技术领域
本发明涉及锦纶面料技术领域,具体为一种透气性自控的抗菌型锦纶面料。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对穿着的舒适性的要求也越来越高,人们对于织物不仅追求漂亮的外观,现有的锦纶面料很好的解决了这一问题,但是现有的锦纶面料无法满足多种场景需求;
公开号为CN215620606U公开了一种防缩水锦纶面料,该面料通过锦纶面料本体和锦纶面料作为整个面料的基础,通过竹炭纤维层、粘胶纤维层、金属微粉层和防缩水层本体构成防缩水层,使整个面料在外力下不变形,在穿着过程中和洗涤时不皱褶,从而达到防缩水的目的,通过防静电层可去除面料上的静电,在做成衣服穿着时不会被静电电到,再通过透气孔、气孔和保温层,使面料具有保暖的同时也透气,但是该面料还存在一定的不足之处:由于锦纶面料的特性,致使一些锦纶产品的受力性能较差,不能很好的保证该产品的使用寿命,并且无法进行高效的防菌工作,同时锦纶面料具有良好的吸湿性,但是无法进行高效的透气效果,进而难以保证吸湿后的锦纶能够快速干燥,进而降低了锦纶面料的使用价值。
所以我们提出了一种透气性自控的抗菌型锦纶面料,以便于解决上述中提出的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种透气性自控的抗菌型锦纶面料,以解决上述背景技术提出的目前市场上的锦纶面料的特性,致使一些锦纶产品的受力性能较差,不能很好的保证该产品的使用寿命,并且无法进行高效的防菌工作,同时锦纶面料具有良好的吸湿性,但是无法进行高效的透气效果,进而难以保证吸湿后的锦纶能够快速干燥,进而降低了锦纶面料的使用价值问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种透气性自控的抗菌型锦纶面料,包括锦纶面料本体、抗静电层、抗压层、防菌层以及亲肤层;
其中,所述锦纶面料本体的上方位置贴合设置有抗静电层,且所述抗静电层的顶部位置设置有抗压层,所述抗压层的顶部与防菌层的底部之间为紧密贴合设置;
其中,所述锦纶面料本体的底部位置设置有亲肤层;
还包括:
所述锦纶面料本体内部的上下两端位置分别设置有上纤维条与下纤维条,所述锦纶面料本体的顶部位置固定有菱形块,且所述菱形块的外侧伸入到配合槽的内部,同时所述配合槽开设在抗静电层的底端位置;
所述抗压层顶端的内部为中空设置,且所述抗压层的内部设置有第一弹性布,所述抗压层顶端的凹槽与防菌层底端的凹槽之间相贴合且形成空腔,所述防菌层底端的内部设置为中空设置,且所述抗压层的内部设置有第二弹性布。

2、该透气性自控的抗菌型锦纶面料,设置有亲肤层,通过植物纤维线、麻棉混纺交织织物以及毛织面料相互之间交叉编织,并且植物纤维线、麻棉混纺交织织物以及毛织面料经过水基杀菌剂浸泡处理,使得亲肤层更好与人体肌肤无害相接触,同时空腔的内部填充有添加ε-聚赖氨酸的抑菌剂,将会更好抑制细菌的滋生,抗静电层的材质由于涤绵短纤细支纱和导电纤维组成,增加该装置的抗静电性,抗压层的材质为人造弹性纤维布料,增加该面料的弹性,防止该面料发生形变,通过以上设置,故而增加了该装置的使用价值。

请参阅图1-7,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种透气性自控的抗菌型锦纶面料,包括锦纶面料本体1、抗静电层6、抗压层7、防菌层10以及亲肤层15;其中,锦纶面料本体1的上方位置贴合设置有抗静电层6,且抗静电层6的顶部位置设置有抗压层7,抗压层7的顶部与防菌层10的底部之间为紧密贴合设置;其中,锦纶面料本体1的底部位置设置有亲肤层15;还包括:锦纶面料本体1内部的上下两端位置分别设置有上纤维条2与下纤维条3,锦纶面料本体1的顶部位置固定有菱形块4,菱形块4的外壁与配合槽5的内壁相贴合,菱形块4与配合槽5之间为一一对应设置,上纤维条2与下纤维条3均匀分布在锦纶面料本体1的内部;且菱形块4的外侧伸入到配合槽5的内部,同时配合槽5开设在抗静电层6的底端位置;抗静电层6的材质为涤绵短纤细支纱,并且抗静电层