The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: when the device is used, firstly, the PLC control module controls the operation of a first air cylinder 6 in an expansion mechanism, the extension end of the first air cylinder 6 drives a second air cylinder 601 to move downwards to a cross air box 602 to enter a cross groove formed in the surface of a framework disc 3, the second air cylinder 601 operates to inflate and pressurize the cross air box 602, a sliding rod 604 slides outwards under the action of air pressure to drive a pneumatic plate 603 to be tightly connected with the inner wall of the cross groove, and the operation of the first air cylinder 6 is controlled to drive an expansion assembly to drive the framework disc 3 to move upwards so that the framework disc 3 is separated from a rotating disc 2; then, the umbrella cover is placed in the rotating disc 2, the first air cylinder 6 is controlled to drive the framework disc 3 to move downwards into the rotating disc 2 through the expansion assembly, the framework disc is pressed on the surface of the umbrella cover, the second air cylinder 601 stops running, the sliding rod 604 resets under the action of the spring 605, the pneumatic plate 603 is separated from the inner wall of the cross groove, and the first air cylinder 6 is controlled to drive the expansion assembly to move upwards; the umbrella ribs are placed in a framework groove 303 formed in the surface of a framework plate 3, the umbrella ribs are in contact with the umbrella cover, the operation of a third air cylinder 7 is controlled to drive a driving assembly at the extension end of the third air cylinder to move downwards, a second motor 705 in the driving assembly operates to drive a hot melt adhesive gun 706 to move to a position where the umbrella cover is to be jointed with the umbrella ribs, the hot melt adhesive gun 706 outputs hot melt adhesive to joint the umbrella cover and the umbrella ribs into a whole, the third air cylinder 7 and the driving assembly are controlled to move for multiple times to realize multiple times of jointing, a rotating mechanism is controlled to rotate after the jointing is finished, and the hot melt adhesive gun 706 is used for jointing different positions of the umbrella cover; finally, the first air cylinder 6 is controlled to drive the second air cylinder 601 and the expansion assembly to move downwards to be connected with the cross groove, the first air cylinder 6 drives the framework plate 3 to move upwards through the expansion assembly, and the jointed umbrella cover and the jointed umbrella ribs are taken out; by the device, the umbrella cover is automatically controlled to be connected with the umbrella ribs, the connection efficiency of the umbrella cover and the umbrella ribs is effectively improved, the operation is convenient, the use is convenient, and the economic benefit of the umbrella is improved.

the expansion mechanism is arranged on the lower side of the top seat (5) and is connected with the framework disc (3) to realize the lifting of the framework disc.
