The possible reasons for the guess are: the titanium dioxide is coated on the surface of the skin, so that the coating has a certain covering effect on the surface skin, and the powder structure with the particle size of 240-400nm of the titanium dioxide can also scatter ultraviolet rays with long wavelength, so that the effect of blocking the ultraviolet rays is achieved. The ferric oxide is colored on the surface of the skin after being covered by the titanium dioxide, so that the darkness of the skin is improved, and the glossiness of the skin is improved. The synergistic effect of the boron nitride and the aluminum oxide can improve the smooth feeling of the skin and adsorb grease secreted by the skin, has good adsorption effect, can increase the adhesive force of the titanium dioxide and the iron oxide on the surface of the skin, prolongs the effect aging of the skin conditioner on the surface of the skin, and reduces the falling of the makeup.

The applicant has also unexpectedly found that the addition of sodium hyaluronate having a molecular weight of 80-150 kilodaltons can improve the stability of the water-yielding barrier cream and reduce the sedimentation of the skin conditioner powder.
The applicant finds that the technical scheme of adopting water, humectant, inorganic salt and polydimethylsiloxane can improve the skin wettability, avoid the dry skin surface after the powder of the skin conditioner is coated, and reduce the follow-up cosmetic powder. The possible reasons for the guess are: the skin conditioning agent is dispersed in the system to form a water-in-oil system, and the system is demulsified by the shearing force of finger smearing in the use process of the isolation cream, so that the water outlet effect is realized, the moisture is supplemented for the skin, and the fit degree of the skin conditioning agent and the skin is increased. The synergistic effect of the humectant and the inorganic salt can form a film on the surface of the skin covered by the skin conditioner, so that the volatilization of moisture in the skin is reduced, and the moisture absorption effect of the polyol can absorb the moisture in the air, so that the skin can keep the moisturizing effect continuously. The applicant further discovers in the experimental process that the synergistic effect of the 1, 2-pentanediol, the 1, 2-hexanediol and the ethylhexyl glycerin can prevent bacteria in the system from breeding, has good antibacterial effect, and can keep the stable property of the product for a long time under the condition that the system is not added with preservative.

As a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of the polydimethylsiloxane PEG-10/15 crosslinked polymer, the cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane crosslinked polymer, and the cetylstearyl polydimethylsiloxane crosslinked polymer is 1: (0.5-1.5): (0.5-1.5).
As a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of the polydimethylsiloxane PEG-10/15 crosslinked polymer, the cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane crosslinked polymer, and the cetylstearyl polydimethylsiloxane crosslinked polymer is 1:1:1.

as a preferred embodiment, the alkylsilane is triethoxyoctylsilane.
As a preferred embodiment, the C14-C18 alkane is isohexadecane.
The applicant finds that the combination of the polydimethylsiloxane and the isohexadecane can lead the water-outlet isolation cream to volatilize quickly after being smeared on the skin in the experimental process, brings fresh feeling to the skin, and does not lead the skin to generate heavy feel of stuffiness and greasiness.
The applicant further discovers in the experimental process that the dispersion of the skin conditioner powder in the system is poor, the phenomenon of oil-water delamination is easy to generate, and the dispersion effect of the skin conditioner in the system can be obviously improved after the siloxane polymer is added, so that the stability in high-low temperature environment is improved. The possible reasons for the guess are: in an oil-water mixed system, the silane crosslinked polymer forms a stable protective film on the surface of the water phase liquid drops, and the oil-water end extends to the oil phase to form a water-in-oil phase system, so that the interfacial energy of the system is reduced, and the water phase liquid drops can be stably dispersed in the oil phase. And the viscosity of the polydimethylsiloxane PEG-10/15 crosslinked polymer, the cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane and the cetylstearyl polydimethylsiloxane crosslinked polymer is high, so that the molecular movement of liquid molecules in the system can be reduced after the mixture is added into the system, the sedimentation of skin regulator powder is reduced, and the stability of the system is further improved. The synergistic effect of the polydimethylsiloxane PEG-10/15 crosslinked polymer, the cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane and the cetylstearyl polydimethylsiloxane crosslinked polymer has better emulsifying property, and in a low-temperature environment, water phase liquid drops can be coagulated into solid state, the volume of the crosslinked polymer expands, the crosslinked polymer has certain shrinkage elasticity, and the liquid phase expansion after expansion can be accompanied, so that the oil-water separation caused by demulsification is avoided. And the polyalcohol and inorganic salt in the system are dissolved in the water phase, so that the solidifying point of the water phase can be reduced, and the low temperature resistance of the system is improved.
As a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of water, silicone oil and silane cross-linked polymer is (50-70): (2-30): (0.3-30).
As a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of water, silicone oil and silane cross-linked polymer is (55-65) (10-20): (1-20).
As a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of water, silicone oil and silane cross-linked polymer is 60:15:5.
the applicant found during the experiment that the weight ratio of water, silicone oil to silane cross-linked polymer was (55-65) (10-20): the water outlet cream (1-20) has good stability, and meanwhile, water is easy to be discharged in the use process, and the product is easy to be smeared. The possible reasons for the guess are: the weight ratio of the water, the silicone oil and the silane crosslinked polymer is (55-65) (10-20): (1-20), the water phase has a low duty ratio, fine water drops can be formed and dispersed in the oil phase, and the amount of the emulsifier can be enough to wrap a large amount of fine liquid phase water drops, so that a good stabilizing effect is achieved. In the use process, when the liquid drops wrapped by the emulsifying agent are subjected to horizontal shearing force of fingers, the emulsifying interface film can be destroyed, and the water phase liquid drops and the skin conditioning agent are released, so that a good moisturizing effect is realized. The force from different directions is received under the steady state, the forces from different directions can offset each other, the external force born by the stabilizing effect is smaller, but the force from a single direction is received when the emulsion breaking and water yielding device is used, so that the emulsion breaking and water yielding can be easily realized.
As a preferred embodiment, the inorganic salt is selected from one or a combination of several of sodium chloride, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, aluminum magnesium silicate and calcium carbonate.
As a preferred embodiment, the inorganic salt is sodium chloride.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of a water-outlet isolation cream for nourishing skin, brightening and improving foundation card powder, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Mixing water, inorganic salt and humectant at 70-90deg.C under stirring at 200-2000r/min;

(2) According to the water outlet isolation cream, the glycerol, the polyalcohol and the sodium hyaluronate are added, so that the surface wettability of skin can be increased, skin moisture is locked, a film is formed on the surface of the isolation cream, and the subsequent makeup is not blocked, so that a makeup surface of a piece of clothing is formed.
(3) According to the water outlet isolation cream, the system stability is improved by adding the polydimethylsiloxane PEG-10/15 crosslinked polymer, the cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane and the cetylstearyl polydimethylsiloxane crosslinked polymer, so that the oil precipitation phenomenon can not occur in high and low temperature environments.
