Abstract
The invention is suitable for the field of biological bird repellent agents, and provides a hydrophilic lipophilic microcapsule which is realized by the method, comprising a core material and a wall material, wherein the wall material is wrapped on the surface of the core material, and the raw material of the core material is starch sodium octenyl succinate; the wall material is prepared from sodium stearoyl lactate; the grain diameter of the core material is less than or equal to 100 mu m. The method comprises the following steps: adding a wall material raw material into water for heating, and then carrying out primary heat preservation on the heated wall material raw material to obtain molten wall material liquid; adding a core material raw material into the molten wall material liquid and stirring to obtain a mixture; and (3) performing second heat preservation on the mixture to obtain the hydrophilic and oleophylic microcapsule with the slow release function. The hydrophilic and oleophylic microcapsule provided by the invention has the advantages of large liquid absorption amount and strong adaptability to natural severe environment; and the preparation method of the hydrophilic and oleophylic microcapsule is simple and easy to operate, and can greatly promote the popularization and the use of the products.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of biological bird repellent agents, and particularly relates to a hydrophilic and lipophilic microcapsule and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The biological bird repellent is prepared by adsorbing bird repellent stock solution in an adsorption material, and stimulating trigeminal nerve of birds by using aromatic hydrocarbon substances volatilized with water simultaneously to achieve the aim of repelling birds.
The existing biological bird repellent is applied in agriculture and forestry, dosage forms mainly comprise a particle bird repellent composition, a powder bird repellent composition, an aqueous bird repellent composition and a paste bird repellent composition, and the defects of an adsorption material in the existing biological bird repellent cause small liquid absorption amount and poor adaptability to the natural severe environment, so that the popularization and use of the products are greatly limited, and therefore, the lipophilic and hydrophilic high adsorption material is the key of the long-acting biological bird repellent.
In order to avoid the above technical problems, it is necessary to provide a hydrophilic-lipophilic microcapsule and a preparation method thereof to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a hydrophilic-lipophilic microcapsule and a preparation method thereof, aiming at solving the problems of small liquid absorption amount and poor adaptability to natural severe environment caused by the defect of an adsorption material in the existing biological bird repellent, and greatly limiting the popularization and the use of the product.
The invention is realized in such a way that the hydrophilic-lipophilic microcapsule comprises a core material and a wall material, wherein the wall material is wrapped on the surface of the core material, and the raw material of the core material is starch sodium octenyl succinate;
the wall material is prepared from sodium stearoyl lactate;
the grain diameter of the core material is less than or equal to 100 mu m.
According to a further technical scheme, the mass ratio of the core material to the wall material is 1: 5-5: 1.
According to a further technical scheme, the particle size of the microcapsule is 60-100 meshes, and the viscosity of the microcapsule is 50-500 cp.
In a further technical scheme, the method comprises the following steps:
step (1): adding a wall material raw material into water for heating, and then carrying out primary heat preservation on the heated wall material raw material to obtain molten wall material liquid;
step (2): adding a core material raw material into the molten wall material liquid and stirring to obtain a mixture;

the hydrophilic and oleophylic microcapsule provided by the invention has the advantages of large liquid absorption amount and strong adaptability to natural severe environment; and the preparation method of the hydrophilic and oleophylic microcapsule is simple and easy to operate, and can greatly promote the popularization and the use of the products.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Specific implementations of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.
Example 1
The hydrophilic and oleophylic microcapsule comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10% of sodium starch octenyl succinate, 50% of sodium stearoyl lactylate and 40% of water. The preparation method of the microcapsule comprises the following steps:
under the state of normal temperature and normal pressure, adding water with the corresponding weight according to the percentage into a reaction tank, adding sodium stearoyl lactate with the corresponding mass ratio, heating to 50 ℃, stirring, fully dissolving, and preserving heat for 5min to prepare a mixed solution A;
and adding sodium starch octenyl succinate in the weight ratio into the mixed solution A, fully mixing, and keeping the temperature for 5min to obtain the microcapsule.
Example 2
The hydrophilic and oleophylic microcapsule comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30% of starch sodium octenyl succinate, 30% of sodium stearoyl lactylate and 40% of water. The preparation method of the microcapsule comprises the following steps:
under the state of normal temperature and normal pressure, adding water with the corresponding weight according to the percentage into a reaction tank, adding sodium stearoyl lactate with the corresponding mass ratio, heating to 75 ℃, stirring, fully dissolving, and preserving heat for 35min to prepare a mixed solution A;
adding sodium starch octenyl succinate in the weight ratio into the mixed solution A, mixing completely, and keeping the temperature for 35min to obtain the microcapsule.
Example 3
The hydrophilic and oleophylic microcapsule comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 50% of sodium starch octenyl succinate, 10% of sodium stearoyl lactylate and 40% of water. The preparation method of the microcapsule comprises the following steps:
step 1: under the state of normal temperature and normal pressure, adding water with the corresponding weight according to the percentage into a reaction tank, adding sodium stearoyl lactate with the corresponding mass ratio, heating to 100 ℃, stirring, fully dissolving, and preserving heat for 60min to prepare a mixed solution A;
and 2, step: adding sodium starch octenyl succinate in the weight ratio into the mixed solution A, mixing completely, and keeping the temperature for 60min to obtain the microcapsule.
The microcapsules in the three embodiments are used for preparing the bird repellent, the prepared bird repellent and the existing bird repellent are respectively used in test fields with the same area, and statistics results after a period of time show that the bird repellent prepared by the microcapsules in the three embodiments has a far better using effect than the existing bird repellent.

the grain diameter of the core material is less than or equal to 100 mu m.
2. The amphiphilic microcapsule according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the core material to the wall material is 1: 5-5: 1.
3. The hydrophilic-lipophilic microcapsule according to claim 1, wherein the particle size of said microcapsule is 60-100 mesh and the viscosity of said microcapsule is 50-500 cp.
4. A process for the preparation of the hydrophilic-lipophilic microcapsules according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
step (1): adding a wall material raw material into water for heating, and then carrying out primary heat preservation on the heated wall material raw material to obtain a molten wall material liquid;
step (2): adding a core material raw material into the molten wall material liquid and stirring to obtain a mixture;
and (3): and (3) performing second heat preservation on the mixture to obtain the hydrophilic and oleophylic microcapsule with the slow release function.
5. The method for preparing hydrophilic-lipophilic microcapsules according to claim 4, wherein the final temperature of the wall material heating is 50-100 ℃.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the first incubation comprises: preserving the heat for 5-60min under the condition of the final temperature of wall material heating;
the second heat preservation comprises the following steps: and preserving the heat for 5-60min under the condition of the final temperature of wall material heating.
