Abstract
本发明公开了一种防辐射面料,由外层的透气防潮湿面料、中层的抗辐射面料、内层的顺滑面料和粘合剂组成,本发明还公开了一种防辐射面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤一:制作竹炭纤维,步骤二:制作纱线,步骤三:编织面料,步骤四:制作抗辐射面料,步骤五:制作防辐射面料,本发明竹炭面料的表面镀一层防辐射层,使得竹炭纤维具有极佳的防辐射能力,取代银纤维,有效的降低成本,同时竹炭纤维多孔,使得溶液更加容易附着到竹炭面料的表面,延长防辐射层的寿命,竹炭面料还能对异味进行吸附过滤,蚕丝纤维和粘胶纤维纺织成的面料不易起静电,非常适合皮肤娇嫩的儿童和孕妇穿着。

技术领域
本发明涉及防辐射面料领域,具体为一种防辐射面料及其生产工艺。
背景技术
市面上存在各种各样的防辐射面料,其中防辐射较好的是在面料中参杂银纤维,但是银本身就为贵金属,成本较为高昂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防辐射面料及其生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案一种防辐射面料,由外层的透气防潮湿面料、中层的抗辐射面料、内层的顺滑面料和粘合剂组成。
优选的,含有以下质量比的组分,所述透气防潮湿面料由高弹性尼龙纤维、涤纶纤维和氨纶纤维组成,所述高弹性尼龙纤维占28-32%、涤纶纤维占 36-43%、氨纶纤维占25-36%。
优选的,所述抗辐射面料由竹炭纤维和防辐射层组成。
优选的,含有以下质量比的组分,所述防辐射层由牡蛎壳粉和环糊精组成,所述牡蛎壳粉占82-90%、环糊精占10-18%。
优选的,含有以下质量比的组分,所述顺滑面料由蚕丝纤维和粘胶纤维组成,所述蚕丝纤维占64-73%、粘胶纤维占27-36%。
优选的,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:制作竹炭纤维,将竹子粉碎得得到竹子粉末,再将竹子粉末进行碳化处理得到竹炭微粒,将竹炭微粒与聚酯溶液混合后进行抽丝得到竹炭纤维;
步骤二:制作纱线,将高弹性尼龙纤维、涤纶纤维和氨纶纤维先放入并纱机中,制作成混合线,再将混合线送入络筒机中得到纱线a;将竹炭纤维放入并纱机中,制作成混合线,再将混合线送入络筒机中得到纱线b;将蚕丝纤维和粘胶纤维放入并纱机中,制作成混合线,再将混合线送入络筒机中得到纱线c;
步骤三:编织面料,将纱线a经过整经机整经后卷绕到经轴上,在整经的过程中,经纱必须布满盘头边沿,整出的盘头需水平、光滑、无凹凸不平,整经完成后在通过编织机进行编织成透气防潮湿面料、将纱线b经过整经机整经后卷绕到经轴上,整经完成后在通过编织机进行编织成竹炭面料、将纱线c经过整经机整经后卷绕到经轴上,整经完成后在通过编织机进行编织成顺滑面料;
步骤四:制作抗辐射面料,将牡蛎壳粉进行超声震荡,形成36-72nm的颗粒,将牡蛎壳颗粒与环糊精混合,加入去离子水,搅拌混合均匀后得到混合溶液,将混合溶液镀层到上述步骤中的竹炭面料上,形成防辐射层,得到抗辐射面料;
步骤五:制作防辐射面料,将抗辐射面料的两侧都涂抹粘合剂,将透气防潮湿面料和顺滑面料都与竹炭面料相互贴合制成防辐射面料,将防辐射面料进行半烘干处理,等待自然冷却。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过牡蛎壳颗粒与环糊精混合成溶液,再镀到竹炭面料的表面,牡蛎壳粉具有很好的抗氧化和防辐射效果,取代银纤维,能有效的降低成本,牡蛎壳粉还具有止痛止痒的重要作用,对人类的皮炎湿疹也有良好治疗作用,环糊精复合物,有消炎、消肿、止痛、止痒及抑制细菌生长的效用,可作天然的治伤药用,对皮肤进行保护,竹炭纤维多孔,使得溶液更加容易附着到竹炭面料的表面,延长防辐射层的寿命,竹炭面料还能对异味进行吸附过滤,高弹性尼龙纤维、涤纶纤维和氨纶纤维组成的面料具有极佳的透气性能,同时还具有很高的弹性,使得面料有很好的拉伸能力,具有轻薄透气等优点;使用蚕丝纤维和粘胶纤维,非常细腻顺滑,使得面料穿起来更加的舒适,蚕丝纤维和粘胶纤维纺织成的面料不易起静电,非常适合皮肤娇嫩的儿童和孕妇穿着,粘胶纤维吸湿性能好,对人体皮肤呼吸产生的湿气进行去除,使得衣服穿的更加舒适。

