技术领域
本发明涉及个人护理,特别是护发组合物的保存领域。
背景技术
在个人护理和化妆品行业,持续需要丰富且易于获得的保存化学品,尤其是来自天然来源的保存化学品。
个人护理行业已经使用了大量抗微生物活性化合物,但仍在继续寻找替代品。并非所有抗微生物剂都具有足够的保存性能,因此特别需要新的保存溶液。需要注意的是,个人护理领域使用的物质必须是:
·毒理学上可接受的
·皮肤容易耐受的
·稳定的
·制备成本低廉(即采用标准工艺和/或从标准前体开始)
·易于配制(即优选为液体),且不应对最终产品有害。
本申请发现了适合实现个人护理组合物的保存的抗微生物化学品的组合。
一种由Hindustan Lever出售的名为Lifebuoy Total 10Germ ProtectionBodywash的产品据说特别含有吡罗克酮乙醇胺(piroctone olamine)、苯甲酸钠和丁香酚,但根据产品标签上的成分顺序,苯甲酸钠组分在组合物中的含量低于吡罗克酮乙醇胺。另一个商业化的产品是Rituals Ancient Samurai Hydrating Body Moisturiser,据说从标签上其含有柠檬烯、丁香酚、苯甲酸钠和吡罗克酮乙醇胺;然而,这不是清洁产品,而是明显的免洗型保湿产品。
本说明书中对明显在先公开的文件的列举或讨论不应被视为承认该文件是现有技术的一部分或者是公知常识。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种个人护理组合物,其包含:
i)吡罗克酮化合物;
ii)苯甲酸钠;
iii)包含选自乙酸苄酯、乙酸己酯、苯乙醚、丁酸乙酯、桉油精、柠檬烯、十一内酯、丁香酚及其混合物的芳香剂组分的芳香剂。
本发明进一步涉及通过使用以下的组合来保存组合物的方法:
i)吡罗克酮化合物;
ii)苯甲酸钠;以及
iii)包含选自乙酸苄酯、乙酸己酯、苯乙醚、丁酸乙酯、桉油精、柠檬烯、十一内酯、丁香酚及其混合物的芳香剂组分的芳香剂。
本发明进一步涉及以下的组合在保存个人护理组合物中的用途:
i)吡罗克酮化合物;
ii)苯甲酸钠;以及

i)为吡罗克酮酸的吡罗克酮化合物;
ii)苯甲酸钠;以及
iii)包含选自乙酸苄酯、乙酸己酯、苯乙醇、丁酸乙酯、桉油精、柠檬烯、十一内酯和丁香酚的芳香剂组分的芳香剂。
具体实施方式
本发明的组合物包含吡罗克酮化合物。根据本发明的吡罗克酮化合物的形式包括吡罗克酮酸,吡罗克酮酸的伯、仲和叔醇胺盐(如二乙醇胺和三乙醇胺盐),以及它们的混合物,优选吡罗克酮酸、吡罗克酮酸的伯醇胺盐(即吡罗克酮醇胺,也称为)及其混合物,更优选吡罗克酮酸。
可用于本发明的吡罗克酮化合物通常包含由式(IV)定义的结构:
其中R4选自C1-C17烃基基团,R5选自C1-4烷基、C2-4烯基或炔基、氢、苯基或苄基,且M1选自氢、单乙醇胺(MEA)、二乙醇胺(DEA)或三乙醇胺(TEA)。优选的R4基团是(CH3)3CCH2CH(CH3)CH2-并且优选的R5是甲基。更优选地,R4是(CH3)3CCH2CH(CH3)CH2-,R5是甲基并且M1是氢或MEA。最优选地,R4是(CH3)3CCH2CH(CH3)CH2-,R5是甲基并且M1是氢。
通常,吡罗克酮化合物包括吡罗克酮酸、吡罗克酮乙醇胺或其混合物。最优选的例子是吡罗克酮酸。
吡罗克酮化合物的优选含量为总组合物重量的0.01至5%,更优选0.05至2重量%,最优选0.1至1.5重量%。
根据本发明的组合物包含苯甲酸钠。苯甲酸钠的优选含量为总组合物重量的0.01至5%,更优选0.05至2重量%,最优选0.1至1.5重量%。
根据本发明的组合物包含芳香剂,所述芳香剂包含乙酸苄酯、乙酸己酯、苯乙醚、丁酸乙酯、桉油精、柠檬烯、十一内酯和丁香酚作为组分。在一个实施方案中,十一内酯可以是γ十一内酯。优选的芳香剂含量为总组合物重量的0.01至10%,更优选0.05至6重量%,最优选0.05至3重量%。