6的内部添加有导电纤维,抗压层7的材质为人造弹性纤维布料;抗压层7顶端的内部为中空设置,且抗压层7的内部设置有第一弹性布8,抗压层7顶端的凹槽与防菌层10底端的凹槽之间相贴合且形成空腔9,空腔9的内部填充有添加ε-聚赖氨酸的抑菌剂,空腔9等间距分布在抗压层7与防菌层10的内侧;防菌层10底端的内部设置为中空设置,且抗压层7的内部设置有第二弹性布11;第二弹性布11尺寸小于与第一弹性布8的尺寸大小相等,且第二弹性布11与第一弹性布8分别等间距设置在防菌层10与抗压层7内部的中空位置,同时防菌层10与抗压层7之间为缝合连接。首先,结合附图1-7,首先,该面料是由锦纶面料本体1、抗静电层6、抗压层7、防菌层10以及亲肤层15缝合而成,同时锦纶面料本体1、抗静电层6、抗压层7以及防菌层10的内侧均等间距的贯穿开设有透气孔16,当透气孔16受到挤压的过程中,透气孔16将会发生形变,通过以上设置,达到该装置透气性可调的目的,同时,锦纶面料本体1内部的上下两端位置分别设置有上纤维条2与下纤维条3,通过上纤维条2与下纤维条3的设置,将会增加该面料一定的抗压性,并且锦纶面料本体1的顶部位置通过菱形块4伸入到配合槽5的内部,使得锦纶面料本体1通过菱形块4与配合槽5紧密的相贴合,并且抗静电层6的顶部与抗压层7的底部之间为缝合连接,同时抗压层7顶端的中空内部设置有第一弹性布8,防菌层10底端的中端内部设置有第二弹性布11,通过空腔9与第二弹性布11的设置,将会增加该装置的抗压性,由于抗压层7的顶端与防菌层10的底端之间均设置有凹槽,通过缝合,凹槽与凹槽之间相对应,从而形成了限位块12,在限位块12的内部填充有添加ε-聚赖氨酸的抑菌剂,从而增加该面料细菌的滋生,由于抗静电层6的材质为涤绵短纤细支纱与导电纤维的混合,增加该面料的抗静电性,同时抗压层7的材质为人造弹性纤维布料,其人造弹性纤维布料本身的材质就具有弹力,通过其增加该面料的弹性与抗压性;
锦纶面料本体1的底端位置设置有限位块12,且限位块12的外侧伸入到限位槽13的内壁,限位块12的外侧与限位槽13的内侧相贴合,且锦纶面料本体1通过限位块12与限位槽13之间构成卡合连接;限位槽13开设在加强吸湿布14的顶部,且加强吸湿布14的底端与亲肤层15的顶端之间为缝合连接;亲肤层15是由植物纤维线1501、麻棉混纺交织织物1502以及毛织面料1503相互之间交叉编织,且植物纤维线1501、麻棉混纺交织织物1502以及毛织面料1503的比例为4:4:3,植物纤维线1501、麻棉混纺交织织物1502以及毛织面料1503经过水基杀菌剂浸泡处理,锦纶面料本体1、抗静电层6、抗压层7以及防菌层10的顶部均贯穿开设有透气孔16。锦纶面料本体1的底部位置固定有限位块12,并且限位块12的底端位置设置在限位槽13的外侧,同时,限位槽13开设在加强吸湿布14的顶部,同时加强吸湿布14底部与设置有亲肤层15,并且亲肤层15是由植物纤维线1501、麻棉混纺交织织物1502以及毛织面料1503相互之间交叉编织,同时植物纤维线1501、麻棉混纺交织织物1502以及毛织面料1503的比例为4:4:3混合编织,由于植物纤维线1501、麻棉混纺交织织物1502以及毛织面料1503经过水基杀菌剂浸泡处理,更好的使得亲肤层15与人体肌肤相接触,增加该面料的体验感,通过以上设置,故而增加该面料的使用价值
工作原理:首先,该面料是由锦纶面料本体1、抗静电层6、抗压层7、防菌层10以及亲肤层15缝合而成,同时锦纶面料本体1、抗静电层6、抗压层7以及防菌层10的内侧均等间距的贯穿开设有透气孔16,当透气孔16受到挤压的过程中,锦纶面料本体1内部的上下两端位置分别设置有上纤维条2与下纤维条3,将会增加该装置的抗压性,从而增加该面料细菌的滋生,由于抗静电层6的材质为涤绵短纤细支纱与导电纤维的混合,其人造弹性纤维布料本身的材质就具有弹力,通过其增加该面料的弹性与抗压性;并且限位块12的底端位置设置在限位槽13的外侧,同时,限位槽13开设在加强吸湿布14的顶部,同时加强吸湿布14底部与设置有亲肤层15,由于植物纤维线1501、麻棉混纺交织织物1502以及毛织面料1503经过水基杀菌剂浸泡处理,更好的使得亲肤层15与人体肌肤相接触,增加该面料的体验感,通过以上设置,故而增加该面料的使用价值。

