Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a reciprocating helical line 727 is formed on the surface of the cylindrical cam 722, a limiting sleeve 723 is sleeved outside the cylindrical cam 722, an engaging protrusion 726 is formed on the surface of the limiting sleeve 723 facing the reciprocating helical line 727, the engaging protrusion 726 is matched with the reciprocating helical line 727, and the limiting sleeve 723 axially slides along the inner wall of the perforated outer tube 71.
When the second transmission rod 721 drives the cylindrical cam 722 to rotate, the reciprocating spiral 727 is matched with the engaging bump 726, and the limiting sleeve 723 can slide up and down along the inner wall of the outer punching tube 71, so as to drive the punching tube 73 to move.
Referring to fig. 2, a limiting protrusion 724 is disposed outside the limiting sleeve 723, a limiting sliding groove 725 is disposed on the inner wall of the perforated outer tube 71 opposite to the limiting protrusion 724, and the limiting protrusion 724 is adapted to the limiting sliding groove 725, so that the limiting sleeve 723 is limited, and the limiting sleeve 723 can axially lift along the inner wall of the perforated outer tube 71.
Referring to FIG. 2, a push plate assembly 50 is disposed between the two cleaning assemblies 20, the push plate assembly 50 including a downwardly extending blade 53; the blade 53 is located between the two sprinklers 43.
In use, after the perforated pipe 73 digs soil from the ground, the soil falls and scatters, the soil can be pushed flat by the blade 53, and the sprinkler 43 sprays the liquid medicine from the inside of the resettable bladder 42 onto the surface of the blade 53, thereby cleaning the soil of the blade 53.
Referring to fig. 2 and 9, the push plate assembly 50 includes an outer spring tube 51 embedded in the bottom plate 11, a return spring 52 is accommodated in the outer spring tube 51, a dozer plate 53 is connected to a bottom end of the return spring 52, and an inclined surface is disposed at a bottom end of the dozer plate 53. When the blade 53 moves in the forward direction, the return spring 52 is forced to contract and lift the blade 53 up and over an obstacle if the blade encounters an obstacle that is not being pushed.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the method for preventing and controlling diseases and pests in ecological agriculture of the present embodiment includes the following steps;
s10, before the device outer case 10 is started, the liquid medicine is injected into the resettable balloon 42; such as insecticide liquids or nutrient liquids;
s20, starting the power assembly 60 to output power, and driving the cleaning assembly 20, the extruding assembly 30 and the punching assembly 70 simultaneously by using the speed reducing motor 61;
s30, the speed reducing motor 61 drives the punching tube 73 to reciprocate along the axial direction of the punching outer tube 71, and punching is finished at the position needing prevention and control;
s40, when the perforated pipe 73 carries soil to move upwards, the extrusion rod 36 extrudes the resettable air bag 42, liquid medicine is sprayed towards the sprinkler head 43 of the perforated pipe 73, the soil in the perforated pipe 73 is knocked down, and the liquid medicine enters the hole along with the perforated pipe 73, so that deep prevention and control are completed;
s50, in the process that the punching pipe 73 moves downwards, the push plate component 50 pushes back the soil falling from the punching pipe 73 to the hole, the soil backfilling is completed, the liquid medicine is sprayed out by the extrusion component 30 towards the spraying head 43 of the push plate component 50 again, and the second spraying is carried out;
s60, when the stirring fan 21 rotates, the stirring fan collides with the liquid medicine sprayed by the spraying head 43 and the surface layer soil to form stirring, and after the prevention and control of the deep layer soil are completed in the previous step, the prevention and control of the surface layer soil and the cleaning and leveling are completed.
During the use, through several above-mentioned steps, utilize device shell body 10 can accomplish successively and prevent and control the killing of the deep layer of soil layer and top layer, for current prevention and control device, the effect of killing prevention and control is better, and the function is more complete moreover, possesses apparent beneficial effect.

Claims (10)

1. Ecological agriculture plant diseases and insect pests prevention and control device includes device shell body (10) and sets up in bottom plate (11) of device shell body (10) bottom, its characterized in that: a power assembly (60) is arranged in the device outer shell (10), and the output end of the power assembly (60) is sequentially connected with a cleaning assembly (20), an extrusion assembly (30) and a punching assembly (70); spraying assemblies (40) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the tail end of the extrusion assembly (30); the punching assembly (70) comprises a punching pipe (73) which moves up and down in a reciprocating mode, the punching pipe (73) moves down asynchronously with the extrusion assembly (30), and the extrusion spraying assembly (40) outputs liquid medicine which is ejected to impact the surface of the punching pipe (73).
2. An ecological agricultural pest control device according to claim 1, wherein: the power assembly (60) comprises a speed reducing motor (61) arranged inside the device outer shell (10) and outputs power by taking the speed reducing motor (61) as a power source, and the power output end of the speed reducing motor (61) is connected with the cleaning assembly (20), the extruding assembly (30) and the punching assembly (70) through a transmission part (62).

