本发明涉及航天发射技术领域,具体涉及一种用于冷发射的气源系统。
背景技术
在冷发射技术领域,常规弹射动力来源于药柱燃烧产生的高压燃气膨胀做功。由于药柱的安装、存储、运输过程危险性高,且射后处理难度大,出现了基于压缩空气的冷发射方式,即通过高压气体膨胀做功来提供弹射动力。在空气弹射过程中,弹射弹道的质量取决于弹射动力装置即气源系统的供气变化规律。现有的气源系统,由于结构所限,一种气源系统只适用于某一特定弹体,可拓展性弱、适用范围小。
发明内容
本发明解决的问题是提供一种供气能力可拓展性较强、适用范围较广的气源系统。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种气源系统,包括气瓶组件、集气管组件,所述气瓶组件包括多个气瓶单元,各所述气瓶单元内均用于存储高压气体,所述集气管组件为管状体,所述集气管组件一端封闭,所述集气管组件另一端用于连接发射装置进气口,各所述气瓶单元均与所述集气管组件可拆卸连接,各所述气瓶单元均与所述集气管组件内腔连通。
进一步地,所述集气管组件包括集气管主体、密封堵盖,所述集气管主体上设置有多个进气管,各所述气瓶单元分别通过一个所述进气管与所述集气管组件可拆卸连接并与所述集气管组件内腔连通,所述密封堵盖可拆卸连接于所述集气管主体一端形成所述集气管组件的封闭端。
进一步地,所述集气管主体一端部设置有连接法兰,所述密封堵盖连接于所述连接法兰上。
进一步地,还包括电控主机、电控从机,各所述气瓶单元上均设置有快开型电磁阀、压力传感器,所述快开型电磁阀设置于所述气瓶单元的出气口与所述集气管主体的进气管之间,所述压力传感器用于获得所述气瓶单元内的压力值,所述压力传感器与所述电控从机通讯连接,所述电控从机与所述电控主机通讯连接,所述电控从机与所述快开型电磁阀通讯连接。
进一步地,所述气瓶单元上设置有充气管,所述充气管用于连接压力气源,所述充气管与压力气源之间设置有三通转接头,所述压力传感器设置于所述三通转接头的一端。
进一步地,还包括一对固定夹板,所述气瓶单元成对设置,成对设置的所述气瓶单元分别位于所述集气管组件的两侧,所述一对固定夹板位于所述气瓶单元外侧将所述气瓶单元夹持于中间,所述一对固定夹板相互连接,所述一对固定夹板之间的距离可调。
进一步地,还包括螺杆,所述一对固定夹板之间通过至少一对所述螺杆相互连接。
进一步地,所述固定夹板的靠近所述气瓶单元的一侧面上设置有多个凹槽,所述凹槽与所述气瓶单元相适应,各所述气瓶单元的侧壁分别设置于一个所述凹槽内。

由于本发明一种气源系统包括气瓶组件及集气管组件,气瓶组件的气瓶单元均与集气管组件可拆卸连接,因此在实际使用过程中,可根据应用需求装配不同数量的气瓶单元,从而实现气源系统供气能力的拓展,增大气源系统的适用范围。

可选地,如图3所示,集气管组件2包括集气管主体201、密封堵盖204,集气管主体201上设置有多个进气管,各气瓶单元102分别通过一个进气管与集气管组件2可拆卸连接并与集气管组件2内腔连通,密封堵盖204可拆卸连接于集气管主体201一端形成集气管组件2的封闭端。由于密封堵盖204可拆卸连接于集气管主体201上,密封堵盖204拆卸后,集气管主体201可与其他气源系统的集气管主体201连接,串联起不同数量的气源系统,进一步提升供气功能,从而进一步提升气源系统的可拓展性、增大适用范围。
可选地,集气管主体201的两端分别设置有一连接法兰206,密封堵盖204通过多个螺钉连接于一个连接法兰上,集气管主体201另一端的连接法兰上连接有快速连接接头203,快速连接接头203用于连接发射装置进气口31。由于连接法兰206的设置,本发明气源系统串联其他气源系统时,相邻两气源系统的集气管主体201可通过连接法兰206相连接,安装更方便。