Claims (8)

1.一种透气性自控的抗菌型锦纶面料,包括锦纶面料本体(1)、抗静电层(6)、抗压层(7)、防菌层(10)以及亲肤层(15);
其中,所述锦纶面料本体(1)的上方位置贴合设置有抗静电层(6),且所述抗静电层(6)的顶部位置设置有抗压层(7),所述抗压层(7)的顶部与防菌层(10)的底部之间为紧密贴合设置;
其中,所述锦纶面料本体(1)的底部位置设置有亲肤层(15);
其特征在于,还包括:
所述锦纶面料本体(1)内部的上下两端位置分别设置有上纤维条(2)与下纤维条(3),所述锦纶面料本体(1)的顶部位置固定有菱形块(4),且所述菱形块(4)的外侧伸入到配合槽(5)的内部,同时所述配合槽(5)开设在抗静电层(6)的底端位置;
所述抗压层(7)顶端的内部为中空设置,且所述抗压层(7)的内部设置有第一弹性布(8),所述抗压层(7)顶端的凹槽与防菌层(10)底端的凹槽之间相贴合且形成空腔(9),所述防菌层(10)底端的内部设置为中空设置,且所述抗压层(7)的内部设置有第二弹性布(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性自控的抗菌型锦纶面料,其特征在于:所述第二弹性布(11)尺寸小于与第一弹性布(8)的尺寸大小相等,且所述第二弹性布(11)与第一弹性布(8)分别等间距设置在防菌层(10)与抗压层(7)内部的中空位置,同时所述防菌层(10)与抗压层(7)之间为缝合连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性自控的抗菌型锦纶面料,其特征在于:所述空腔(9)的内部填充有添加ε-聚赖氨酸的抑菌剂,所述空腔(9)等间距分布在抗压层(7)与防菌层(10)的内侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性自控的抗菌型锦纶面料,其特征在于:所述抗静电层(6)的材质为涤绵短纤细支纱,并且抗静电层(6)的内部添加有导电纤维,所述抗压层(7)的材质为人造弹性纤维布料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性自控的抗菌型锦纶面料,其特征在于:所述菱形块(4)的外壁与配合槽(5)的内壁相贴合,所述菱形块(4)与配合槽(5)之间为一一对应设置,所述上纤维条(2)与下纤维条(3)均匀分布在锦纶面料本体(1)的内部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性自控的抗菌型锦纶面料,其特征在于:所述锦纶面料本体(1)的底端位置设置有限位块(12),且所述限位块(12)的外侧伸入到限位槽(13)的内壁,所述限位槽(13)开设在加强吸湿布(14)的顶部,且所述加强吸湿布(14)的底端与亲肤层(15)的顶端之间为缝合连接,所述锦纶面料本体(1)、抗静电层(6)、抗压层(7)以及防菌层(10)的顶部均贯穿开设有透气孔(16)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种透气性自控的抗菌型锦纶面料,其特征在于:所述亲肤层(15)是由植物纤维线(1501)、麻棉混纺交织织物(1502)以及毛织面料(1503)相互之间交叉编织,且所述植物纤维线(1501)、麻棉混纺交织织物(1502)以及毛织面料(1503)的比例为4:4:3,所述植物纤维线(1501)、麻棉混纺交织织物(1502)以及毛织面料(1503)经过水基杀菌剂浸泡处理。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种透气性自控的抗菌型锦纶面料,其特征在于:所述限位块(12)的外侧与限位槽(13)的内侧相贴合,且所述锦纶面料本体(1)通过限位块(12)与限位槽(13)之间构成卡合连接。
