Abstract

本发明公开了一种复合型极压添加剂,原料按重量份包括以下组分:氯化石蜡70‑90份、酚类抗氧剂1‑5份、胺类抗氧剂1‑5份、缓蚀剂1‑5份、三羟甲基丙烷酯1‑10份、复酯5‑10份;在提高抗极压性的同时,具有抗氧防腐蚀等多种复合型特性,适合用于齿轮和压延润滑点,且制备方法简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种极压添加剂,具体涉及一种复合型极压添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
极压添加剂是在高温高压的边界润滑条件下能与金属表面形成高溶点化学反应膜的添加剂,是油性剂失效条件下能起润滑作用的添加剂。极压添加剂分为水溶性和油溶性两种:油溶性的主要是氯化石蜡、硫化烯烃、硫化猪油、磷酸酯、磷酸盐、ZDDP等。水溶性极压添加剂,广泛用于金属切削、研磨、冲压、深拉等领域,具有水溶性、极压性、润滑性、防锈性、稳定性的特点。现有的极压添加剂大多功能单一,不能在完成极压使用的同时,具备更加全面的功效,即便是能解决单一的极压效果的润滑脂可溶性极压添加剂,市场价格也比较昂贵。而且制备工艺复杂,通用性差,效果单一。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种复合型极压添加剂及其制备方法,在提高抗极压性的同时,具有抗氧防腐蚀等多种复合型特性。
本发明的复合型极压添加剂,原料按重量份包括以下组分:氯化石蜡70-90份、酚类抗氧剂1-5份、胺类抗氧剂1-5份、缓蚀剂1-5份、三羟甲基丙烷酯1-10份、复酯5-10份;
进一步,原料按重量份包括以下组分:氯化石蜡80份、酚类抗氧剂3份、胺类抗氧剂3份、缓蚀剂2份、三羟甲基丙烷酯5份、复酯7份;
进一步,所述酚类抗氧剂为BASF(巴斯夫)IRGANOX L135;
进一步,所述胺类抗氧剂为BASF(巴斯夫)IRGANOX L57;
进一步,所述缓蚀剂为苯并三唑;
进一步,所述复酯为由二元酸和二元醇酯化成长链分子,其端基再由一元醇或一元酸酯化而得的高粘度基础油。
本发明的复合型极压添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将原料按设定重量份均匀混合后加热至温度为60-80℃,然后搅拌至完全溶解。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的复合型极压添加剂及其制备方法,在提高抗极压性的同时,具有抗氧防腐蚀等多种复合型特性,适合用于齿轮和压延润滑点,且制备方法简单。
本发明中采用的氯化石蜡性能好,且氯化石蜡与硫及磷具有良好的结合性,能够使极压剂在摩擦表面分解成元素氯或生成氯化氢,与金属表面吸附或反应生成FeCIz、FeCl3等低熔点膜,氯化铁容易被剪切,从而起到极压抗磨作用;苯并三唑为腐蚀抑制剂,在特定浓度和介质下可以起到防止或减缓材料腐蚀的作用;三羟甲基丙烷酯是一款应用非常广泛的合成酯,具有优异的润滑性,高闪点,低倾点,生物降解率达到85%以上,非常适合用于高温条件下或有环保要求的环境中;复酯具有高粘度指数、优异的低温性能和极高的热氧化稳定性;添加的酚类抗氧剂、胺类抗氧剂、缓蚀剂、三羟甲基丙烷酯、复酯均能够实现良好的相容,各原料组分除发挥自身的优异性能外,还能够更好地相互协同发挥作用,通过分步升温的工艺步骤,能够混合制成具有优异的抗极压性和抗氧防腐蚀性能的极压添加剂,最终制得具有更加优异综合性能的极压添加剂。

实施例中,所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法,所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例一
本实施例的复合型极压添加剂,原料按重量份包括以下组分:氯化石蜡70份、酚类抗氧剂1份、胺类抗氧剂1份、缓蚀剂1份、三羟甲基丙烷酯1份、复酯5份。将原料按设定重量份均匀混合后加热至温度为60℃,然后搅拌至完全溶解。
实施例二
本实施例的复合型极压添加剂,原料按重量份包括以下组分:氯化石蜡90份、酚类抗氧剂5份、胺类抗氧剂5份、缓蚀剂5份、三羟甲基丙烷酯10份、复酯10份。将原料按设定重量份均匀混合后加热至温度为80℃,然后搅拌至完全溶解。
实施例三
本实施例的复合型极压添加剂,原料按重量份包括以下组分:氯化石蜡70份、酚类抗氧剂5份、胺类抗氧剂1份、缓蚀剂5份、三羟甲基丙烷酯1份、复酯10份。将原料按设定重量份均匀混合后加热至温度为65℃,然后搅拌至完全溶解。
实施例四
本实施例的复合型极压添加剂,原料按重量份包括以下组分:氯化石蜡90份、酚类抗氧剂1份、胺类抗氧剂5份、缓蚀剂1份、三羟甲基丙烷酯10份、复酯5份。将原料按设定重量份均匀混合后加热至温度为75℃,然后搅拌至完全溶解。
实施例五
本实施例的复合型极压添加剂,原料按重量份包括以下组分:氯化石蜡80份、酚类抗氧剂2份、胺类抗氧剂4份、缓蚀剂3份、三羟甲基丙烷酯9份、复酯7份。将原料按设定重量份均匀混合后加热至温度为70℃,然后搅拌至完全溶解。
实施例六
本实施例的复合型极压添加剂,原料按重量份包括以下组分:氯化石蜡80份、酚类抗氧剂3份、胺类抗氧剂3份、缓蚀剂2份、三羟甲基丙烷酯5份、复酯7份。将原料按设定重量份均匀混合后加热至温度为70℃,然后搅拌至完全溶解。
上述实施例中,所述酚类抗氧剂为BASF(巴斯夫)IRGANOX L135;所述胺类抗氧剂为BASF(巴斯夫)IRGANOX L57;所述缓蚀剂为苯并三唑;所述复酯为由二元酸和二元醇酯化成长链分子,其端基再由一元醇或一元酸酯化而得的高粘度基础油。

2.根据权利要求1所述的复合型极压添加剂,其特征在于:原料按重量份包括以下组分:氯化石蜡80份、酚类抗氧剂3份、胺类抗氧剂3份、缓蚀剂2份、三羟甲基丙烷酯5份、复酯7份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合型极压添加剂,其特征在于:所述酚类抗氧剂为BASFIRGANOX L135。
4.根据权利要求3所述的复合型极压添加剂,其特征在于:所述胺类抗氧剂为BASFIRGANOX L57。
5.根据权利要求4所述的复合型极压添加剂,其特征在于:所述缓蚀剂为苯并三唑。
6.根据权利要求5所述的复合型极压添加剂,其特征在于:所述复酯为由二元酸和二元醇酯化成长链分子,其端基再由一元醇或一元酸酯化而得的高粘度基础油。
7.根据权利要求1所述的复合型极压添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:将原料按设定重量份均匀混合后加热至温度为60-80℃,然后搅拌至完全溶解。
