Abstract

Description
本发明涉及含酰基羟乙磺酸盐作为表面活性剂的皮肤清洗组合物,尤其是皂块形的组合物。
人的手在日常要经常清洗,并通常使用清洗组合物来清洗。这种频繁使用对清洗剂提出了重要要求。简单的起清洗作用是不足够的,组合物必须对皮肤温和,不引起或没有刺激,必须使天然的皮肤油份保留和必须避免皮肤干燥的感觉,干燥会引起皮肤不舒服的绷紧。传统的皂,即碱金属脂肪酸盐没有满足这些条件。
合成洗涤剂是已知的并得到广泛流行。已证实精选的合成洗涤剂类型比皂温和的多,但其它性能方面差,有时泡沫性质差。当更流行的温和合成洗涤剂为皂块形式时表现出这种不理想的性质如皂块软化产生糊烂和过度的磨损速率。也常发现基于合成洗涤剂的皂块制造困难。
在皂块类合成洗涤剂中,酰基羟乙磺酸盐已上升至显著的位置。含椰子油酰基羟乙磺酸钠作为主成分的皂块是市场上可得到的,其比皂温和的多并提供丰富的泡沫。这种基于合成的皂块已描述在美国专利2,894,912(Geitz),3,879,309(Gatti等),3,951,942(Prince等人),4,180,470(Tokosh等人)和4,260,507(Barrett)中。美国专利4,198,311(France等人)描述通过使用至少1%异硬脂酰乳酸钠改进椰子油酰基羟乙磺酸钠皂块,以获得这种皮肤调理性能如在冲洗干燥后的非油性、丝光性、光滑性和非粉性的感觉。
在美国专利5,262,079(Kacher等)中已报导了通过使用添加剂如山萮酸对皂块的坚固性进行改进。
如在美国专利4,695,395(Caswell等人)中描述的,通过将酰基羟乙磺酸盐与主要量的皂组合已实现了使糊烂/磨损降低。当糊烂/磨损性质显著改善时,温和性只略有降低。
如上述的,酰基羟乙磺酸盐是温和的表面活性剂。已报导了某些类型的添加剂,其使温和性增至所谓的超范围。例如,美国专利4,673,525(Small等人)掺入了保温剂如某些酰基乳酸钠,和皮感聚合助剂如阳离子聚合物。但这些添加剂的掺入通常对皂块的坚固性起相反作用。因此希望得到一种表现出高程度的温和性同时又不损坏坚固性的基于酰基羟乙磺酸盐表面活性剂的皂块。
现已发现通过加入乳酸盐(lactylate salt)可以提供一种含酰基羟乙磺酸盐作为主要表面活性剂的皂块,其对皮肤是温和的,有坚固性并表现出保湿作用和起泡性质。
这样,根据本发明,提供了一种清洗组合物,其包括:
(i)0.01%至0.8%(重)山萮酰乳酸盐(behenyl lacty late salt);和
(ii)10%至90%(重)C8-C22酰基羟乙磺酸盐。
在该组合物中存在山萮酰乳酸盐能改善温和性、保湿作用、杀菌活性,和最重要的是给含酰基羟乙磺酸盐的皂块提供了坚固性。优选该组合物通过掺入少量硅油、甘油和矿物油可得到进一步改善。
本发明组合物优选含有0.1-0.6%,最好0.2-0.4%(重)的山萮酰乳酸盐。优选的盐是碱金属、碱土金属、铵和C2-C12烷醇铵盐。最优选的是山萮酰乳酸钠。该物质在商业上可由C.J.Patterson division ofRITA Corporation购得。
山萮酰乳酸盐是主要的,包括C6-C18酰基乳酸盐的低分子量乳酸盐也是有用的。例如,月桂酰乳酸钠可以存在的量为约0.01%至约0.8%,优选约0.1-0.6%,最好约0.2-0.4%(重)。特别有效的是山萮酰乳酸盐和月桂酰乳酸盐以比例约10∶1至1∶10,优选约2∶1至约1∶2,最好约1∶1(重)的混合物。
酰基羟乙磺酸盐是本发明组合物的第二种关键组分。酰基羟乙磺酸盐可用以下通式来定义:
RCOOCH2CH2SO3M其中R是具有6至22个碳原子的脂族基或脂族基的混合物,M是碱金属阳离子,如钠、钾、铵或C2-C10烷醇铵阳离子。在本发明的一种实施方案中,至少75%R基应具有12至18个碳原子,并且至多25%应具有8至10个碳原子。钠盐比钾盐有略低的水溶性,因此得到较坚固的皂块。钾盐可生产出具有较好发泡性质和感觉的皂块,但较难加工。
酰基羟乙磺酸盐一般是主要的表面活性剂,其含量的范围为组合物重量的约10-90%,优选约30-80%,最好约45-65%。
促进发泡的辅助表面活性剂也可掺入本发明组合物中。皂是特别适于该目的的。本文所用的术语“皂”具有普通的意义,即烷烃或链烯烃一元羧酸的碱金属或烷醇铵盐。钠皂是最优选的。一元羧酸的链长可在约12至22个碳原子,优选约12至约18个碳原子范围内变化。最有效的是具有约85%椰子油和约15%牛油脂肪酸分布的皂,尤其是分别是82∶18混合物的皂。
皂的量可在约1%至约15%,优选约5%至约15%,最好约9%至约13%(重)范围内变化。
其它合成洗涤剂也可用作辅助发泡增效剂。这些洗涤剂可以选自下列物质的碱金属、碱土金属或铵盐:
C12-C16羟烷烃磺酸盐,
C8-C18酰基牛磺酸盐,
C12-C18烷基硫酸盐,
C12-C18烷基醚硫酸盐,
C12-C16烷基膦酸盐和磷酸盐,
C12-C16单烷基琥珀酸盐和马来酸盐,
C6-C12二烷基磺基琥珀酸盐,
C16-C20烷烃二琥珀酸盐,和
C8-C18链烯烃琥珀酸盐。
辅助合成洗涤剂的量可以在约0.5%至约20%,优选约1%至约5%(重)范围内变化。
优选将8-22个碳原子的游离脂肪酸掺入本发明的组合物中。这些脂肪酸中的一些是用作加脂剂和其它如皮感和乳化性增强剂。加脂剂增强了发泡性质并可选自碳原子数8-18,优选10-16的脂肪酸,其量高达至为组合物重量的25%。皮感和乳化性增强剂,其中最重要的是硬脂酸,也优选存在于这些组合物中。游离脂肪酸的量可以在约5-25%,优选约10-20%,最好在约16-19%(重)范围内变化。
以无机盐形式的电解质可包括在本发明的组合物中。这些电解质的存在有助于降低可塑性、糊烂和磨损。对该目的有用的是硫酸钠、氯化钠和其混合物。这些物质中每一种的量可在约2-10%,优选约4-8%(重)范围内变化。
保湿剂可以0.1-10%(重)含量掺入本发明组合物中。尤其适于该目的是甘油、矿物油和硅油(尤其是二甲聚硅氧烷)的混合物。甘油量为约0.1-5%,优选约0.5-2%,最好约0.6-1.2%(重)。矿物油可存在约0.1-2%,优选约0.05-0.5%,最好约0.1-0.3%(重)。硅油可存在约0.1-0.5%,优选约0.02-0.1%(重)。以甘油、矿物油和硅油形式的保湿剂的总量为约0.2-2%,优选约0.8%至1.5%,最好约1%(重)。
水也存在于本发明的组合物中。水的量为约1-10%,优选2-8%,最好约3-6%(重)。
少量功能性组分也可包括在本发明的组合物中。这些可包括以约0.1-0.5%(重)含量存在的遮光剂如二氧化钛,以约0.5-2%(重)量存在的杀菌剂如2,4,4′-三氯-2′-羟基二苯醚(以Irgasan DP-300购得),以约0.5-1.5%(重)存在的香料,和以有效量存在的以提供所需颜色的着色剂。
下列实施例将更详细地说明本发明的实施方案。除非另有说明,本文和附带的权利要求中所提到的所有份数、百分数和比例是按总组合物的重量计算的。

