In order to more clearly describe the internet of things air card writing method and the internet of things air card writing auxiliary method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the air card writing process is described in detail below with reference to fig. 4 and 5.
As shown in fig. 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the real-time status report of the internet-of-things device is added, the real-time status information of the internet-of-things device is synchronized between the card writing server and the service server, then the card writing server dynamically adjusts the card writing instruction according to the real-time status information of the internet-of-things device and the card writing policy, and before the card writing instruction is issued, the service server issues a corresponding card writing preparation instruction and a card writing start instruction to the internet-of-things device, including adjusting the PSM dormancy policy, going offline from the service server, and the like, so that the card writing environment is ensured, the card writing success rate is improved, and the resource waste is reduced.
As shown in fig. 5, after increasing the reporting of the real-time status information between the internet of things device and the service server, a typical over-the-air card writing process according to the embodiment of the present invention is as follows:
step 1, an administrator or a user submits and registers the information of the device to be written with the card and the information of the target code number in a card writing server. And the card writing server creates corresponding card writing virtual equipment in the service server after verifying that the information is correct.
And 2, inquiring the card writing flag bit by the Internet of things equipment to be written with the card.
And step 3, if the current eUICC card is in a card writing state, starting a card writing request, and reporting the current EID + IMSI information (namely the temporary code number information).
And 4, the Internet of things equipment completes registration on line at the service server.
And step 5, the terminal reports the IMSI and EID information of the card to be written, the IMEI number and the real-time state information of the Internet of things equipment to a service server.
And step 6, the business service synchronizes the real-time state information and the temporary code number information of the device to be written to the card writing server.
And 7, the card writing server checks whether the current state of the Internet of things equipment, such as the network state, the signing state and the like, meets the current card writing strategy.
And step 8, the card writing server issues a card writing preparation instruction to the internet of things equipment through the service server, wherein the instruction comprises turning off a PSM sleep mode (disable PSM).
And 9, the terminal completes card writing preparation work including disable PSM.
And step 10, the terminal reports the card writing preparation completion information to the service server, and the service server sends the card writing preparation completion information to the card writing server.
And step 11, the card writing server sends a card writing start instruction (OTA start) to the service server, and the service server selects an appropriate time to send the card writing start instruction (OTA start) to the internet of things device according to the current card writing state, such as the current geographic position, the card writing device amount at the same time, and the like.
And step 12, after the IOT equipment receives the card writing starting instruction, the IOT equipment logs in the request through the equipment, the business server is offline, and the business server synchronizes the indication information indicating that the IOT equipment is offline to the card writing server.
And step 13, the card writing server sends the air card writing short message to the Internet of things equipment, the Internet of things equipment receives the air card writing short message sent by the card writing platform, card data updating operation is executed through a PP-Download standard protocol, and after personal data are updated to a formal code number, the wireless network is attached and activated again.
And step 14, the Internet of things equipment starts a detection process, detects the card writing completion condition in the card writing execution stage, and updates the card writing identifier.
And step 15, registering the Internet of things equipment with the service server again.
And step 16, the internet of things equipment reports the card writing success and the current equipment real-time state information to the service server. And the service server synchronizes the information to the card writing server.
And step 17, after receiving the card writing completion information, the card writing server issues a card writing completion instruction (OTA finish) through the service server, and the Internet of things equipment exits the card writing state, including the PSM sleep mode before recovery.
And step 18, the card writing server updates the current card writing state of the to-be-written Internet of things equipment to be card writing completion.
In the embodiment of the invention, the service server reports the real-time state information and the code number information of the internet of things equipment in the card writing process, and meanwhile, the internet of things equipment closes the PSM sleep mode in the card writing process, so that the one-time success rate of the eSIM card writing in the air can be improved, the blind card writing information issuing in the eSIM card writing process in the air is reduced, the resource waste is reduced, and the user experience is improved. Meanwhile, the internet of things equipment is automatically connected to a business server after being on line, the business server interacts with a card writing server, if the eUICC card of the equipment belongs to equipment needing code number updating, the business server informs the card writing server to start a card writing process, the internet of things equipment does not need to be actively connected with the card writing server, and on-line information is reported, so that batch card writing is conveniently realized.
As shown in fig. 6, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an internet of things card writing device over the air, which is applied to a card writing server, and includes:

the Internet of things equipment is in an online state;
the Internet of things equipment is in a dormant state;
and the cell identifier of the cell where the Internet of things equipment is located.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining temporary code number information of the internet of things device and real-time status information of the internet of things device comprises:
receiving temporary code number information of the Internet of things equipment and real-time state information of the Internet of things equipment, which are sent by a business server registered by the Internet of things equipment.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein before sending card writing information to the Internet of things device according to the temporary code number information, the method further comprises:
sending a card writing preparation instruction of the Internet of things equipment to the service server under the condition that the real-time state information of the Internet of things equipment meets a card writing strategy, so that the service server sends the card writing preparation instruction to the Internet of things equipment; the card writing preparation instruction is used for indicating the Internet of things equipment to close the sleep mode of the power saving mode PSM;
and receiving card writing preparation completion information transmitted by the Internet of things equipment and forwarded by the service server.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein after receiving card writing accuracy completion information sent by the internet of things device and forwarded by the service server, the method further comprises:
sending a card writing starting instruction to the service server so that the service server sends the card writing starting instruction to the Internet of things equipment; the card writing starting instruction indicates that the Internet of things equipment is offline from the business server;
and receiving indication information which is sent by the service server and indicates that the equipment of the Internet of things is offline.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending card writing information to the internet of things device according to the temporary code number information comprises:
and writing card information to the Internet of things equipment through a card writing short message or a Bearer Independent Protocol (BIP) message.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after sending card writing information to the internet of things device according to the temporary code number information, the method further comprises:
receiving card writing completion information of the Internet of things equipment and real-time state information of the Internet of things equipment, which are sent by a business server registered by the Internet of things equipment;
sending a card writing completion instruction to the service server according to the card writing completion information, so that the service server sends the card writing completion instruction to the Internet of things equipment; the card writing completion instruction is used for indicating the Internet of things equipment to exit a card writing state and recover the sleep mode of the PSM;
and updating the real-time state information of the Internet of things equipment into a card writing completion state.
8. An auxiliary method for card writing over the air of the Internet of things is executed by a service server and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving temporary code number information of the Internet of things equipment and real-time state information of the Internet of things equipment, which are sent by the Internet of things equipment;
and sending the temporary code number information of the Internet of things equipment and the real-time state information of the Internet of things equipment to a card writing server corresponding to the Internet of things equipment.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the real-time status information of the internet of things device comprises at least one of:

The method according to claim 8, wherein after the temporary code number information of the internet of things device and the real-time status information of the internet of things device are sent to a card writing server corresponding to the internet of things device, the method further comprises:
receiving a card writing preparation instruction of the Internet of things equipment sent by the card writing server;
sending the card writing preparation instruction to the Internet of things equipment; the card writing preparation instruction is used for indicating the Internet of things equipment to close the sleep mode of the power saving mode PSM;
receiving card writing preparation completion information sent by the Internet of things equipment;
and sending the card writing preparation completion information to the card writing server.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein after sending the card write preparation complete information to the card write server, the method further comprises:
receiving a card writing starting instruction sent by the card writing server, wherein the card writing starting instruction indicates that the Internet of things equipment is offline from the service server;
