It should be noted that the material taking surface 211 can be designed into a shape fitting with a dustproof cap, so that negative pressure on the material taking surface 211 can better play a role, the process that the dustproof cap moves along with the material taking head 21 is more stable, and process failure caused by falling is avoided; meanwhile, the shape of the dustproof cap can be kept, the deformation of the dustproof cap caused by the gluing process is avoided, and the product yield is improved. In addition, a plurality of air ports 212 can be arranged, that is, a plurality of air ports 212 are uniformly distributed on the material taking surface 211, so that negative pressure on the material taking surface 211 can better play a role, on one hand, the stability of the dustproof cap after being sucked can be further improved, and on the other hand, the problems of deformation and damage of the dustproof cap caused by overlarge local negative pressure due to uneven negative pressure can be avoided. wherein, the glue coating mechanism 30 and the lifting assembly 23 are positioned at the same side of the translation mechanism 40.
In this embodiment, the first direction mechanism 50 is disposed along the front-back direction, and can drive the material taking mechanism 20 to reciprocate in the front-back direction; at this time, the translation mechanism 40 is arranged in the left-right direction, and straddles above the front end of the first direction mechanism 50.
Thus, the material taking mechanism 20 and the glue applying mechanism 30 are located behind the translation mechanism 40, i.e., behind the positioning platform 10. In the design of the present embodiment, the first direction mechanism 50 and the second direction mechanism 60 cooperate with each other to provide two degrees of freedom in the horizontal direction perpendicular to each other, and are respectively disposed on the material taking mechanism 20 and the glue applying mechanism 30. At this time, the two degrees of freedom in the horizontal direction perpendicular to each other are utilized to make the glue outlet of the glue applying mechanism 30 perform circular motion relative to the dust cap on the material taking head 21, thereby completing the action of applying glue on the periphery of the glue applying surface of the dust cap.

the glue coating mechanism 30 is arranged on the third direction mechanism 70 and driven by the third direction mechanism 70 to lift.
That is, the glue mechanism 30 is disposed on the second direction mechanism 60 by the third direction mechanism 70, the second direction mechanism 60 provides the glue mechanism 30 with a degree of freedom in the horizontal direction, and the third direction mechanism 70 provides the glue mechanism 30 with a degree of freedom in the vertical direction. That is, the glue applying mechanism 30 can be made to have a degree of freedom in the vertical direction by the third direction mechanism 70. Therefore, the two parts can move in the process of aligning the material taking head 21 and the gluing mechanism 30, so that the alignment process is shortened, the alignment efficiency is improved, and the assembly efficiency is improved; moreover, when assembling dust caps of different sizes, the freedom of the glue mechanism 30 in the vertical direction may also provide better containment, thereby improving the compatibility of the assembly device 100.
Specifically, the third directional mechanism 70 may be constructed by using a mechanism capable of outputting linear motion, such as the linear motor 222, an air cylinder, an electric cylinder, and a lead screw, and those skilled in the art may reasonably select the mechanism according to the actual application scenario, which is not described herein any more.

