Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a device for cleaning a filter screen of an air conditioner, which can be integrated with an air conditioner or used separately. The device includes but is not limited to a cleaning tank 100, a cleaning water tank 101, a condensed water collection tank 102, a first water outlet pipe 200, a turbidity sensor 300, and the like.
The cleaning tank 100 has a cleaning cavity for placing an air conditioner filter screen to be cleaned, the cleaning water tank 101 is used for containing air conditioner condensate water, and the cleaning water tank 101 is used for supplying the air conditioner condensate water to the cleaning tank 100. The condensed water collection tank 102 is used to store the recovered air conditioner condensed water, and the condensed water collection tank 102 may be used to supply the air conditioner condensed water to the wash water tank 101. In the invention, a first water outlet pipe 200 is connected to a water outlet of a cleaning tank 100, the first water outlet pipe 200 is communicated with a cleaning cavity, and a turbidity sensor 300 is arranged on the first water outlet pipe 200. It can be understood that the turbidity sensor 300 according to the present invention is used to detect the degree of turbidity of the water in the first water outlet pipe 200 to determine whether the filter screen is cleaned. Among other things, the turbidity sensor 300 can emit light for passing through a certain amount of water, and the amount of light transmission depends on the degree of turbidity of the water. The more dirty the water, the less light passes through, and conversely the more light passes through. The turbidity sensor 300 has a light receiving end for receiving light transmitted through water and converting light intensity into a corresponding current magnitude. The more light that is transmitted, the larger the current tends to be, and vice versa. The turbidity sensor 300 determines the degree of water turbidity based on the magnitude of the current generated at its light receiving end. The invention can generate a voltage signal by passing the current generated by the light receiving end through the resistor during application, and can sample the voltage signal by using the analog-to-digital converter, so that the controller can know the current water pollution degree according to the sampling result. The controller is linked with corresponding mechanisms such as a water pump or a valve according to the dirt degree of water so as to execute operations such as whether to continuously pump water for cleaning or drain water after cleaning is finished, and the controller can be a control module integrated on an air conditioner controller or a separately arranged control module.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention can connect a washing water tank 101 and a washing tub 100 through a first water supply pipe 400. And the air conditioner condensed water in the cleaning water tank 101 is supplied to the cleaning cavity of the cleaning tank 100 through the first suction pump 500 along the first water supply pipe 400, thereby cleaning the air conditioner filter screen. The first suction pump 500 can be provided on the first water supply pipe 400. Similarly, the present invention can also connect the condensate collection tank 102 and the wash water tank 101 through the second water supply pipe 401, and send the air conditioner condensate in the condensate collection tank 102 to the wash water tank 101 through the second suction pump 501 along the second water supply pipe 401. Second suction pump 501 may be provided on second water supply pipe 401.
The apparatus of the present invention may further include a three-way valve 600, the three-way valve 600 being disposed on the first outlet pipe 200. The three-way valve 600 has an inlet, a first outlet and a second outlet, the inlet is communicated with the cleaning tank 100, the first outlet is communicated with the cleaning water tank 101, and the second outlet is connected with a drain pipe 201. It should be understood that the present invention can dispose the turbidity sensor 300 on the pipe line of the first water outlet pipe 200 between the three-way valve 600 and the wash tank 100.
It can be understood that the first water outlet pipe 200 can be connected to the cleaning water tank 101, so that the water in the cleaning tank 100 can be returned to the cleaning water tank 101 according to actual situations. The cleaning water tank 101 can be arranged below the cleaning tank 100, so that the water in the cleaning tank 100 can flow back to the cleaning water tank 101 under the action of the gravity of the water, the purposes of reducing the complexity of the structure of the device and the cost of products are achieved, and the structure of the device is more compact.
Referring to fig. 1, the apparatus further includes one or more liquid level sensors, each of which is disposed in the cleaning water tank 101. It is understood that the liquid level sensors of the present invention may include a low liquid level sensor 700, a middle liquid level sensor 701, and a high liquid level sensor 702, all of which are fixed on the inner wall of the washing water tank 101, but may not be limited thereto, for example, more liquid level sensors. Wherein the height of the low liquid level sensor 700 is smaller than the height of the middle liquid level sensor 701, and the height of the middle liquid level sensor 701 is smaller than the height of the high liquid level sensor 702. The level sensor may be, for example, a tuning fork level sensor. More specifically, the low level sensor 700 of the present invention may be used to determine whether the water in the cleaning water tank 101 has been drained, the middle level sensor 701 may be used to determine whether the water in the cleaning water tank 101 reaches a middle level, and the high level sensor 702 may be used to determine whether the water in the cleaning water tank 101 is overflowed.
