Referring to fig. 1-7, support legs 106 are fixedly connected to four corners of the lower end of the base 1, a storage groove 8 is formed in the base 1, door panels 801 are movably hinged to inner walls of two sides of the storage groove 8 through hinge shafts, handles 802 are fixedly connected to one side ends of the two door panels 801, and a housing 9 is fixedly connected to the outer surface of the base 1.
In this embodiment: the supporting legs 106 play the effect of supporting this device, play the effect of accomodating article through the storing groove 8 of seting up, and door plant 801 is used for protecting accomodating article, and the door plant 801 of being convenient for of handle 802 is opened and is closed, and the shell 9 that base 1 surface set up is used for protecting the bottom frame.
Referring to fig. 1 specifically, a console 10 is fixedly connected to an upper end of an operation console 102, and a PLC control module is disposed in the console 10 and is respectively connected with a first air cylinder 6, a second air cylinder 601, a first motor 206, two third air cylinders 7, a second motor 705 and a hot melt adhesive gun 706 in a signal connection manner to control the operation of the PLC control module.
In this embodiment: the control console 10 is convenient for controlling the device, so that the service efficiency of the device is improved; the PLC control module, the first air cylinder 6, the second air cylinder 601, the first motor 206, the third air cylinder 7, the second motor 705 and the hot melt adhesive gun 706 used in the present apparatus are all of the prior art, and are not described herein in detail.
The working principle and the using flow of the invention are as follows: when the device is used, firstly, the operation of a first air cylinder 6 in an expansion mechanism is controlled by a PLC control module, the extension end of the first air cylinder 6 drives a second air cylinder 601 to move downwards to a cross air box 602 to enter a cross groove formed in the surface of a framework plate 3, the second air cylinder 601 operates to charge air into the cross air box 602 for pressurization, a sliding rod 604 slides outwards under the action of air pressure to drive a pneumatic plate 603 to be tightly connected with the inner wall of the cross groove, and the operation of the first air cylinder 6 is controlled to drive an expansion assembly to drive the framework plate 3 to move upwards so as to separate the framework plate 3 from the rotating plate 2; then placing the umbrella surface in the rotating disc 2, controlling the first air cylinder 6 to drive the framework disc 3 to move downwards into the rotating disc 2 through the expansion assembly, pressing the framework disc on the surface of the umbrella surface, stopping the operation of the second air cylinder 601, resetting the slide rod 604 under the action of the spring 605, separating the pneumatic plate 603 from the inner wall of the cross groove, and controlling the first air cylinder 6 to drive the expansion assembly to move upwards; placing umbrella ribs in a skeleton groove 303 formed in the surface of a skeleton disc 3, enabling the umbrella ribs to be in contact with an umbrella cover, controlling the operation of a third air cylinder 7 to drive a driving component at the extension end of the third air cylinder to move downwards, enabling a second motor 705 in the driving component to operate to drive a hot melt adhesive gun 706 to move to a position where the umbrella cover is to be jointed with the umbrella ribs, outputting hot melt adhesive through the hot melt adhesive gun 706 to joint the umbrella cover with the umbrella ribs into a whole, controlling the third air cylinder 7 and the driving component to move for multiple times, realizing multiple times of jointing, controlling a rotating mechanism to rotate after jointing is finished, and jointing different positions of the umbrella cover through the hot melt adhesive gun 706; finally, the first air cylinder 6 is controlled to drive the second air cylinder 601 and the expansion assembly to move downwards to be connected with the cross groove, the first air cylinder 6 drives the framework plate 3 to move upwards through the expansion assembly, and the joined umbrella cover and umbrella rib are taken out; through this device, automatic control umbrella face and rib joint effectively improve the joint efficiency of umbrella face and rib, convenient operation, convenient to use improves the economic benefits of umbrella.

a bottom frame;

