p-cresol, p-resorcinol, p-cresol, p-resorcinol, p-cresol, p-resorcinol, p-cresol, p-resorcinol, p-cresol, p-resorcinol, p-, 1, 5-naphthalenediol and one or more of 1-naphthol, 4-nitrophthalenediamine, p-nitro m-phenylenediamine, basic yellow (basic yellow)87, basic orange (basic orange)31, basic red 51, HC yellow No. 4, and HC yellow No. 2.
4. The hair dye of claim 3, wherein the alkaline agent is a weak base or a strong base, the weak base comprises ammonium hydroxide and monoethanolamine, and the strong base comprises sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide.
5. The hair dye according to claim 4, wherein the anionic surfactant is two or more of sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sodium laureth sulfate, sodium cocoyl glutamate, disodium cocoyl glutamate, sodium lauroyl glutamate and sodium lauroyl sarcosinate.
6. The hair dye of claim 5, wherein the higher alcohol comprises two or more of myristyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, cetearyl alcohol, behenyl alcohol, and oleyl alcohol.
7. The hair dye according to claim 6, wherein the cationic polymer is a water-soluble cationic polymer, and is selected from one or more of polyquaternium-6, polyquaternium-7, polyquaternium-10, polyquaternium-22 and polyquaternium-39.
8. The hair dye of claim 7, wherein the nonionic surfactant is one of alkyl glycoside, polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether, and alkylphenol ethoxylate.
9. The hair dye according to claim 8, wherein the nonionic surfactant is a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether, the number of carbon atoms in the alkyl group is 10 to 15, the alkyl group is a branched alkyl group, and the average molar number of addition of the oxyethylene group is 4 to 10.
10. The color developing agent is characterized by comprising the following components: 1-9% of hydrogen peroxide, nonionic surfactant, higher alcohol, cationic surfactant and polypropylene glycol by mass percentage, wherein the higher alcohol comprises two or more of myristyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, cetearyl alcohol, behenyl alcohol and oleyl alcohol; examples of the nonionic surfactant include alkyl glycosides, polyoxyalkylene alkyl ethers, and alkylphenol ethoxylates; the cationic surfactant is cetyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, stearyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, isostearyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, behenyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, coco trimethyl ammonium chloride, cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, stearyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, wherein the number of straight-chain carbon atoms is 12-18 of alkyl, and the balance is methyl quaternary ammonium salt.