实施例2
通过In-Shower清洗试验来评估本发明组合物的临场效力。该试验包括连续地手洗1.5分钟(定时)在潮湿指示器(35-41℃)中的每个皂块(n=5,皂块/类型)。皂块被振动两次除去过量的水并放回皂盘中。然后将皂块放置干燥过夜。在早晨,重复清洗步骤。三小时后再重复清洗,然后将皂块放置干燥过第二个夜。在早晨,将皂块翻过来,测定糊烂部位的面积(mm2)。按以下计算糊烂表面积的百分数:
评估三个皂块。第一块被定为“D”,是根据实施例1中所列的配方I,但其中缺少乳酸盐、矿物油、甘油和二甲聚硅氧烷。第二个试验块被定为“DV”,在组成上与“D”相同,但还包括保湿剂的组合(矿物油/甘油/二甲聚硅氧烷)。最后皂块被定为“DVAL”,与“DV”皂块相同,但还包括0.25%月桂酰乳酸钠和0.25%山萮酰乳酸钠。糊烂结果列于下表中:

糊烂百分数的较低值是较理想的。由表可见DVAL皂块提供了比对照皂块D和DV较好的结果(相当少的糊烂),在表中所列的皂块DV和DVAL之间值的差异具有统计学上的意义。
实施例3
进行消费者评审试验来评估定为D、DV和DVAL(如实施例2中描述的)皂块的各种美学性质。在该试验中,选择以前使用过美观皂块的18位女性评审员,请她们用试验皂块代替她们常用产品一周来评价试验皂块(盲目和编码的)。在评价后,填写调查表。单一评价皂块并对每块皂的属性评“无至好”的等级。结果列于下表中。

Claims (10)
1、一种清洗组合物,包括:
(i)0.01-0.8%(重)山萮酰乳酸盐;和
(ii)10%-90%(重)C8-C22酰基羟乙磺酸盐。
2、根据权利要求1的组合物,其中酰基羟乙磺酸盐是椰子油酰基羟乙磺酸钠。
3、根据权利要求1的组合物,其中还包括含量为0.01-0.8%(重)C6-C18酰基乳酸盐。
4、根据权利要求3的组合物,其中所说的C6-C18酰基乳酸盐是月桂酰基乳酸钠。
5、根据权利要求4的组合物,其中山萮酰乳酸盐与月桂酰乳酸钠的比例为10∶1至1∶10。
6、根据权利要求5的组合物,其中山萮酰乳酸盐与月桂酰乳酸钠的比例为2∶1至1∶2。
7、根据权利要求1的组合物,其中还包括0.1-10%(重)保湿剂。
8、根据权利要求7的组合物,其中所说的保湿剂包括0.1-2%矿物油、0.1-5%甘油和0.1-0.5%硅油。
9、根据权利要求8的组合物,其中甘油和硅油以相应的50∶1至0.2∶1重量比存在,甘油和硅油与矿物油的组合物以相应的25∶1至0.04∶1重量比存在。
10、根据权利要求3的组合物,其中山萮酰乳酸盐含量为0.1-0.4%(重),C6-C18酰基乳酸盐是以含量为0.1-0.4%(重)的月桂酰乳酸盐。
