The steam generator of the gas-fired seafood steaming cabinet in the prior art generally comprises a controller, a water tank, a condensing flue, a floating ball chamber and a heat exchanger; the heat exchange part of the heat exchanger is fixed at the bottom of the inner side of the water tank, the heat exchanger heats water in the whole water tank when the steam generator works, and a large amount of water vapor is used for generating only when the water temperature is heated to be close to or reach a boiling state. (4) a plurality of fire rows are arranged in the combustion chamber, and the heat plate is uniformly heated by the combustor;
(5) the size and the flow of the water mist droplets sprayed by the spraying device can be adjusted by a booster pump and an adjustable atomizing nozzle; the firepower of the fire row burner can be adjusted; through the adjustment, the matching of the spraying device and the fire force of the fire row burner can be realized.

Example 1
The invention will be further described with reference to figures 1 to 9 of the accompanying drawings, an instant steam generator, as shown in figures 1 and 2, comprising a body, a hot plate 6 (in this embodiment a heated tray), a burner 7 and a spray device; the main body comprises a substructure 1 and a superstructure 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a heat plate 6 is installed on the upper layer in the lower structure 1, and a burner 7 is installed on the lower layer in the lower structure 1, wherein the burner 7 can heat the heat plate 6.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, the spraying device comprises a plurality of atomizing nozzles 3, the plurality of atomizing nozzles 3 are uniformly mounted on the upper structure 2, and the atomizing nozzles 3 can spray water mist to the upper surface of the hot plate 6; the superstructure 2 is provided with a steam outlet 4.
As shown in fig. 2, the lower structure 1 has a hollow rectangular parallelepiped shape; the lower structure 1 is a steel structure with an interlayer, and a fire-resistant fiber board is arranged in the interlayer.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the lower structure 1 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the horizontal projection of the upper structure 2 coincides with the horizontal projection of the lower structure 1; the superstructure 2 increases in cross-sectional area from top to bottom, and a steam outlet 4 opens at the upper end of the superstructure 2.

The spraying device further comprises a booster pump, the input end of the booster pump is communicated with a tap water pipeline, and the output end of the booster pump is communicated with the water inlet end of the atomizing nozzle 3.
The atomizing nozzle 3 is an adjustable atomizing nozzle.
As shown in fig. 4, the burner 7 is provided with a gas inlet pipe 71.
The hot plate 6 is of copper material.
An instant gas type steam cabinet is shown in fig. 9, and comprises a gas cabinet 22, a steam channel and the instant steam generator, wherein the instant steam generator is arranged in the gas cabinet 22; the steam outlet 4 of the instant steam generator communicates with the steam channel input.
The front end face of the gas cabinet 22 is provided with a gas valve 21, an ignition switch 23 and a power switch 24, and the gas valve 21 can control the gas supply in the gas input pipe 71; the burner 7 can be ignited by means of an ignition switch 23. The instant gas type steam cabinet is also provided with a smoke exhaust fan, the start and stop of the smoke exhaust fan can be controlled through a power switch 24, and a smoke inlet of the smoke exhaust fan is communicated with a smoke exhaust pipe 5.
The working principle of the instant steam generator and the instant gas type steam cabinet is as follows: when the steaming cabinet and the like need to fumigate wheaten food, seafood and the like by using steam, firstly, the gas valve 21 is opened and the burner 7 is ignited by the ignition switch 23, the burner 7 heats the hot plate 6, and the temperature of the inner surface of the hot plate 6 reaches the requirement within a few seconds; then the spraying device starts to work, the atomizing nozzle 3 sprays water mist to the upper surface of the hot plate 6 in the lower structure 1, and the atomized water is heated to be changed into water vapor which moves upwards and is discharged from the vapor outlet 4 of the upper structure 2.
The diameter, the flow rate and the like of atomized water drops sprayed by the atomizing nozzle 3 can be adjusted by a booster pump of the atomizing device and the adjustment of the atomizing nozzle 3; the firepower of the burner can be adjusted; through the regulation, the atomized water sprayed on the upper surface of the hot plate 6 can be completely changed into water vapor, and no water is accumulated on the upper surface of the hot plate 6.

The difference between this example and example 1 is: the lower structure 1 is cylindrical and the corresponding fire row burners and hot plates 6 are also circular. The hot plate 6 is made of iron.
