A pig feed quantitative weighing and packaging machine comprises a machine body (1), wherein a sealing machine (4) is arranged on one side in the machine body (1), a guide frame (3) is arranged below the sealing machine (4), a conveying platform (2) is arranged below the guide frame (3), and the quantitative weighing and packaging machine is characterized in that a temporary storage box (6) is arranged on the top wall of the machine body (1), a storage bin (5) is arranged at the top inlet of the temporary storage box (6), a quantifying cylinder (8) is arranged at the bottom outlet of the temporary storage box (6), a material blocking mechanism (7) is arranged in the temporary storage box (6), the material blocking mechanism (7) comprises a turnover baffle (16), the edge of the baffle (16) slides along the inner wall of the temporary storage box (6), the baffle (16) is used for blocking a channel for feeding the feed in the temporary storage box (6), a flashboard is arranged at the lower end outlet of the quantifying cylinder (8), and a weighing sensor is arranged on the flashboard, a discharge barrel (9) is sleeved at the bottom of the quantitative barrel (8), and a vertical discharge pipe (10) is arranged at the outlet at the bottom of the discharge barrel (9); the machine body (1) is provided with a liftable mounting frame (12) at a corresponding position below the discharge barrel (9), the side surface of the mounting frame (12) is provided with a fixed support (13) and a cylinder rod (24), the end part of the fixed support (13) is provided with a connecting seat (14), the connecting seat (14) is provided with movable arms (25) which are crossed in a tong arm type, two sides of the bottom surface of each movable arm (25) are respectively connected with a sliding table (26) in a sliding manner, a vertical downward straight rod (15) is arranged on the table top of each sliding table (26), the cylinder rod (24) is positioned below the fixed support (13), the end part of the cylinder rod (24) is hinged with two same connecting rods (28), and one end of each connecting rod (28), which is far away from the cylinder rod (24), is respectively hinged on the corresponding movable arm (25).

The pig feed quantitative weighing and packaging machine according to claim 1, characterized in that a hydraulic tank (11) is arranged on the bottom wall of the machine body (1), and the top output end of the hydraulic tank (11) is connected with a mounting frame (12) through a hydraulic piston rod.

The pig feed quantitative weighing and packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein the material blocking mechanism (7) is composed of a mounting plate (17), a first connecting arm (18), a second connecting arm (19), a third connecting arm (20), a fourth connecting arm (21), a connecting block (22) and a push rod (23), wherein the mounting plate (17) is fixedly mounted on the side wall of the temporary storage box (6), and the connecting block (22) is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the baffle plate (16).

The pig feed quantitative weighing and packaging machine according to claim 4, characterized in that the lower end of the push rod (23) is rotatably mounted on the bottom wall of the temporary storage box (6) through a rotating shaft, and the upper end of the push rod (23) is hinged to the middle part of the arm lever of the third connecting arm (20).