实施例一
一种防辐射面料,由外层的透气防潮湿面料、中层的抗辐射面料、内层的顺滑面料和粘合剂组成。
含有以下质量比的组分,透气防潮湿面料由高弹性尼龙纤维、涤纶纤维和氨纶纤维组成,高弹性尼龙纤维占32%、涤纶纤维占43%、氨纶纤维占25%。
抗辐射面料由竹炭纤维和防辐射层组成。
含有以下质量比的组分,防辐射层由牡蛎壳粉和环糊精组成,牡蛎壳粉占90%、环糊精占10%。
含有以下质量比的组分,顺滑面料由蚕丝纤维和粘胶纤维组成,蚕丝纤维占73%、粘胶纤维占27%。
一种防辐射面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:制作竹炭纤维,将竹子粉碎得得到竹子粉末,再将竹子粉末进行碳化处理得到竹炭微粒,将竹炭微粒与聚酯溶液混合后进行抽丝得到竹炭纤维;

步骤五:制作防辐射面料,将抗辐射面料的两侧都涂抹粘合剂,将透气防潮湿面料和顺滑面料都与竹炭面料相互贴合制成防辐射面料,将防辐射面料进行半烘干处理,等待自然冷却。
实施例二
一种防辐射面料,由外层的透气防潮湿面料、中层的抗辐射面料、内层 的顺滑面料和粘合剂组成。
含有以下质量比的组分,透气防潮湿面料由高弹性尼龙纤维、涤纶纤维和氨纶纤维组成,高弹性尼龙纤维占28%、涤纶纤维占36%、氨纶纤维占36%。
抗辐射面料由竹炭纤维和防辐射层组成。
含有以下质量比的组分,防辐射层由牡蛎壳粉和环糊精组成,牡蛎壳粉占82%、环糊精占18%。
含有以下质量比的组分,顺滑面料由蚕丝纤维和粘胶纤维组成,蚕丝纤维占64-73%、粘胶纤维占27-36%。
一种防辐射面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:制作竹炭纤维,将竹子粉碎得得到竹子粉末,再将竹子粉末进行碳化处理得到竹炭微粒,将竹炭微粒与聚酯溶液混合后进行抽丝得到竹炭纤维;

步骤四:制作抗辐射面料,将牡蛎壳粉进行超声震荡,形成36-72nm的颗粒,将牡蛎壳颗粒与环糊精混合,加入去离子水,搅拌混合均匀后得到混合溶液,将混合溶液镀层到上述步骤中的竹炭面料上,形成防辐射层,得到抗辐射面料;
步骤五:制作防辐射面料,将抗辐射面料的两侧都涂抹粘合剂,将透气防潮湿面料和顺滑面料都与竹炭面料相互贴合制成防辐射面料,将防辐射面料进行半烘干处理,等待自然冷却。
实施例三
一种防辐射面料,由外层的透气防潮湿面料、中层的抗辐射面料、内层的顺滑面料和粘合剂组成。
含有以下质量比的组分,透气防潮湿面料由高弹性尼龙纤维、涤纶纤维和氨纶纤维组成,高弹性尼龙纤维占30%、涤纶纤维占40%、氨纶纤维占30%。
抗辐射面料由竹炭纤维和防辐射层组成。
含有以下质量比的组分,防辐射层由牡蛎壳粉和环糊精组成,牡蛎壳粉占86%、环糊精占14%。
含有以下质量比的组分,顺滑面料由蚕丝纤维和粘胶纤维组成,蚕丝纤维占69%、粘胶纤维占31%。
一种防辐射面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:制作竹炭纤维,将竹子粉碎得得到竹子粉末,再将竹子粉末进行碳化处理得到竹炭微粒,将竹炭微粒与聚酯溶液混合后进行抽丝得到竹炭纤维;

步骤五:制作防辐射面料,将抗辐射面料的两侧都涂抹粘合剂,将透气防潮湿面料和顺滑面料都与竹炭面料相互贴合制成防辐射面料,将防辐射面料进行半烘干处理,等待自然冷却。
通过对上述三组实施例进行实验,能够得出,三组实施例均具有良好的防辐射能力,本发明的配料更加的科学,除了防辐射还有具有极佳的透气防潮能力,内层设置成顺滑面料,能有效的减少静电产生,更加适合皮肤娇嫩的儿童和孕妇等穿着,实用性极佳,能被广泛的推广使用。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (6)
1.一种防辐射面料,其特征在于:由外层的透气防潮湿面料、中层的抗辐射面料、内层的顺滑面料和粘合剂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射面料,其特征在于:含有以下质量比的组分,所述透气防潮湿面料由高弹性尼龙纤维、涤纶纤维和氨纶纤维组成,所述高弹性尼龙纤维占28-32%、涤纶纤维占36-43%、氨纶纤维占25-36%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射面料,其特征在于:所述抗辐射面料由竹炭纤维和防辐射层组成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防辐射面料,其特征在于:含有以下质量比的组分,所述防辐射层由牡蛎壳粉和环糊精组成,所述牡蛎壳粉占82-90%、环糊精占10-18%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射面料,其特征在于:含有以下质量比的组分,所述顺滑面料由蚕丝纤维和粘胶纤维组成,所述蚕丝纤维占64-73%、粘胶纤维占27-36%。
6.根据权利要求1-5所述的一种防辐射面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
