The turbidity sensor is capable of emitting light for passing through a quantity of water, the amount of light transmitted being dependent on the degree of turbidity of the water. The more dirty the water, the less light passes through, and conversely the more light passes through. The turbidity sensor is provided with a light receiving end, and the light receiving end is used for receiving the light rays penetrating through water and converting the light intensity into corresponding current. The more light that is transmitted, the larger the current tends to be, and vice versa. The turbidity sensor determines the degree of water turbidity according to the magnitude of current generated by the light receiving end of the turbidity sensor. The invention can generate a voltage signal by passing the current generated by the light receiving end through the resistor during application, and can sample the voltage signal by using the analog-to-digital converter, so that the controller can know the current water pollution degree according to the sampling result. The controller is linked with corresponding mechanisms such as a water pump or a valve according to the dirt degree of water so as to execute operations such as whether to continuously pump water for cleaning or drain water after cleaning is finished, and the controller can be a control module integrated on an air conditioner controller or a separately arranged control module.

It is understood on the basis of the present invention that the liquid level sensors include, but are not limited to, a low liquid level sensor 700, a middle liquid level sensor 701, and a high liquid level sensor 702, all of which are fixed to the inner wall of the cleaning water tank 101. Wherein the height of the high level sensor 702 is greater than the height of the mid level sensor 701, and the height of the mid level sensor 701 is greater than the height of the low level sensor 700. The level sensor of the present invention may be, for example, a tuning fork level sensor. The low liquid level sensor 700 of the present invention can be used to determine whether the water in the cleaning water tank 101 is drained completely, the medium liquid level sensor 701 is used to determine whether the water in the cleaning water tank 101 reaches the medium water level, and the high liquid level sensor 702 is used to determine whether the water in the cleaning water tank 101 is overflowed.

It should be understood that the purge control module 800 may be implemented by developed software or a piece of code, for example, and the purge control module 800 provided in the present invention can be integrated with an air conditioner controller.
It can be understood that the present invention can provide an air conditioner having a water washing screen function. The air conditioner includes, but is not limited to, an air conditioner filter screen cleaning device in any embodiment of the present invention, and the air conditioner filter screen cleaning device may further include a moving mechanism for moving the air conditioner filter screen into the cleaning tank 100.
Referring to fig. 2, and with reference to fig. 1 and 3, the present invention can also provide a method for cleaning a filter screen of an air conditioner. The air conditioner filter screen cleaning method can be a full-automatic cleaning scheme, and can realize automatic cleaning of the air conditioner filter screen.
After the cleaning function is started or the condensed water is collected in advance through the condensed water collecting box, the cleaning function can be manually or automatically started. When second suction pump 501 starts to operate, air conditioner condensate in condensate collecting tank 102 is transported into wash water tank 101 by second suction pump 501. The invention can store a proper amount of air conditioner condensed water in the cleaning water tank 101 through a set program, and the mode of detecting the liquid level in the cleaning water tank 101 can be that whether the amount of the condensed water is proper or not is judged by using a tuning fork liquid level sensor in the cleaning water tank 101, and the volume of the proper amount of the condensed water can be not less than half of the total volume of the water tank (middle water level), for example. It can be seen that the present invention can use the air conditioner condensed water as a cleaning agent, which may be water or other type of liquid for cleaning that is added to the cleaning water tank 101 by a user.
In specific implementation, the present invention can drive the filter screen of the air conditioner to be cleaned to enter the cleaning tank 100 through the moving mechanism. It should be appreciated that the motion mechanism may be integrated into the air conditioner and may be automatically controlled using the purge control module 800.
The first suction pump 500 is operated to transfer the cleaning agent in the cleaning water tank 101 to the cleaning chamber of the cleaning bath 100 by the first suction pump 500 along the first water supply pipe 400 for connecting the cleaning water tank 101 and the cleaning bath 100. The air conditioner filter screen to be cleaned is placed in the cleaning cavity, the filter screen can be cleaned by a cleaning agent in the cleaning cavity, and particularly the filter screen can be cleaned by condensed water. It can be understood that the invention can control the movement of the filter screen or the movement of the cleaning agent or the movement of both the filter screen and the cleaning agent during the cleaning process, so as to improve the cleaning effect of the filter screen and reduce the cleaning time. Of course, the present invention may also be configured to add the air conditioning condensate water to the cleaning tank 100 first, and then put the filter screen into the cleaning tank 100.
