The system or the apparatus is configured to implement the functions of the method in the foregoing embodiments, and each module in the system or the apparatus corresponds to each step in the method, which has been already described in the method, and is not described again here.
For example, it also includes: the display module is used for acquiring a solution corresponding to the fault number when the same fault number is found on the part which is the same as the preset part, wherein the solution is a maintenance solution which is uploaded by a maintenance person and is adopted when the fault of the fault number is maintained; displaying the solution.
For another example, the display module is configured to: and if the plurality of solutions corresponding to the fault numbers are acquired, judging whether all the solutions are the same, and if so, selecting one of the solutions from the plurality of solutions to display. Optionally, in a case that all solutions are not the same, the display module is configured to: selecting a solution closest to the current time from all solutions; the solution closest to the current time is displayed.
The problem caused by the fact that in the prior art, the faults occurring in the stereo garage are not subjected to statistical processing is solved through the embodiment, so that the faults can be uniformly classified and processed according to the frequency of the faults, and data support is provided for improving the design of the stereo garage to a certain extent.

Claims (10)

1. A maintenance alarm processing method based on parking frequency is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring alarm information sent by a three-dimensional parking garage, wherein the alarm information is used for indicating that a preset part of the three-dimensional parking garage breaks down;
acquiring the model of the stereo parking garage with the fault and the identification information of the preset part with the fault;
acquiring a fault number of the fault, wherein the fault number is used for indicating a reason of the fault;
searching whether accidents with the same fault number happen to a preset part historically according to the model of the stereo parking garage, the identification information of the preset part and the fault number;
if the number of accidents with the same fault number of the same preset part of the three-dimensional garage with the same signal in history exceeds a threshold value, counting all the faults of the preset part to obtain a statistical result, wherein the statistical result is used for carrying out statistical analysis on the occurrence frequency of the faults and is used as a data base for improving the three-dimensional garage.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the same fault number is found in the part which is the same as the preset part, obtaining a solution corresponding to the fault number, wherein the solution is a maintenance solution which is uploaded by a previous maintenance worker and is adopted when the fault of the fault number is maintained;
displaying the solution.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein displaying the solution comprises:
and if the plurality of solutions corresponding to the fault numbers are acquired, judging whether all the solutions are the same, and if so, selecting one of the solutions from the plurality of solutions to display.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein in the event that all solutions are not identical, displaying the solutions comprises:
selecting a solution closest to the current time from all solutions;
the solution closest to the current time is displayed.
5. The method of any of claims 1-4, wherein the threshold is preconfigured.
6. A maintenance alarm processing system based on parking frequency, comprising:
the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a third acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring alarm information sent by a three-dimensional parking garage, and the alarm information is used for indicating that a preset part of the three-dimensional parking garage breaks down;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the model of the stereoscopic parking garage with the fault and the identification information of the preset part with the fault;
a third obtaining module, configured to obtain a fault number of the fault, where the fault number is used to indicate a reason for the fault;
the searching module is used for searching whether accidents with the same fault numbers occur in the history of the preset part according to the model of the three-dimensional parking garage, the identification information of the preset part and the fault numbers;
the statistical module is used for counting the faults of all the preset parts to obtain a statistical result if the number of accidents with the same fault number of the same preset parts of the three-dimensional parking garage with the same signals in history exceeds a threshold value, wherein the statistical result is used for carrying out statistical analysis on the occurrence frequency of the faults and is used as a data base for improving the three-dimensional parking garage.
7. The system of claim 6, further comprising:
the display module is used for acquiring a solution corresponding to the fault number when the same fault number is found on the part which is the same as the preset part, wherein the solution is a maintenance solution which is uploaded by a maintenance person and is adopted when the fault of the fault number is maintained; displaying the solution.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the display module is configured to:
and when a plurality of solutions corresponding to the fault numbers are acquired, judging whether all the solutions are the same, and if so, selecting one of the solutions from the plurality of solutions to display.
9. The system of claim 8, wherein in the event that all solutions are not the same, the display module is configured to:
selecting a solution closest to the current time from all solutions;
the solution closest to the current time is displayed.
10. The system of any of claims 6 to 8, wherein the threshold is preconfigured.
