Abstract

一种通信方法及装置，其中方法包括：第一通信设备从第三通信设备接收第一信号，根据该第一信号确定第一功率值，在第一功率值大于或等于第一阈值的情况下，激活第一通信设备的第一功能，其中，第一功能为对接收到的信号进行放大和/或转发。由于第一信号对应的第一功率值可间接地反映出第一通信设备与第三通信设备之间的距离，当第一功率值大于或等于第一阈值时，第一通信设备距离第三通信设备可能较近，此时激活第一通信设备的第一功能，可有效提高第三通信设备的传输性能。
