an urban road repair device with asphalt quick-drying function, comprising: the machine body 100 is provided with a bearing table 101 on the machine body 100, the left side of the bearing table 101 is provided with a hot melting box 102, the hot melting box 102 is used for containing asphalt raw materials and heating and melting, a stirring assembly is arranged in the hot melting box 102, the stirring assembly comprises a driving motor 301, the driving motor 301 is arranged at the top of the hot melting box 102, the driving motor 301 penetrates through the inside of the hot melting box 102 and is connected with a first gear 306, the first gear 306 is in meshed connection with a second gear 307, the second gear 307 is connected with a driving chassis 302, the driving chassis 302 is fixedly connected with a supporting shaft 303, a stirring and adjusting frame 304 is arranged on the supporting shaft 303, and the stirring and adjusting frame 304 is connected with a stirring shell 305. The stirring assembly is used for stirring asphalt and then pouring the asphalt into the cracks through the spray nozzle.
When the asphalt in the hot melting box 102 is heated to 80-100 ℃, the driving motor 301 is started, the first gear 306 connected with the driving motor 301 is driven to rotate, the second gear 307 connected with the first gear 306 in a meshed mode is driven to rotate, the driving chassis 302 is driven to rotate when the second gear 307 is driven to rotate, the supporting shaft 303 is driven to rotate, the stirring adjusting frame 304 sleeved on the supporting shaft 303 is driven to rotate by the supporting shaft 303, and the stirring shell 305 is driven to rotate.
An ignition system is arranged on one side, close to the hot melting box 102, of the bearing table 101, a power box 103 is arranged on the right side of the bearing table 101 to provide power for the stirring assembly, universal wheels are arranged below the bearing table 101 to facilitate movement, and a rolling assembly is arranged in the middle of the bearing table 101 to flatten asphalt after crack filling;
the rolling assembly comprises an electric rod 202, the electric rod 202 is connected with a lifting plate 203, the center of the bottom of the lifting plate 203 is provided with a lifting rod 204, the lifting rod 204 penetrates through the bearing table 101 and is connected with a rolling frame 205, two ends of the rolling frame 205 are provided with bearing seats 206, the bearing seats 206 are rotationally connected with rolling roller shafts 207, and the rolling roller shafts 207 are connected with rolling rollers 208.
After the asphalt pouring is completed through the rolling assembly, the electric rod 202 is started, the electric rod 202 drives the lifting plate 203 to descend so as to drive the lifting rod 204 to descend, and the lifting rod 204 descends to drive the rolling frame 205 to descend, so that the rolling roller 208 at the bottom of the rolling frame rolls asphalt concrete, the compactness of the concrete is increased, and the pavement is flat.
The lifting plate 203 is further provided with a drying component, the drying component comprises an air heater 601, one side of the air heater 601 is provided with an exhaust fan 602, the exhaust fan 602 is connected with the air heater 601 through a wind guide pipe, the wind outlet end of the exhaust fan 602 is connected with a wind outlet pipe 603, and the wind outlet pipe 603 penetrates through the bearing table 101. Air is heated through the air heater 601, then hot air is pumped to the position of the air outlet pipe 603 through the exhaust fan 602 and blown to the crack, so that the air is quickly dried, and the effect of convenient use is achieved.
The stirring regulation frame 304 includes first sleeve 304a, first sleeve 304a cup joints on back shaft 303, first sleeve 304a is connected with adjusting column 304d, sliding connection has stirring casing 305 on the adjusting column 304d, the interval is provided with first slider 304b on the back shaft 303, first slider 304b both ends articulate has first connecting rod 304c, be provided with the spout on the first sleeve 304a, first connecting rod 304c passes the spout and is connected with adjusting ring 304e, adjusting ring 304e cup joints on adjusting column 304d, adjusting ring 304e with stirring casing 305 is connected.
