The automatic feeding and discharging device further comprises a PLC (programmable logic controller) 10, wherein the PLC 10 is respectively and electrically connected with the feeding cylinder 22, the lead screw lifter 73, the drilling machine 51, the discharging mechanism 6, the first pressing part 42, the second pressing part 43, the lifting adjusting cylinder 31 and the horizontal adjusting cylinder 32 so as to coordinate the operation of all the mechanisms and realize automatic control.
The specific implementation process of the invention is as follows:
finding a stress balance point of the chopping board according to the size of the chopping board, adjusting the pressing position of the second pressing part through the X-axis lead screw adjusting part and the Y-axis lead screw adjusting part, and setting the extension length of the horizontal adjusting cylinder through the PLC according to the size of the chopping board;
pushing a cutting board to be drilled in the feeding bin into the drilling chamber by a feeding cylinder;
the horizontal adjusting cylinder is controlled by the lifting adjusting cylinder to descend onto the drilling platform, and the position of the chopping board is adjusted in the X-axis direction;
after the position adjustment is finished, the first pressing part is pressed at the top of one side, close to the drilling machine, of the chopping board and is pressed on the chopping board to be drilled for fixing;
driving a drilling mechanism to drill a cutting board to be drilled;
the cutting board after drilling is pushed to the material receiving mechanism from the drilling chamber by the discharging mechanism, discharging is completed, and next circular drilling is performed.
In summary, the cutting board drilling equipment provided by the invention adopts the automatic discharging and automatic feeding modes, improves the feeding and discharging efficiency of the cutting board, has a wide application range, is provided with the liftable material receiving frame, can move in three axes to drill cutting boards with different sizes, and can ascend to the position flush with the top of the drilling platform after the cutting board is drilled, receive materials and convey the materials to the next process through the conveying roller bed; and the PLC is arranged in the cutting board, so that the coordination work among all mechanisms is realized, and the drilling efficiency and the drilling precision of the cutting board are improved.

the left side and the right side of the feeding bin are respectively provided with a feeding hole and a discharging hole which are oppositely arranged;
the movable end of the feeding mechanism penetrates through the feeding hole to push a cutting board to be drilled in the feeding bin;
the discharge hole is communicated with the drilling chamber;
the adjusting mechanism is arranged on one side of the drilling chamber opposite to the discharging mechanism so as to adjust the position of the chopping board to be drilled before drilling, and the adjusting mechanism comprises a lifting adjusting cylinder and a horizontal adjusting cylinder;
the fixed end of the lifting adjusting cylinder is arranged outside one side of the drilling chamber opposite to the discharging mechanism, and the movable end of the lifting adjusting cylinder is vertically connected with the fixed end of the horizontal adjusting cylinder through a connecting plate;
the movable end of the horizontal adjusting cylinder faces the drilling chamber to adjust the position of the wood board on one side;
the fixed end of the pressing mechanism is arranged at the top of the drilling chamber, and the movable end of the pressing mechanism is positioned in the drilling chamber and presses down on a chopping board to be drilled to be fixed;
the discharging mechanism and the material receiving mechanism are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the drilling platform;

the adjusting end of the Y-axis screw rod adjusting part is arranged on one side, above the supporting plate, of the top of the drilling chamber, and the movable end of the Y-axis screw rod adjusting part is arranged on the top of the drilling chamber and is positioned on one side, far away from the upper side of the supporting plate, of the top of the drilling chamber;

the movable end of the X-axis screw rod adjusting part and the adjusting end of the Y-axis screw rod adjusting part are vertically arranged on the other side of the movable end of the Y-axis screw rod adjusting part;
the fixed end of the second pressing part is arranged at the top of the movable end of the X-axis screw rod adjusting part, and the movable end of the second pressing part penetrates through the movable end of the X-axis screw rod adjusting part and is positioned in the drilling chamber so as to press the chopping board to be drilled;
the cutting board drilling method comprises the following steps:
pushing a cutting board to be drilled in the feeding bin into the drilling chamber by a feeding mechanism;
the position of the chopping block is adjusted in the X-axis direction by the adjusting mechanism;
after the position is adjusted, the pressing mechanism is pressed on a chopping board to be drilled to be fixed;
driving a drilling mechanism to drill a cutting board to be drilled;
the cutting board after drilling is pushed to the material receiving mechanism from the drilling chamber by the discharging mechanism, discharging is completed, and next circular drilling is performed.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the drilling chamber is formed by a four-leg bracket mounted on the drilling platform.