优选地,吡罗克酮与苯甲酸钠与定义的芳香剂组分iii)的重量比为1:1:1至1:130:130,进一步优选1:1:1至1:100:100,更优选1:1:1至1:75:75,最优选1:1:1至1:50:50。
优选地,所述组合物包含总组合物的至少50重量%水的水性碱。
在一个优选的实施方案中,个人护理组合物包含清洁相,所述清洁相包含一种或多种清洁表面活性剂。
根据本发明的组合物优选包含选自阴离子、非离子、两性离子或两性表面活性剂或其混合物的表面活性剂。
合适的阴离子表面活性剂包括烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐、烷芳基磺酸盐、烷酰基羟乙基磺酸盐、烷基琥珀酸盐、烷基磺基琥珀酸盐、N-烷酰基肌氨酸盐、烷基磷酸盐、烷基醚磷酸盐、烷基醚羧酸盐和α-烯烃磺酸盐,尤其是它们的钠、镁、铵以及单、二和三乙醇胺盐。烷基和酰基通常含有8-18个碳原子,并且可以是不饱和的。烷基醚硫酸盐、烷基醚磷酸盐和烷基醚羧酸盐可含有每分子1-10个环氧乙烷或环氧丙烷单元,优选含有每分子2-3个环氧乙烷单元。
合适的阴离子表面活性剂的例子包括油烯基琥珀酸钠、月桂基磺基琥珀酸铵、月桂基硫酸铵、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸三乙醇胺、椰油基羟乙基磺酸钠、月桂酰基羟乙基磺酸钠和N-月桂基肌氨酸钠。最优选的阴离子表面活性剂是月桂基硫酸钠,月桂基硫酸三乙醇胺,单月桂基磷酸三乙醇胺,月桂基醚硫酸钠1EO、2EO和3EO,月桂基硫酸铵和月桂基醚硫酸铵1EO、2EO和3EO。
适用于本发明组合物的非离子表面活性剂可包括脂肪族(C8-C18)伯或仲直链或支链醇或酚与环氧烷(通常为环氧乙烷)的缩合产物,通常具有6-30个环氧乙烷基团。其他合适的非离子表面活性剂包括单或二烷基烷醇酰胺、优选地选自鼠李糖脂和槐糖脂的糖脂。
适用于本发明组合物的两性和两性离子表面活性剂可包括烷基氧化胺、烷基甜菜碱、烷基酰胺丙基甜菜碱、烷基磺基甜菜碱(磺基甜菜碱)、烷基甘氨酸盐、烷基羧基甘氨酸盐、烷基两性丙酸盐、烷基两性甘氨酸盐、烷基酰胺丙基羟基磺基甜菜碱、酰基牛磺酸盐和酰基谷氨酸盐,其中烷基和酰基具有8-19个碳原子。例子包括月桂基氧化胺、椰油二甲基磺丙基甜菜碱,并且优选月桂基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油单或二乙醇酰胺、椰油单异丙醇酰胺和椰油两性丙酸钠(sodium cocamphopropionate)。
通常,本发明的洗发剂组合物中表面活性剂的存在量为按重量计0.1-50%,优选5-30%,更优选10-25%。
本发明的组合物优选为个人护理组合物,更优选洗发剂组合物。
本发明的组合物可包含硅酮调理剂,优选为用于增强调理性能的乳化液滴形式。
合适的硅酮包括聚二有机硅氧烷,特别是具有CTFA名称二甲聚硅氧烷的聚二甲基硅氧烷。同样适用于本发明组合物(特别是洗发剂和调理剂)的是具有羟基端基的聚二甲基硅氧烷,其具有CTFA名称聚二甲基硅氧烷醇。同样适用于本发明组合物的是具有轻微交联度的硅酮胶,如例如WO 96/31188中所述。
在25℃,乳化硅酮本身(而非乳液或最终的头发调理组合物)的粘度通常为至少10,000cst;硅酮本身的粘度优选为至少60,000cst,最优选为至少500,000cst,理想地为至少1,000,000cst。为便于配制,粘度优选不超过109cst。
用于本发明洗发剂组合物的乳化硅酮在组合物中的D90硅酮液滴尺寸通常小于30,优选小于20,更优选小于10微米,理想地为0.01-1微米。平均硅酮液滴尺寸(D50)为0.15微米或更小的硅酮乳液通常称为微乳液。