可选地,还包括电控主机3、电控从机4,各气瓶单元102上均设置有快开型电磁阀101、压力传感器105,快开型电磁阀101设置于气瓶单元102的出气口与集气管主体201的进气管之间,压力传感器105用于获得气瓶单元102内的压力值,压力传感器105与电控从机4通讯连接,电控从机4与电控主机3通讯连接,电控从机4与快开型电磁阀101通讯连接。在充气阶段,根据试验需求,通过空压机对气瓶单元102进行充气,操作人员在电控主机3的LCD触控屏302上点击读取压力按钮,向电控从机4发送压力读取指令。电控从机4收到指令后,处理器401通过模拟输入端口405读取一次压力传感器105的数据,并将数据发送到电控主机3,以完成数据显示。操作人员根据压力反馈数据在远端监测气瓶压力,进而完成整个充气过程。在发射阶段,操作人员在电控主机3的LCD触控屏302上点击发射指令后,电控主机3将发射指令发送到电控从机4。电控从机4在接收到发射指令后,处理器401立即根据预先设置的开阀时刻,输出控制信号,完成快开型电磁阀101开阀,同时,处理器401通过模拟输入端口405开始连续读取压力传感器105的数据,压力传感器105测得气瓶单元102内部的压力值。当数据采集时间达到预先设置时长后,电控从机4将数据存储到存储模块404中。由于本发明气源系统包括电控主机3、电控从机4,因此在实际应用中不再依赖上级控制系统即可实现独立的远距离测试,提升了整个系统的调试便捷性,模块化程度提高,并且以常规的快开型电磁阀作为气阀组件,并通过控制快开型电磁阀开启延时时刻的方法调节总供气量,供气量的变化规律及精度主要取决于开启延时时序,降低了对电磁阀性能的要求,无需研制专用电磁阀,缩短整个系统的研制周期、降低成本。
具体地,如图5、图6所示,电控主机3包括处理器301、LCD触控屏302、锂电池303、电源适配器304、存储模块305、串口模块306、无线模块307、GUI界面308、LED指示灯309和开关310;单个发控主机3可以与多个发控从机4实现一对多通讯,电控从机4包括处理器401、锂电池402、电源适配器403、存储模块404、模拟输入端口405、滤波模块406、串口模块407、无线模块408、LED指示灯409和开关410。
可选地,气瓶单元102上设置有充气管103,充气管103用于连接压力气源,充气管103与压力气源之间设置有三通转接头104,压力传感器105设置于三通转接头104的一端。具体地,充气管103一端与快开型电磁阀101上的充气口焊接,另一端通过卡套接头与三通转接头104的一端密封连接,压力传感器105通过螺纹与三通转接头104的另一端密封连接,三通转接头104的第三端连接有两位三通手动阀107,两位三通手动阀107另一端通过螺纹与压力表106连接,两位三通手动阀107的第三端连接有空压机供气管108,通过空压机供气管108连接空压机向气瓶单元102内充气,两位三通手动阀107用于控制空压机供气管108的通断,压力表106用于测得气瓶单元102内的压力。
可选地,如图4所示,还包括一对固定夹板502,气瓶单元102成对设置,成对设置的气瓶单元102分别位于集气管组件2的两侧,一对固定夹板502位于气瓶单元102外侧将气瓶单元102夹持于中间,一对固定夹板502相互连接,一对固定夹板502之间的距离可调。由于固定夹板502将气瓶单元102夹持于中间,可避免气瓶相互分离。
可选地,还包括螺杆503,一对固定夹板502之间通过两个或多个螺杆503相互连接,各螺杆503相互平行。
可选地,固定夹板502的靠近气瓶单元102的一侧面上设置有多个凹槽506,凹槽506与气瓶单元102相适应,各气瓶单元102的侧壁分别设置于一个凹槽506内。由于凹槽506的设置,使气瓶单元102安装得更稳定。
可选地,还包括支架501,支架501的底板上设置有多个限位孔505,各气瓶单元102的底部分别放置于一个限位孔505中。
可选地,电控从机4通过螺钉安装于一个固定夹板502的远离气瓶单元102的一侧面上,支架501的侧面上及固定夹板502的远离气瓶单元102的一侧面均设置有滚轮504,滚轮504位于同一平面内。滚轮504的设置,使支架501形成推车5,使本发明气源系统便于运输。