The stirring adjusting frame 304 is used for switching the working mode of the stirring shell 305, when stirring is needed, the driving motor 301 is controlled to rotate positively, the first sliding block 304b on the supporting shaft 303 rises, when the first sliding block 304b rises, the first connecting rod 304c hinged with two ends of the first sliding block 304b drives the adjusting ring 304e to deviate inwards, so that the stirring shell 305 connected with the adjusting ring 304e is driven to fold inwards, when the adjusting ring 304e is attached to the first sleeve 304d, the stirring adjusting frame 304 is controlled to finish the stirring operation, and then the stirring shell 305 is driven to perform the stirring operation; when the stirring is finished and the hot-melt tank 102 needs to be cleaned, the driving motor 301 is controlled to rotate reversely, the first sliding block 304b on the supporting shaft falls, when the first sliding block 304b falls, the first connecting rod 304c hinged with the two ends of the first sliding block 304b drives the adjusting ring 304e to deviate outwards, so that the stirring shell 305 connected with the adjusting ring 304e is driven to stretch outwards, and when the first connecting rod 304c is parallel to the adjusting column 304d, the stirring adjusting frame 304 is controlled, the stirring shell 305 is driven, and then the inner wall and the material door are cleaned.
The stirring shell 305 is internally provided with a movable cleaning brush, the movable cleaning brush comprises a hydraulic oil pad 501, the hydraulic oil pad 501 is arranged between the stirring shell 305 and an adjusting column 304d, the hydraulic oil pad 501 is arranged on the adjusting column 304d, the hydraulic oil pad 501 is connected with a hydraulic oil pipe 502 through a pipeline, the middle part of the hydraulic oil pipe 502 is provided with a piston rod 503, the piston rod 503 is connected with a pushing plate 504, and the pushing plate 504 is provided with a cleaning brush 505.
In order to facilitate cleaning of the inner wall, a movable cleaning brush is arranged in the stirring housing 305, when the stirring operation is performed, the movable cleaning brush is arranged in the stirring housing 305, when the inner wall is cleaned, the driving motor 301 is reversed, the first sliding block 304b on the supporting shaft 303 falls, when the first sliding block 304b falls, the first connecting rod 304c hinged with the two ends of the first sliding block 304b drives the adjusting ring 304e to outwards deviate, so that the stirring housing 305 connected with the adjusting ring 304e is driven to outwards deviate, meanwhile, the hydraulic oil pad 501 in the stirring housing 305 is extruded by the fact that the stirring housing 305 outwards moves, the distance between the stirring housing 305 and the adjusting column 304d is gradually shortened, hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil pad 501 enters the position of the piston rod 503 through a pipeline, the piston rod 503 is extruded, the piston rod 503 pushes the push plate 504, the cleaning brush 505 extends out of the stirring housing 305, and then the inner wall and the material door are cleaned.
The base 309 is provided with a containing cavity for containing the first sleeve 304a, two sides of the containing cavity are provided with air cylinders 701, and the bottom of the first sleeve 304a is provided with a hole slot for a cylinder rod to pass through.
The working mode of the stirring shell is convenient to switch by arranging the air cylinder 701, when stirring is required, the air cylinder 701 is controlled to extend out of the air cylinder rod, the air cylinder 701 is inserted into a hole groove at the bottom of the first sleeve 304a to fix the first sleeve 304a, the supporting shaft 303 rotates positively, the first sliding block 304b on the supporting shaft 303 rises, when the first sliding block 304b rises, the first connecting rod 304c hinged with two ends of the first sliding block 304b drives the adjusting ring 304e to shift inwards, so that the stirring shell 305 connected with the adjusting ring 304e is driven to fold inwards, when the adjusting ring 304e is attached to the first sleeve 304d, the air cylinder 701 is controlled to retract the air cylinder rod, and the first sleeve 304a starts to rotate in a following way, and then stirring operation is carried out;
when the inner wall and the material door need to be cleaned, the control cylinder 701 extends out of the cylinder rod, the first sleeve 304a is fixed, the driving motor 301 is controlled to rotate reversely, the first sliding block 304b on the supporting shaft 303 falls, when the first sliding block 304b falls, the first connecting rod 304c hinged with two ends of the first sliding block 304b drives the adjusting ring 304e to deviate outwards, so that the stirring shell 305 connected with the adjusting ring 304e is driven to stretch outwards, the control cylinder 701 retracts the cylinder rod until the first connecting rod 304c is parallel to the adjusting column 304d, the first sleeve 304a starts to rotate in a following manner, and then the inner wall and the material door are cleaned.