硅酮颗粒尺寸可通过激光散射技术测量,例如使用Malvern Instruments的2600D颗粒尺寸仪。合适的预形成乳液的例子包括可从Dow Corning获得的Xiameter MEM 1785和DC2-1865微乳液。这些是聚二甲基硅氧烷醇的乳液/微乳液。交联的硅酮胶也可以以预乳化的形式获得,这有利于易于配制。
包含在本发明的洗发剂和调理剂中的另一类优选的硅酮是氨基官能硅酮。“氨基官能硅酮”是指含有至少一个伯、仲或叔胺基或者季铵基的硅酮。合适的氨基官能硅酮的例子包括:具有CTFA名称“氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷”的聚硅氧烷。
适用于本发明的氨基官能硅酮的具体例子是氨基硅油DC2-8220,DC2-8166和DC2-8566(均来自Dow Corning)。
EP-A-0 530,974中描述了合适的季硅酮聚合物。优选的季硅酮聚合物是K3474,来自Goldschmidt。
氨基官能硅油与非离子和/或阳离子表面活性剂的乳液也是合适的。氨基官能硅酮的预形成乳液也可从Dow Corning和General Electric等硅油供应商处获得。具体例子包括DC939阳离子乳液和非离子乳液DC2-7224、DC2-8467、DC2-8177和DC2-8154(均来自DowCorning)。
硅酮的总量优选为总组合物的0.01-10重量%,更优选0.1-5重量%,最优选0.5-3重量%是合适的含量。优选地,硅酮调理剂与短链不饱和有机酸的重量比为20:1-1:4。
本发明的组合物可包含另外的成分,例如阳离子沉积聚合物,优选选自阳离子纤维素和阳离子瓜耳胶衍生物的那些。
在根据本发明的组合物中发现的成分的其他例子包括芳香剂和pH调节剂。优选地,组合物在20℃的pH值为3至7,更优选为4至6。
现将通过以下非限制性实施例说明本发明。
实施例
使用分数浓度和分数抑制浓度(FIC)的概念,已经广泛探索了单独和混合物中抑制性抗微生物剂的不同行为。参见例如JRW Lambert and R Lambert,J.Appl.Microbiol95,734(2003);T.Jadavji,CG Prober and R Cheung,Antimicrobial Agents andChemotherapy 26,91(1984)以及WO 2004/006876。这些参数可以被定义如下:
FIC(组分a)=MIC(在混合物中测试的组分a)/MIC(作为单一活性物质测试的组分a)。
抗微生物剂之间的相互作用可以是叠加的、协同的或可能是拮抗的,这取决于组合的功效是否等于、大于或小于单独测试时单一组分的相同总浓度所获得的功效。

一种可比较的方法是协同指数(SI)的计算,这是由Kull,F.C.;Eisman,P.C.;Sylwestrowicz,H.D.and Mayer,R.L.,in Applied Microbiology 9:538-541(1961)描述的工业上公认的方法。
进行液体肉汤测定(MIC和棋盘测试)以确定单一和三种抗微生物化学品的最低浓度。使用ISO 20776-1:2006的修改方法进行如下筛选。用1-5x106革兰氏阴性发酵菌(日沟维肠杆菌(Enterobacter gergoviae)和克雷伯氏菌属(Klebsiella)物种)的微生物混合物接种抗微生物化学品原液(stock solution)和胰蛋白酶大豆肉汤。
样品在30℃孵育24小时,然后测量OD600nm处的光密度。MIC被定义为与不含有抗微生物化学品的阳性生长对照相比,观察到<25%生长时的浓度。

在亚MIC浓度下评估三种的组合以确定是否观察到协同作用。

表3进一步证明了根据本发明的组合物和方法的益处,在与表2中的组合物相同的条件下以不同的成分组分比例进行测试。以下是包含不同比例时观察到的三种成分的比例组合和相应的FIC分数。