The apparatus may further comprise a second outlet pipe 202 and a solenoid valve 601. The second water outlet pipe 202 is connected to a water outlet of the cleaning water tank 101, and the electromagnetic valve 601 is disposed on the second water outlet pipe 202. When the water in the cleaning water tank 101 needs to be drained, for example, when the air conditioner filter screen is cleaned, the electromagnetic valve 601 can be controlled to be opened, so that the air conditioner condensed water is drained along the second water outlet pipe 202, the problems of rusting and the like of the cleaning water tank 101 are avoided as much as possible, and the reliability and the service life of the device are improved.
The device for cleaning the air conditioner filter screen can be an automatic cleaning device. The device may further include a cleaning control module 800, and the cleaning control module 800 may be connected to the turbidity sensor 300, the three-way valve 600, the electromagnetic valve 601, the first water pump 500, the second water pump 501, the moving mechanism, and other related mechanisms in a wired and/or wireless manner, respectively, so as to control the related mechanisms to operate or close according to actual conditions. The washing control module 800 of the present invention may be a separate controller, or may be software or a piece of code integrated with the air conditioner controller.
It should be understood that the present invention can also provide an air conditioner having a water washing screen function, which may include, but is not limited to, the device for washing the air conditioner screen according to any embodiment of the present invention. The apparatus may also include a motion mechanism that may be used to drive the air conditioner screen into the cleaning tank 100.
As shown in fig. 2, and in conjunction with fig. 1 and 3, the present invention can provide a method for cleaning an air conditioner screen. The method can realize automatic cleaning of the air conditioner filter screen, and particularly, the method can comprise but is not limited to at least one of the following steps.
The air conditioner condensate water is recovered, the recovery process can be executed after the cleaning function is started or in advance, and the cleaning function can be started automatically or manually. And stores the air conditioner condensate in the condensate collection tank 102, and uses the air conditioner condensate as a cleaning agent.
The second suction pump 501 is controlled to operate, i.e., the air conditioner condensate is supplied to the wash water tank 101 through the condensate collection tank 102. The present invention may include supplying the air conditioner condensate to the wash water tank 101 through the condensate collection tank 102: it is determined whether to stop the supply of the air conditioning condensate water to the washing water tank 101 according to the liquid level in the washing water tank 101. Specifically, the present invention can store a proper amount of air conditioner condensate water in the cleaning water tank 101 through a predetermined program, and the manner of detecting the liquid level in the cleaning water tank 101 may be to determine whether the proper amount of condensate water is appropriate by using a tuning fork liquid level sensor in the cleaning water tank 101, and the proper amount of condensate water may be not less than half of the total volume of the water tank (middle water level), for example, and may be detected by the middle liquid level sensor 701. It should be understood that the air conditioner condensed water of the present invention can be replaced by other liquid with a cleaning function as a cleaning agent based on the present disclosure. But the invention can utilize the air conditioner condensed water as the cleaning agent to realize the high-efficiency utilization of resources, thereby greatly improving the user experience while reducing the user input cost.
In specific implementation, the present invention can drive the filter screen of the air conditioner to be cleaned to enter the cleaning tank 100 through the moving mechanism. It should be understood that the motion mechanism of the present invention may be integrated into an air conditioning apparatus and may be automatically controlled by the purge control module 800.
The first suction pump 500 is controlled to be operated to supply the washing tub 100 with the air conditioner condensate water through the washing water tank 101 along the first water supply pipe 400 for connecting the washing water tank 101 and the washing tub 100. The cleaning cavity of the cleaning tank 100 is placed with an air conditioner filter screen to be cleaned, and the air conditioner filter screen is cleaned by using the air conditioner condensate water in the cleaning tank 100. It can be understood that the invention can control the movement of the filter screen or the movement of the condensed water of the air conditioner or the movement of both the filter screen and the condensed water of the air conditioner during the cleaning process, thereby improving the cleaning effect of the filter screen and reducing the cleaning time. Of course, the present invention may also be configured such that the air conditioner condensed water is first added to the cleaning tank 100, and then the air conditioner filter is placed in the cleaning tank 100. The first water pump can be controlled to work based on the condition that the detection result of the liquid level sensor in the cleaning water tank 101 reaches the set value, and the set value can be the condition that the air conditioner condensed water in the cleaning water tank 101 reaches half of the total volume of the water tank so as to convey the air conditioner condensed water in the cleaning water tank 101 to the cleaning cavity of the cleaning tank 100. Therefore, the invention can provide sufficient air conditioner condensate water for the air conditioner filter screen to be cleaned so as to meet the requirement of cleaning the air conditioner filter screen.