More specifically, the delivering of the cleaning agent in the cleaning water tank 101 to the cleaning volume of the cleaning tank 100 by the first suction pump 500 may include: the first water pump is controlled to work based on the condition that the detection result of the liquid level sensor in the cleaning water tank 101 reaches the set value, and the condition of the set value can be that the cleaning agent in the cleaning water tank 101 reaches half of the total volume of the water tank so as to convey the cleaning agent in the cleaning water tank 101 to the cleaning cavity of the cleaning tank 100. Therefore, the invention can provide enough cleaning agent for the air conditioner filter screen to be cleaned so as to meet the requirement of cleaning the air conditioner filter screen.
After the filter screen is cleaned, the sewage generated by cleaning flows out of the first water outlet pipe 200 below the cleaning tank 100. The present invention detects a turbidity value of a detergent in the first water outlet pipe 200 connected to the water outlet of the cleaning tank 100 using the turbidity sensor 300. It is understood that the present invention can correspond different turbidity value ranges to different turbidity levels, for example, the turbidity level is set to 0-10, "0" can be used to indicate clean, "10" can be used to indicate turbidity. Of course, the present invention can also operate accordingly based on the actual turbidity value detected.
And judging whether to continuously clean the air conditioner filter screen or not according to the turbidity value of the cleaning agent, stopping cleaning the air conditioner filter screen when the turbidity value meets a set condition (which can be set according to actual conditions, such as the turbidity value is less than or equal to 7 ℃), and otherwise (such as the turbidity value is greater than 7 ℃).
Under the condition of continuous cleaning, the invention can judge whether the current sewage discharge is the first discharge or not, and directly discharge the sewage to the outside through the sewage discharge pipe during the first discharge. It is also possible to judge whether the change rate of the turbidity value satisfies the current setting condition when the discharge is not the first discharge. According to the invention, the cleaning agent flowing out of the first water outlet pipe 200 can flow back to the cleaning water tank 101 based on the fact that the change rate of the turbidity value of the cleaning agent is in the first set range, and the flowing-back cleaning agent is mixed with the condensed water extracted from the condensed water collecting tank, so that the utilization rate of the cleaning agent can be improved. The first setting range may be, for example, 5 degrees or more per time (i.e., in the case where the currently discharged water is reduced by at least 5 degrees from the last turbidity value).
Under the condition of continuous cleaning, the cleaning agent flowing out of the first water outlet pipe 200 is refluxed to the cleaning water tank 101 under the condition that the turbidity value of the cleaning agent is within the second set range, the refluxed cleaning agent is mixed with the condensed water extracted from the condensed water collecting tank, and the mixed water can play a role in continuously cleaning the air conditioner filter screen, so that the utilization rate of the cleaning agent can be improved. The second setting range can be set according to actual conditions, and may be, for example, 10 degrees or less.
The three-way valve 600 provided on the first water outlet pipe 200 is controlled based on the condition that the turbidity value of the detergent is within the third set range, so that the detergent is discharged along the three-way valve 600, the drain pipe 201 connected to the three-way valve 600. The third setting range may be set according to actual conditions, and may be, for example, 20 degrees or more. The used water is turbid and has no value of secondary utilization, and the air conditioner filter screen may need to be cleaned for a plurality of times.
When the turbidity value detected by the turbidity sensor meets the set condition, the current air conditioner filter screen is stopped to be cleaned, and the air conditioner filter screen is cleaned. The invention can also drive the filter screen of the air conditioner to reset through the movement mechanism, and can automatically control the air conditioner to realize drying the filter screen. The invention can drain the water in the cleaning tank and the water in the cleaning tank, avoid the corrosion of the cleaning tank or the cleaning water tank by the water, prolong the service life of the product and have better reliability.
