Therefore, a related mechanism and process need to be designed to provide the parameter information configured and taking effect at the network side to the service platform, so as to provide a basis for the service platform to complete subsequent decisions and operations.

the network validation parameter refers to a parameter and configuration information that at least one of a network element (R) AN, AN AMF, AN SMF, a UPF, a PCF, AN AUSF, a UDM and AN NSSF of a 2G/3G network element, AN SGSN, a GGSN, AN HL, a 4G network element eNB, AN MME, AN HSS, a PGW, AN SGW, a PCRF, AN SCEF, AN RCAF and a PFDF in a network and is validated and used.
2. The method of claim 1,

the network effective parameter query request is an event monitoring message, and the event monitoring message carries a request type, a user identifier and a request parameter; wherein, the request parameter is used for representing the parameter or parameter set of the required query;
