Background
The underground mine establishes the up-down connection through a shaft, and is the throat key path of the mine. The current methods for sinking the shaft are freezing method, open caisson method, drilling method and common method. When a well is built by a common method, the aquifer water damage which the shaft needs to pass through can be treated by adopting a pre-grouting method, and the shaft water-carrying digging and building method disclosed by Chinese patent CN112746849B can also be adopted for water damage prevention and control.
The current common method for treating water damage during well construction mainly comprises a ground pre-grouting method and a working face pre-grouting method, and the method is characterized in that after a shaft is constructed, the post-grouting is adopted for treating the residual water leakage points on the wall of the shaft. The ground pre-grouting mainly aims at the stratum with multiple water-bearing layers and large span, a plurality of drill holes are constructed on the ground before the shaft is built to reach the lowest water-bearing layer, each water-bearing layer is controlled through sectional grouting, and after the grouting is finished, the shaft is tunneled. And pre-grouting on the working face, namely tunneling the shaft to a certain distance from the aquifer, stopping tunneling, constructing a plurality of grouting drill holes downwards on the working face, grouting, and tunneling the shaft again after grouting. In addition, a parallel operation process of a plurality of working faces of pre-grouting on the ground of a shaft, which is disclosed by Chinese patent CN103233699A, also provides a grouting mode, the first section of grouting still occupies the construction time of the shaft, and the second section and the third section of drilling holes by grouting on the ground have small effective engineering quantity and high cost. The current commonly used shaft grouting method occupies a large amount of shaft construction time.
