Abstract

本发明公开一种防倒流喷嘴用的滑动轨道结构,包括阀体,所述阀体内设置有阀腔,所述阀体一端设置有和阀腔连通的进水口,另一端设置有阀腔连通的出水口,所述阀腔内的进水口边缘设置有下凹槽,所述阀腔内设置有滑动轨道,所述滑动轨道上活动设置有堵塞杆,所述堵塞杆两侧各设置有用于将所述阀腔分为两个独立腔体的阻挡板,所述堵塞杆上设置有配合所述下凹槽封闭所述进水口的凸块,具备以下的优点,在喷嘴不具备水流的情况下,保证两侧封闭板贴合于密封杆,提高密封性,自动封闭,防止水流进行倒流,提高稳定性,且结构简单,使用方便。

本申请是分案申请,原申请的申请号为2021101060368,申请日为2021年01月26日,发明名称为“种防倒流外堵型喷嘴”。
技术领域
本发明涉及喷嘴,特别涉及一种防倒流喷嘴用的滑动轨道结构。
背景技术
喷雾降尘技术主要是通过喷嘴将高压水喷出,高压水在被喷出的瞬间破碎而在喷嘴前形成喷雾场。由于水滴对粉尘具有捕集作用,从而降低生产环境中的粉尘浓度,原申请的结构中需要设计一种结构以在没有水流的情况下保证两侧封闭板贴合于密封杆的弹性密封结构,以保证密封效果。
故此,现有的喷嘴需要进一步改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种防倒流喷嘴用的滑动轨道结构,能在没有水冲击力的情况下保证两侧封闭板贴合于密封杆,提高密封性,防止水倒流。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
一种防倒流喷嘴用的滑动轨道结构,包括阀体,所述阀体内设置有阀腔,所述阀体一端设置有和阀腔连通的进水口,另一端设置有阀腔连通的出水口,所述阀腔内的进水口边缘设置有下凹槽,所述阀腔内设置有滑动轨道,所述滑动轨道上活动设置有堵塞杆,所述堵塞杆两侧各设置有用于将所述阀腔分为两个独立腔体的阻挡板,所述堵塞杆上设置有配合所述下凹槽封闭所述进水口的凸块,所述堵塞杆和所述滑动轨道之间设置有用于将所述堵塞杆推送至所述下凹槽方向的弹性机构,所述阀腔上下对称设置有翻转杆,所述翻转杆外端设置有封闭板,所述堵塞杆上设置有穿过两个所述翻转杆之间的密封杆,所述密封杆上下表面各设置有第二铰接座,所述翻转杆上设置有第三铰接座,所述第二铰接座和对应一侧所述第三铰接座之间铰接有驱动连杆,所述堵塞杆内衍射至所述凸块端面开设有排水道,所述排水道内壁和所述堵塞杆外壁之间设置有多个排水孔,所述进水口设置有两个分流口分别连通至所述阻挡板上下表面;
所述滑动轨道包括有设置在所述阀腔内的上下两个基座,所述基座上设置有横导向杆,所述阻挡板上下方各设置有导向孔,所述导向孔套设在对应一侧所述横导向杆外活动。
进一步地,所述下凹槽和所述凸块的形状相同。
进一步地,所述下凹槽为下凹的锥形槽,所述凸块为外凸的锥形块。
进一步地,所述弹性机构为弹簧体,弹簧体套设在所述横导向杆外,一端压紧所述基座表面,另一端压紧所述导向孔表面。
进一步地,所述翻转杆包括有设置子在所述阀腔内的第一铰接座,所述第一铰接座上铰接有摆动杆。
进一步地,所述翻转杆靠近所述密封杆一侧的表面设置有密封条。
进一步地,所述封闭板为弧形设置,靠近所述阀腔一侧壁设置有弧形收纳槽,所述弧形收纳槽和所述封闭板的弧度相同。
进一步地,所述封闭板外表面设置有导流凹槽。
综上所述,本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是:
本发明解决了现有喷嘴存在的不足,通过本发明的结构设置,具备以下的优点,在喷嘴不具备水流的情况下,保证两侧封闭板贴合于密封杆,提高密封性,自动封闭,防止水流进行倒流,提高稳定性,且结构简单,使用方便。

