The linkage crutch panel 410 is comprised of a vertical panel and a sloping panel.
The auxiliary clamping system comprises a U-shaped frame 501, a third motor 502, a third guide wheel 503 and a fifth electric push rod 504; the lower side of the rear mounting side plate 21 is rotatably connected with a U-shaped frame 501; two fifth electric push rods 504 are rotatably connected to the lower side of the outer wall of the water storage cabin 301 at the rear part; the telescopic ends of the two fifth electric push rods 504 are rotatably connected with the U-shaped frame 501; a third motor 502 is connected to the front side of the U-shaped frame 501 through bolts; a third guide wheel 503 is rotatably connected to the inner front side and the inner rear side of the U-shaped frame 501 respectively, and the two third guide wheels 503 are fixedly connected; an output shaft of the third motor 502 penetrates through the U-shaped frame 501, and the output shaft of the third motor 502 is fixedly connected with a third guide wheel 503 in front.
When the welding quality detection device is used, waterproof treatment is performed on parts of the welding quality detection device in advance, the welding quality detection device is placed beside an anchor chain 4 through manual assistance, an output shaft of a first motor 205 is controlled to drive a screw rod 206 to rotate, the screw rod 206 drives a connecting seat 207 to move, a fixed seat 204 limits the connecting seat 207, the connecting seat 207 drives a connecting rod 208 and a first guide wheel 209 to synchronously move, a gap is reserved between the two first guide wheels 209 at the moment, the two first guide wheels 209 cross the anchor chain 4, then the output shaft of the first motor 205 is controlled to reversely rotate, the connecting seat 207, the connecting rod 208 and the first guide wheel 209 are made to reversely move, when a wedge 2081 on the connecting rod 208 touches a limiting wheel 210, the limiting wheel 210 limits a wedge 2081, the two connecting rods 208 can rotate inwards when moving rightwards, the two first guide wheels 209 are made to approach, the confinement of the anchor chain 4 between the two first guide wheels 209 and the two second guide wheels 212 is achieved;
then, the telescopic end of the first electric push rod 201 is controlled to extend to push the connecting arm 202, and meanwhile, the telescopic end of the second electric push rod 203 is controlled to extend, at this time, the second electric push rod 203 applies a reaction force to the connecting arm 202, so that the connecting arm 202 is parallel to the anchor chain 4 under the cooperation of the first electric push rod 201 and the second electric push rod 203, as shown in fig. 2, at this time, the anchor chain 4 is clamped into the first limiting groove 23;
and when the anchor chain 4 touches the first ultrasonic detector 403 and presses the first ultrasonic detector 403 upwards, the first ultrasonic detector 403 pushes the first sliding rod 402 and the connecting plate 406 to move upwards, the first spring 405 is compressed, the connecting plate 406 drives the U-shaped linkage rod 407 to move upwards, the U-shaped linkage rod 407 moves upwards along the inclined plate part of the linkage crutch plate 410, so that the two linkage crutch plates 410 move close to each other, the linkage crutch plate 410 drives the second sliding rod 409 to slide on the third mounting seat 408, the second spring 411 is compressed, the linkage crutch plate 410 drives the second ultrasonic detector 412 and the second welding gun 413 to move synchronously, the two second ultrasonic detectors 412 surround two sides of the anchor chain 4, meanwhile, the second ultrasonic detector 412 at the rear drives the L414 to move synchronously, so that the L414 pushes the connecting rotating plate 416, the connecting rotating plate 416 rotates on the fourth mounting seat 415, so that the connecting rotating plate 416 drives the third ultrasonic detector 417 and the third welding gun 418 to turn upwards, thereby, the anchor chain 4 is wrapped by the first ultrasonic detector 403, the third ultrasonic detector 417 and the two second ultrasonic detectors 412, and the first welding gun 404, the third welding gun 418 and the two second welding guns 413 are aligned with the anchor chain 4;
then, the fifth electric push rod 504 is controlled to push the U-shaped frame 501, so that the U-shaped frame 501 drives the third motor 502 and the third guide wheels 503 to synchronously turn over, as shown in fig. 4, at this time, the anchor chain 4 in the first limiting groove 23 is limited by the two third guide wheels 503, so that the welding quality detection device is sleeved on the anchor chain 4, then the second motor 211 is controlled to drive the second guide wheel 212 to rotate, the third motor 502 is controlled to drive the third guide wheels 503 to rotate, the welding quality detection device moves downwards on the anchor chain 4 through the rotation of the second guide wheel 212 and the third guide wheels 503, and the first guide wheels 209 rotate in a matching manner;
simultaneously controlling the third electric push rod 308 to pull the push hook 309, pulling the closing plate 312 through the push hook 309 to enable the closing plate 312 to drive the connecting slide block 311 to slide rightwards in the limiting slide rail 310, and simultaneously controlling the telescopic end of the fourth electric push rod 313 to contract, taking the front view and the back view as a reference, enabling the closing plate 312 to rotate anticlockwise, enabling the through groove at the lower part of the water storage tank 301 to be opened, enabling seawater to be poured into the water storage tank 301, increasing the submergence gravity, controlling the third electric push rod 308 to push the push hook 309 after the water storage tank 301 is filled with water, and enabling the telescopic end of the fourth electric push rod 313 to be matched and contracted to enable the closing plate 312 to close the through groove at the lower part of the water storage tank 301 again;
when the welding quality detection device moves along the anchor chain 4, the first ultrasonic detector 403, the third ultrasonic detector 417 and the two second ultrasonic detectors 412 are used for carrying out ultrasonic detection on the anchor chain 4, and when a crack or other damage is detected on the anchor chain 4, the first welding gun 404, the third welding gun 418 and the two second welding guns 413 are used for welding a mark at the corresponding position of the anchor chain 4, so that a subsequent worker can directly maintain the marked position;
after the detection is finished, the output shaft of the second motor 211 and the output shaft of the third motor 502 are controlled to rotate reversely, so that the welding quality detection device moves upwards, the check valve 303 is controlled to be opened, meanwhile, the air pump 305 is controlled to convey the compressed air in the compressed air tank 306 into the water storage tank 301, the water in the water storage tank 301 is discharged outwards by utilizing the air pressure, and the resistance of moving upwards is reduced.

When the anchor chain 4 is positioned in the first limiting groove 23, the two clamping arms of the electric clamp 601 are controlled to be closed, the two limiting clamp plates 602 move close to each other, the anchor chain 4 is positioned in the second limiting groove 6021, the anchor chain 4 is limited due to the fact that the second limiting groove 6021 is V-shaped, the anchor chain 4 is prevented from being turned over randomly, stability in detection of the anchor chain 4 is guaranteed, the fixing plate 603 is driven by the limiting clamp plates 602 to move synchronously, the hollow arc plates 604, the limiting covers 605 and the ejector 606 are driven by the fixing plate 603 to move synchronously, the two hollow arc plates 604 and the two limiting covers 605 are closed, the ejector 606 on the hollow arc plates 604 is close to the anchor chain 4, the water pump 607 is started, seawater is sucked through the water suction head 609 and is transported to the hollow arc plates 604 through the second three-way pipe 608, the hollow arc plates 604 are divided and then transported to the ejector 606, water flow is ejected to the anchor chain 4 through the ejector 606, and the anchor chain 4 is washed by the water flow, the sundry garbage and marine parasitic organisms attached to the anchor chain 4 are flushed away, and the flushed sundry garbage and the marine parasitic organisms are blocked by the two folded limiting covers 605, so that the situation that the flushed sundry garbage and the marine parasitic organisms float to the detection position of the detection marking system to influence the detection is prevented.