虽然本公开披露如上,但本公开的保护范围并非仅限于此。本领域技术人员在不脱离本公开的精神和范围的前提下,可进行各种变更与修改,这些变更与修改均将落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种气源系统,其特征在于,包括气瓶组件(1)、集气管组件(2),所述气瓶组件(1)包括多个气瓶单元(102),各所述气瓶单元(102)内均用于存储高压气体,所述集气管组件(2)为管状体,所述集气管组件(2)一端封闭,所述集气管组件(2)另一端用于连接发射装置进气口,各所述气瓶单元(102)均与所述集气管组件(2)可拆卸连接,各所述气瓶单元(102)均与所述集气管组件(2)内腔连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气源系统,其特征在于,所述集气管组件(2)包括集气管主体(201)、密封堵盖(204),所述集气管主体(201)上设置有多个进气管,各所述气瓶单元(102)分别通过一个所述进气管与所述集气管组件(2)可拆卸连接并与所述集气管组件(2)内腔连通,所述密封堵盖(204)可拆卸连接于所述集气管主体(201)一端形成所述集气管组件(2)的封闭端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的气源系统,其特征在于,所述集气管主体(201)一端部设置有连接法兰(206),所述密封堵盖(204)连接于所述连接法兰(206)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的气源系统,其特征在于,还包括电控主机(3)、电控从机(4),各所述气瓶单元(102)上均设置有快开型电磁阀(101)、压力传感器(105),所述快开型电磁阀(101)设置于所述气瓶单元(102)的出气口与所述集气管主体(201)的进气管之间,所述压力传感器(105)用于获得所述气瓶单元(102)内的压力值,所述压力传感器(105)与所述电控从机(4)通讯连接,所述电控从机(4)与所述电控主机(3)通讯连接,所述电控从机(4)与所述快开型电磁阀(101)通讯连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的气源系统,其特征在于,所述气瓶单元(102)上设置有充气管(103),所述充气管(103)用于连接压力气源,所述充气管(103)与压力气源之间设置有三通转接头(104),所述压力传感器(105)设置于所述三通转接头(104)的一端。
6.根据权利要求5所述的气源系统,其特征在于,还包括一对固定夹板(502),所述气瓶单元(102)成对设置,成对设置的所述气瓶单元(102)分别位于所述集气管组件(2)的两侧,所述一对固定夹板(502)位于所述气瓶单元(102)外侧将所述气瓶单元(102)夹持于中间,所述一对固定夹板(502)相互连接,所述一对固定夹板(502)之间的距离可调。
7.根据权利要求6所述的气源系统,其特征在于,还包括螺杆(503),所述一对固定夹板(502)之间通过至少一对所述螺杆(503)相互连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的气源系统,其特征在于,所述固定夹板(502)的靠近所述气瓶单元(102)的一侧面上设置有多个凹槽(506),所述凹槽(506)与所述气瓶单元(102)相适应,各所述气瓶单元(102)的侧壁分别设置于一个所述凹槽(506)内。
9.根据权利要求8所述的气源系统,其特征在于,还包括支架(501),所述支架(501)的底板上设置有多个限位孔(505),各所述气瓶单元(102)的底部分别放置于一个所述限位孔(505)中。
10.根据权利要求9所述的气源系统,其特征在于,所述电控从机(4)设置于一个所述固定夹板(502)的远离所述气瓶单元(102)的一侧面上,所述支架(501)的侧面上及所述固定夹板(502)的远离所述气瓶单元(102)的一侧面均设置有滚轮(504),所述滚轮(504)位于同一平面内。