一种防倒流外堵型喷嘴,包括阀体1,所述阀体1内设置有阀腔4,所述阀体1一端设置有和阀腔4连通的进水口2,另一端设置有阀腔4连通的出水口3,所述阀腔4内的进水口2边缘设置有下凹槽5,所述阀腔4内设置有滑动轨道6,所述滑动轨道6上活动设置有堵塞杆7,所述堵塞杆7两侧各设置有用于将所述阀腔4分为两个独立腔体的阻挡板17,所述堵塞杆7上设置有配合所述下凹槽5封闭所述进水口2的凸块80,所述堵塞杆7和所述滑动轨道6之间设置有用于将所述堵塞杆7推送至所述下凹槽5方向的弹性机构8,所述阀腔4上下对称设置有翻转杆9,所述翻转杆9外端设置有封闭板10,所述堵塞杆7上设置有穿过两个所述翻转杆9之间的密封杆11,所述密封杆11上下表面各设置有第二铰接座12,所述翻转杆9上设置有第三铰接座13,所述第二铰接座12和对应一侧所述第三铰接座13之间铰接有驱动连杆14,所述堵塞杆7内衍射至所述凸块80端面开设有排水道15,所述排水道15内壁和所述堵塞杆7外壁之间设置有多个排水孔16。
工作原理:当进水时,水从进水口2进入,接着从两个分流口300进入至阀腔4内,此时从分流口300喷出的水压顶压阻挡板17表面,在水的冲击力下,阻挡板17压缩所述弹性机构8,使阻挡板17后移,在后移过程中,带动堵塞杆7后移,此时堵塞杆7带动凸块80脱离下凹槽5,使原来相互密封的下凹槽5和凸块80脱离形成新的流道,水经过新的流道后,进入排水道15,排水道15内的水从多个排水孔16流出至阀腔4内;跟以上结构同步进行的包括,在堵塞杆7后移过程中,通过第二铰接座12、第三铰接座13以及驱动连杆14之间的配合,使封闭板10脱离密封杆11形成新的开口,使进水口2和出水口3连通,此时,水能从出水口3喷出;
当进水口2停止进水时,阻挡板17失去了压力,此时凸块80复位贴紧下凹槽5表面,形成第一道密封口,两侧的封闭板10相互靠拢密封,形成第二道密封口,二道密封。
本发明所述下凹槽5和所述凸块80的形状相同。
本发明所述下凹槽5为下凹的锥形槽,所述凸块80为外凸的锥形块。
本发明所述滑动轨道6包括有设置在所述阀腔4内的上下两个基座601,所述基座601上设置有横导向杆602,所述阻挡板17上下方各设置有导向孔603,所述导向孔603套设在对应一侧所述横导向杆602外活动。
本发明所述弹性机构8为弹簧体,弹簧体套设在所述横导向杆602外,一端压紧所述基座601表面,另一端压紧所述导向孔603表面。
本发明所述翻转杆9包括有设置子在所述阀腔4内的第一铰接座901,所述第一铰接座901上铰接有摆动杆902。
本发明所述翻转杆9靠近所述密封杆11一侧的表面设置有密封条100。
本发明所述封闭板10为弧形设置,靠近所述阀腔4一侧壁设置有弧形收纳槽200,所述弧形收纳槽200和所述封闭板10的弧度相同。
本发明所述封闭板10外表面设置有导流凹槽400。
本发明所述进水口2设置有两个分流口300分别连通至所述阻挡板17上下表面。

1.一种防倒流喷嘴用的滑动轨道结构,包括阀体(1),所述阀体(1)内设置有阀腔(4),所述阀体(1)一端设置有和阀腔(4)连通的进水口(2),另一端设置有阀腔(4)连通的出水口(3),其特征在于:所述阀腔(4)内的进水口(2)边缘设置有下凹槽(5),所述阀腔(4)内设置有滑动轨道(6),所述滑动轨道(6)上活动设置有堵塞杆(7),所述堵塞杆(7)两侧各设置有用于将所述阀腔(4)分为两个独立腔体的阻挡板(17),所述堵塞杆(7)上设置有配合所述下凹槽(5)封闭所述进水口(2)的凸块(80),所述堵塞杆(7)和所述滑动轨道(6)之间设置有用于将所述堵塞杆(7)推送至所述下凹槽(5)方向的弹性机构(8),所述阀腔(4)上下对称设置有翻转杆(9),所述翻转杆(9)外端设置有封闭板(10),所述堵塞杆(7)上设置有穿过两个所述翻转杆(9)之间的密封杆(11),所述密封杆(11)上下表面各设置有第二铰接座(12),所述翻转杆(9)上设置有第三铰接座(13),所述第二铰接座(12)和对应一侧所述第三铰接座(13)之间铰接有驱动连杆(14),所述堵塞杆(7)内衍射至所述凸块(80)端面开设有排水道(15),所述排水道(15)内壁和所述堵塞杆(7)外壁之间设置有多个排水孔(16),所述进水口(2)设置有两个分流口(300)分别连通至所述阻挡板(17)上下表面;