An ecological agricultural pest control device according to claim 2, wherein: the transmission component (62) comprises a fourth transmission rod (626) connected to the output end of the speed reducing motor (61), a first bevel gear (621) is sleeved on the outer connection of the fourth transmission rod (626), two ends of the first bevel gear (621) are respectively meshed with a second bevel gear (622), and one end, deviating from the first bevel gear, of each of the two second bevel gears (622) coaxially rotates to form a third transmission rod (623).

An ecological agricultural pest control device according to claim 3, wherein: the cleaning assembly (20) comprises an outer sleeve (23) connected to the surface of the bottom plate (11), a third transmission rod (623) penetrates through the outer sleeve (23) and is connected with a third bevel gear (624), the third bevel gear (624) is meshed with a fourth bevel gear (625), the bottom end of the fourth bevel gear (625) coaxially rotates to form a first transmission rod (22), and the bottom end of the first transmission rod (22) extends to the lower portion of the bottom plate (11) and coaxially rotates to form a stirring fan blade (21).

An ecological agricultural pest control device according to claim 4, wherein: the extrusion assembly (30) comprises a screw rod (31) which is coaxially rotated with the fourth transmission rod (626), the external thread of the screw rod (31) is screwed with a threaded sleeve (32), two ends of the threaded sleeve (32) are respectively provided with an extrusion part, and the bottom end of the extrusion part can extend into the spraying assembly (40).

An ecological agricultural pest control device according to claim 5, wherein: the extrusion part is including rotating drive gear (35) that sets up in device shell body (10) inside, and drive gear (35) both sides all mesh have along device shell body (10) inside gliding driven rack (33) from top to bottom, and extrusion stem (36) are worn to be equipped with in the inside of driven rack (33), and extrusion stem (36) extend to the inside of spraying subassembly (40).

An ecological agricultural pest control device according to claim 5, wherein: the spraying assembly (40) comprises a liquid medicine outer box (41) embedded in the bottom wall of the bottom plate (11), a through hole for the extrusion rod (36) to penetrate through is formed in the top surface of the liquid medicine outer box (41), a resettable air bag (42) is arranged inside the liquid medicine outer box (41), and two ends of the resettable air bag (42) are communicated with external spraying heads (43) penetrating through the liquid medicine outer box (41).

An ecological agricultural pest control device according to claim 4, wherein: the perforating assembly (70) comprises a perforating outer tube (71); the tail end of the third transmission rod (623) extending into the outer punching pipe (71) is coaxially and rotatably provided with fourth bevel teeth (625), the fourth bevel teeth (625) are meshed with third bevel gears (624), the bottom ends of the third bevel gears (624) are provided with reciprocating components (72), and the bottom ends of the reciprocating components (72) are connected with punching pipes (73) with the bottom ends penetrating below the bottom plate (11).

An ecological agricultural pest control device according to claim 8, wherein: the reciprocating component (72) comprises a second transmission rod (721) which coaxially rotates with the third bevel gear (624), a cylindrical cam (722) is sleeved outside the bottom end of the second transmission rod (721), a limiting sleeve (723) which reciprocally ascends and descends along the inner wall of the perforated outer pipe (71) is sleeved outside the cylindrical cam (722), and the bottom of the limiting sleeve (723) is connected with the perforated pipe (73); the surface of the cylindrical cam (722) is provided with a reciprocating spiral line (727), the outside of the cylindrical cam (722) is sleeved with a limiting sleeve (723), the surface of the limiting sleeve (723) facing the reciprocating spiral line (727) is provided with an occlusion convex block (726), the occlusion convex block (726) is matched with the reciprocating spiral line (727), and the limiting sleeve (723) axially slides along the inner wall of the perforated outer tube (71); a push plate assembly (50) is arranged between the two cleaning assemblies (20), and the push plate assembly (50) comprises a bulldozer plate (53) extending downwards; the blade (53) is located between two sprinkler heads (43).
10. A method of controlling an ecological agricultural pest according to any one of claims 1 to 9 wherein: comprises the following steps;
s10, before the device outer shell (10) starts, injecting the liquid medicine into the resettable air bag (42);
s20, starting the power assembly (60) to output power, and driving the cleaning assembly (20), the extruding assembly (30) and the punching assembly (70) simultaneously by using the speed reducing motor (61);
s30, the speed reducing motor (61) drives the punching pipe (73) to reciprocate along the axial direction of the punching outer pipe (71), and punching is finished at the position needing prevention and control;
s40, when the perforated pipe (73) carries soil to move upwards, the extrusion rod (36) extrudes the resettable air bag (42), liquid medicine is sprayed towards the sprinkler head (43) of the perforated pipe (73), the soil in the perforated pipe (73) is knocked down, and the liquid medicine enters the hole along with the perforated pipe (73), so that deep prevention and control are completed;
s50, in the process that the punching pipe (73) moves downwards, the push plate component (50) pushes back soil falling from the punching pipe (73) to the hole to finish soil backfilling, and the liquid medicine is sprayed out by the spraying head (43) facing the push plate component (50) under the extrusion of the extrusion component (30) again for secondary spraying;
s60, when the stirring fan blade (21) rotates, the stirring fan blade collides with the liquid medicine sprayed by the spraying head (43) and the surface layer soil to form stirring, and the prevention and control and the cleaning and the leveling of the surface layer soil are completed.