the bottom frame comprises a base (1), a middle layer plate (101), support columns (103), an operation table (102), a rotating baffle plate (104) and a mounting plate (105), wherein a plurality of support columns (103) are arranged, the middle layer plate (101) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the base (1), the operation table (102) is fixed to the upper end of the middle layer plate (101) through a plurality of support columns (103), the rotating baffle plate (104) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the operation table (102), the rotating plate (2) is rotatably connected to the inside of the operation table (102), and the mounting plate (105) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the base (1);
the rotating mechanism comprises a rotating shaft (201), a bearing (202), a first gear (204), a second gear (205) and a first motor (206), wherein the rotating shaft (201) is connected into the middle layer plate (101) through the bearing (202) rotating wheel, the rotating shaft (201) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the rotating disc (2), the first gear (204) is fixedly connected to the lower part of the circumferential surface of the rotating shaft (201), the first motor (206) is arranged in the base (1), the second gear (205) is fixedly connected to the output end of the first motor (206), and the second gear (205) is meshed with the first gear (204);
each group of driving components comprises a mounting block (701), a T-shaped track (702), a screw rod (703), a T-shaped sliding block (704) and a second motor (705), wherein the mounting block (701) is fixedly connected to the extension end of a third air cylinder (7), the T-shaped track (702) is fixedly connected to the lower end of the mounting block (701), the screw rod (703) is rotationally connected to the T-shaped track (702), one end of the screw rod (703) movably penetrates through one side end of the T-shaped track (702) and extends outwards, the second motor (705) is fixedly connected to one side end of the T-shaped track (702), the output end of the second motor (705) is fixed with one outwards extending end of the screw rod (703), the T-shaped sliding block (704) is slidably connected to the T-shaped track (702), the T-shaped sliding block (704) is in threaded connection with the screw rod (703), and the hot melt adhesive gun (706) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the T-shaped sliding block (704);
the expansion mechanism comprises a first air cylinder (6), a second air cylinder (601), a cross air box (602), cross grooves and a plurality of groups of expansion components, wherein the first air cylinder (6) is fixedly connected to the lower end of a top seat (5), the second air cylinder (601) is fixedly connected to the extension end of the first air cylinder (6), the cross air box (602) is fixedly connected to the lower end of the second air cylinder (601), the cross grooves are formed in the surface of a framework plate (3), and the plurality of groups of expansion components are all arranged in the cross air box (602);
each group of expansion assembly comprises a sliding hole, a pneumatic plate (603), sliding rods (604), springs (605) and a fixed plate (606), wherein the sliding holes, the sliding rods (604), the springs (605) and the fixed plate (606) are all arranged in two, the sliding holes are all formed in the surface of a cross air box (602), the sliding rods (604) are respectively and slidably connected in the sliding holes, the pneumatic plate (603) is fixedly connected to one ends of the sliding rods (604), the pneumatic plate (603) is positioned on the outer side of the cross air box (602), the fixed plates (606) are respectively and fixedly connected to the other ends of the sliding rods (604), the springs (605) are respectively arranged on the circumferential surfaces of the sliding rods (604), and the springs (605) are respectively positioned in the cross air box (602).

An automatic umbrella cover-rib engaging device according to claim 1, wherein: each group of limiting assemblies comprises a limiting hole (301) and a limiting column (302), the limiting holes (301) are formed in the surface of the framework plate (3), the limiting columns (302) are fixedly connected to the upper end of the rotating plate (2), and the limiting holes (301) are matched with the limiting columns (302).

s1, controlling the operation of a first air cylinder (6) in an expansion mechanism through a PLC control module, enabling an extension end of the first air cylinder (6) to drive a second air cylinder (601) to move downwards to a cross air box (602) to enter a cross groove formed in the surface of a framework disc (3), enabling the second air cylinder (601) to operate to inflate and pressurize the cross air box (602), enabling a sliding rod (604) to slide outwards under the action of air pressure to drive a pneumatic plate (603) to be tightly connected with the inner wall of the cross groove, controlling the operation of the first air cylinder (6) to drive an expansion assembly to drive the framework disc (3) to move upwards, and enabling the framework disc (3) to be separated from a rotating disc (2);
s2, placing the umbrella surface in a rotating disc (2), controlling a first air cylinder (6) to drive a framework disc (3) to move downwards into the rotating disc (2) through an expansion assembly, pressing the framework disc on the surface of the umbrella surface, stopping a second air cylinder (601) from running, resetting a slide rod (604) under the action of a spring (605), separating a pneumatic plate (603) from the inner wall of a cross groove, and controlling the first air cylinder (6) to drive the expansion assembly to move upwards;
s3, placing the umbrella ribs in a skeleton groove (303) formed in the surface of the skeleton disc (3), enabling the umbrella ribs to be in contact with the umbrella cover, controlling the operation of a third air cylinder (7) to drive a driving assembly at the extending end of the third air cylinder to move downwards, enabling a second motor (705) in the driving assembly to operate to drive a hot melt adhesive gun (706) to move to a position where the umbrella cover is to be connected with the umbrella ribs, outputting hot melt adhesive through the hot melt adhesive gun (706) to connect the umbrella cover with the umbrella ribs into a whole, and controlling the third air cylinder (7) and the driving assembly to move for multiple times to realize multiple connection;
s4, controlling the first air cylinder (6) to drive the second air cylinder (601) and the expansion assembly to move downwards to be connected with the cross groove, and driving the framework plate (3) to move upwards by the first air cylinder (6) through the expansion assembly to take out the joined umbrella cover and umbrella rib.
