the purchase order module is used for inputting purchase information of medical instruments;
the purchase acceptance module is used for calling a purchase order to confirm the arrival and check the quality;
the purchase returning module is used for returning medical instruments with unqualified quality;
the purchase confirmation module is used for confirming the medical instruments which are checked and accepted.
3. The medical instrument purchase-sale-inventory cooperative management system according to claim 1, wherein: the inventory management unit comprises an inventory registering module, an approaching failure prompting module, an inventory leaving recording module and an inventory checking module;
the warehousing registration module is used for inputting information of medical instruments warehoused after the acceptance is finished;
the failure approaching prompt module is used for prompting and warning medical instruments approaching failure;
the ex-warehouse recording module is used for recording the ex-warehouse information of the medical apparatus;
and the checking module is used for displaying the information and the state of the medical equipment in the warehouse in real time.

the quotation module is used for inquiring quotation of the medical apparatus;
the sales order module is used for inputting sales information of medical instruments;

the financial expense management module is used for recording and managing various expenses of the company.
