At present, functional modules of mainstream can not meet the requirements of rain prevention and electromagnetic shielding in external environment, and are relatively complex to assemble, disassemble and fix. The connector and the module shell cannot be electrically continuous and waterproof sealed, and a locking strip is generally installed, so that the problems of complex loading and unloading, inconvenience in use and the like exist, and the development requirement of an open type case cannot be met.
At present, there are two kinds of common internal functional modules of a chassis, one of which is a VPX air-cooling module (as shown in fig. 1) meeting the VITA standard; one is an LRM air-cooled module (shown in fig. 2) that meets the ASSAC standard.
The following two problems are prevalent with current modules:
the connector cannot be completely sealed with the cold plate of the module housing after being installed, and the electrical continuity between the connector housing and the cold plate cannot be ensured, as shown in fig. 3;
the locking strips on the two sides of the module are adopted to lock after the module is inserted, the installation and the disassembly are more complicated, and the locking strips are not large in locking stroke, so that the module is not smoothly drawn out after the locking strips are loosened, as shown in figure 4.