The bearing table 101 is internally provided with a damping buffer component, the damping buffer component comprises a buffer column 401, the buffer column 401 is connected with the bearing table 101, a first elastic piece 402 is sleeved on the buffer column 401, the bottom of the buffer column 401 is provided with a buffer block 403, a hollow cavity is arranged inside the buffer block 403, the upper inner wall of the buffer block 403 is provided with a damping rod 404, the lower inner wall of the buffer block 403 is provided with a second sleeve 405, the damping rod 404 is positioned in the second sleeve 405, a second elastic piece 406 is arranged between the second sleeve 405 and the damping rod 404, a buffer groove 407 is further arranged on the lower inner wall of the buffer block 403, a second slider 408 is arranged in the buffer groove 407, the second slider 408 is hinged with the damping rod 404 through a pull rod 409, and a third elastic piece 410 is arranged between the second slider 408 and the buffer groove 407.
When the machine body 100 moves to a bumpy road surface to perform operation, vibration can be generated during movement, the vibration can affect the crack pouring precision, the service life of a repairing device on the machine body 100 can be affected, in order to reduce the influence of the bumpy road surface on the device, the vibration damping and buffering components are arranged on the upper portion of the universal wheel 104 inside the bearing table 101, when the machine body 101 vibrates, the buffering column 401 can follow the vibration, a part of vibration is buffered by the first elastic piece 402, meanwhile, when the buffering column 401 vibrates, the damping rod 404 is extruded in multiple directions, the damping rod 404 slides towards the direction of the second sleeve 405, the damping rod 404 extrudes the third elastic piece 410 to perform secondary vibration damping, meanwhile, the hinged pull rod 409 on the second sleeve 405 pushes the second slider 408 to slide towards the direction of the third elastic piece 410 to perform tertiary vibration damping, the impact and the influence of the device on the bumpy road surface are further reduced, and the service life of the device is prolonged.
The power box 103 is provided with a controller 103a, and an output end of the controller 103a is electrically connected with the electric rod 202, the driving motor 301, the air heater 601, the air cylinder 701 and the exhaust fan 702.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the asphalt raw material stirring device is used, asphalt raw materials are poured into the hot melting box 102 from a feeding hole according to the use requirement, an ignition system heats the inside of the hot melting box 102, when asphalt is heated to 80-100 ℃, the asphalt raw materials are melted, then a corresponding power switch in the controller 103a is turned on, the power box 103 supplies power to the driving motor 301, meanwhile, the control cylinder 701 stretches out of a cylinder rod, the first sleeve 304a is fixed, the supporting shaft 303 rotates positively, the first sliding block 304b on the supporting shaft 303 rises, when the first sliding block 304b rises, a first connecting rod 304c hinged with two ends of the first sliding block 304b drives the adjusting ring 304e to deflect inwards, so that the stirring shell 305 connected with the adjusting ring 304e is driven to fold inwards, when the adjusting ring 304e is attached to the first sleeve 304d, the control cylinder 701 retracts the cylinder rod, the first sleeve 304a starts to rotate in a following mode, and then the asphalt raw materials are stirred.
After the road surface pouring is completed, the driving control cylinder 701 extends out of the cylinder rod to fix the first sleeve 304a, the driving motor 301 is controlled to rotate reversely, the first sliding block 304b on the supporting shaft 303 falls, when the first sliding block 304b falls, the first connecting rod 304c hinged with two ends of the first sliding block 304b drives the adjusting ring 304e to deviate outwards, so that the stirring shell 305 connected with the adjusting ring 304e is driven to stretch outwards, until the first connecting rod 304c is parallel to the adjusting column 304d, the cylinder rod is retracted by the driving cylinder 701, the first sleeve 304a starts to rotate, then the inner wall and the material door are cleaned, the switch corresponding to the controller 103a is opened, the electric rod 202 is started, the electric rod 202 drives the lifting plate 203 to fall to drive the lifting rod 204 to fall, the lifting rod 204 descends to drive the rolling frame 205 to enable the rolling roller 208 at the bottom of the rolling asphalt concrete to roll the concrete, the road surface is flat, the air heater 601 heats the air, and then the air is pumped to the air outlet pipe 603 through the air exhauster 602 to dry the road surface, and the road surface is quickly and conveniently used.