The air conditioner filter screen placed in the cleaning tank 100 is then cleaned by the air conditioner condensed water in the cleaning tank 100, and the cleaning process may be generally performed once or more times.
After the filter screen is cleaned, the sewage generated by cleaning flows out of the first water outlet pipe 200 below the cleaning tank 100. The present invention detects a turbidity value of the air-conditioned condensed water in the first outlet pipe 200 connected to the water outlet of the washing tub 100 using the turbidity sensor 300. It is understood that the present invention can correspond different turbidity value ranges to different turbidity levels, for example, the turbidity level is set to 0-10, "0" can be used to indicate clean, "10" can be used to indicate turbidity. Of course, the present invention can also operate accordingly based on the actual turbidity value detected.
And judging whether to stop cleaning the air conditioner filter screen or not according to the turbidity value of the air conditioner condensed water, wherein the filter screen cleaning can be completed when the filter screen cleaning is stopped, and one or more times of cleaning is needed when the filter screen cleaning is not stopped. The invention judges whether to continuously clean the air conditioner filter screen according to the turbidity value of the condensed water of the air conditioner, and stops cleaning the air conditioner filter screen when the turbidity value meets the set condition (which can be set according to the actual condition, such as the turbidity value is less than or equal to 7 ℃), otherwise (such as the turbidity value is greater than 7 ℃).
Under the condition of continuing to clean, namely in the process of continuously cleaning the air conditioner filter screen, whether the air conditioner condensed water flowing out of the first water outlet pipe 200 flows back to the cleaning water tank 101 is judged according to the turbidity value of the air conditioner condensed water. Specifically, the present invention can judge whether the current sewage discharge is the first discharge, and directly discharge the sewage to the outside through the sewage discharge pipe 201 at the first discharge. It is also possible to judge whether the change rate of the turbidity value satisfies the current setting condition when the discharge is not the first discharge. According to the invention, the air conditioner condensed water flowing out of the first water outlet pipe 200 can be refluxed into the cleaning water tank 101 based on the fact that the change rate of the turbidity value of the air conditioner condensed water is in the first set range, and the refluxed air conditioner condensed water is mixed with the condensed water extracted from the condensed water collecting tank 102, so that the utilization rate of the air conditioner condensed water can be improved. The first setting range may be, for example, 5 degrees or more per time (i.e., in the case where the currently discharged water is reduced by at least 5 degrees from the last turbidity value). It can be understood that, under the condition that the turbidity value of the air-conditioning condensed water is within the second set range under the condition of continuous cleaning, the air-conditioning condensed water flowing out of the first water outlet pipe 200 flows back into the cleaning water tank 101, the returned air-conditioning condensed water is mixed with the condensed water pumped out of the condensed water collection box 102, and the mixed water can play a role in continuously cleaning the air-conditioning filter screen, so that the utilization rate of the air-conditioning condensed water can also be improved. The second setting range can be set according to actual conditions, and may be, for example, 10 degrees or less.
The three-way valve 600 provided on the first water outlet pipe 200 is controlled based on the condition that the turbidity value of the air-conditioning condensate is within the third setting range, so that the air-conditioning condensate is discharged along the three-way valve 600 and the drain pipe 201 connected to the three-way valve 600. The third setting range may be set according to actual conditions, and may be, for example, 20 degrees or more. The used water is turbid and has no value of secondary utilization, and the air conditioner filter screen may need to be cleaned for a plurality of times.
When the turbidity value detected by the turbidity sensor 300 satisfies the set condition, the cleaning of the air conditioner filter screen is stopped, that is, the cleaning of the air conditioner filter screen is completed. The invention can also drive the filter screen of the air conditioner to reset through the movement mechanism and automatically control the air conditioner to blow the filter screen. The invention can completely reflux the air conditioner condensed water flowing out of the first water outlet pipe 200 to the cleaning water tank 101 and drain the water in the cleaning water tank 101, thereby avoiding the corrosion of the cleaning tank 100 or the cleaning water tank 101 by the water, prolonging the service life of the product and ensuring better product reliability.