a fixed component 31, wherein the fixed component 31 is arranged on the third direction mechanism 70 and is driven to translate by the third direction mechanism 70;
the rubber cylinder 32, the rubber cylinder 32 is fixed on the fixing component 31; and
the needle head 33 is inserted into the lower end of the rubber barrel 32, and one end of the needle head 33, which is far away from the rubber barrel 32, is provided with the rubber outlet.
It can be understood that the fixing assembly 31 can provide a platform support for mounting the rubber cylinder 32, the needle 33 and other parts, so that the stability after mounting is well guaranteed. The glue cylinder 32 is arranged along the vertical direction, fixed on the fixing component 31 and used for containing glue for assembling the dustproof cap and the semi-finished loudspeaker product. The needle 33 is also arranged in the vertical direction and is inserted into the lower end of the glue cartridge 32 for guiding out the glue in the glue cartridge 32. the clamping component 312 is arranged on the surface of the hanging plate 311, which is away from the third direction mechanism 70, and the glue cylinder 32 is arranged along the vertical direction and penetrates through the clamping component 312 so as to be fixed by the clamping component 312; and
a needle fixing sleeve 313, the needle fixing sleeve 313 is arranged on the surface of the hanging plate 311 departing from the third direction mechanism 70 and is positioned below the clamping component 312, and the needle 33 is sleeved with the needle fixing sleeve 313.
It can be understood that the hanging plate 311 can provide a platform support for mounting the parts such as the clamping assembly 312, the needle fixing sleeve 313 and the like, so that the stability after mounting can be well guaranteed. The hanging plate 311 is vertically arranged, the clamping component 312 is horizontally and convexly arranged on the hanging plate 311, and the needle head fixing sleeve 313 is suspended below the clamping component 312 through the supporting structure; at this time, the glue cylinder 32 is arranged along the vertical direction and is arranged on the clamping component 312 in a penetrating way so as to be fixed by the clamping component 312; the needle 33 is also vertically oriented and passes through the needle hub 313 to be precisely positioned by the needle hub 313.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the clamping assembly 312 may include two left and right clamping pieces and a jackscrew, the two left and right clamping pieces provide a left-right clamping force, and the jackscrew is screwed in to provide a front-back clamping force, so as to stabilize the glue tube 32. Moreover, when the jackscrew is screwed out, the clamping force in the front-back direction is loosened, and the rubber cylinder 32 is convenient to take out and replace, so that the assembling device 100 is more convenient to use. Of course, in other embodiments, the clamping assemblies 312 may also be arranged in other effective and reasonable manners, and those skilled in the art may reasonably select the clamping assemblies according to the actual application scenarios, which are not described herein again.
Further, it should be understood that the design of the present embodiment is equivalent to the glue mechanism 30 being mounted on the second direction mechanism 60 by the third direction mechanism 70, and at this time, the glue mechanism 30 obtains the freedom degrees in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction at the same time. 1. An assembling apparatus of a speaker dust cap, comprising:
the positioning platform comprises a dustproof cap positioning seat and a semi-finished product positioning seat which are respectively used for positioning a dustproof cap and a semi-finished product of the loudspeaker;
the material taking mechanism comprises a material taking head, the material taking head is arranged above the positioning platform, and the material taking head is movably used for taking, placing and turning over the dustproof cap; and
the glue coating mechanism is movably arranged above the positioning platform and comprises a glue outlet, and the glue outlet is matched with the material taking head and used for coating the dust cap with glue;
the material taking head obtains the dustproof cap from the dustproof cap positioning seat, and the dustproof cap is assembled to a semi-finished loudspeaker product located in the semi-finished product positioning seat after the gluing mechanism is used for gluing.
2. The assembly apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a translation mechanism on which the positioning platform is disposed, the translation mechanism configured to move the positioning platform relative to the take off mechanism.
3. The assembly apparatus of claim 2, wherein the material extracting mechanism further comprises an inverting assembly and a lifting assembly, the inverting assembly being disposed on the lifting assembly to be lifted by the lifting assembly, the material taking head being disposed on the inverting assembly to be inverted by the inverting assembly.
4. The assembly device of claim 3, wherein the flipping assembly comprises:
the fixed bracket is arranged on the lifting component and driven by the lifting component to lift;
the motor is fixed on the fixed bracket;
one end of the coupler is connected with an output shaft of the motor;
the turnover shaft is rotationally fixed on the fixed support, one end of the turnover shaft is connected with one end of the coupler, which deviates from the motor, and the material taking head is arranged at one end of the turnover shaft, which deviates from the coupler.
5. The assembling device of claim 4, wherein an air passage communicated with the interior of the material taking head is formed in the overturning shaft, the material taking head is provided with a material taking surface, the material taking surface is provided with an air port communicated with the air passage, and one end of the air passage far away from the air port is used for being communicated with an air source.

The assembly apparatus of claim 3, further comprising a first direction mechanism, the first direction mechanism being disposed in a horizontal direction, the lift assembly being disposed on the first direction mechanism, the translation mechanism spanning above the first direction mechanism to cause the lift assembly to move toward or away from the positioning platform under actuation of the first direction mechanism;
wherein, the rubber coating mechanism with lifting unit is located the same side of translation mechanism.

The assembly apparatus of claim 6, further comprising a second orientation mechanism disposed horizontally across and above the first orientation mechanism and above the take-off mechanism, wherein the glue application mechanism is disposed on the second orientation mechanism for translation under the urging of the second orientation mechanism.
8. The assembly device of claim 7, further comprising a third orientation mechanism disposed in a vertical orientation and disposed on the second orientation mechanism to translate upon actuation of the second orientation mechanism;
the glue coating mechanism is arranged on the third direction mechanism and driven by the third direction mechanism to lift.
9. The assembly device of claim 8, wherein the glue mechanism comprises:
a fixed component disposed on the third directional mechanism;
the rubber cylinder is fixed on the fixing component; and
the needle head is inserted into the lower end of the rubber cylinder, and one end of the needle head, which is far away from the rubber cylinder, is provided with the rubber outlet.
10. The assembly device of claim 9, wherein the securing assembly comprises:
the hanging plate is arranged on the third direction mechanism;
the clamping assembly is arranged on the surface, away from the third direction mechanism, of the hanging plate, and the rubber cylinder is arranged in the vertical direction and penetrates through the clamping assembly to be fixed by the clamping assembly; and
the needle head fixing sleeve is sleeved on the needle head.
