技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型面料,尤指一种可以防静电的面料。
背景技术
人体所穿着的普通面料服装经过与外界的摩擦会产生静电,空气中附着静电的灰尘附着到面料上后也会使服装带有静电,在储运、化工、煤气、石油、煤矿、海运、宇航、军工等易燃易爆的作业环境场合里,服装上累计的静电可能会造成爆炸等严重后果。
发明内容
本发明提供一种防静电面料,其目的是针对现有技术中存在的不足之处,提供一种可以消除静电的服装面料,其适用于各种易燃易爆场合。
为实现上述目的,本发明技术方案为:
一种防静电面料,其特征在于,其主体为涤棉短纤细支纱纤维纺成面料,在纺织过程中经向添加直径6-10μm的不锈钢丝混纺而成,不锈钢丝的间距为1.5-3cm,纬向混纺直径5-8μm的聚苯胺丝导电纤维,聚苯胺丝导电纤维的间距为1.5-3cm。
上述技术方案的有益之处在于:
导电纤维的抗静电机理是使导电纤维之间产生电晕放电。电晕放电是一种很缓和的放电形式,当静电压达到一定的数值后,即产生无火花的电晕放电使静电消除。这种现象通常认为是织物中的导电纤维,在静电场的作用下,使周围的空气产生电离作用而形成正负离子,正负离子中的一种与织物所带静电荷相反而中和,另一种则与环境或大地中和,从而消除了静电。电晕放电与静电泄露的显著区别是:前者在不接地的情况下也能很好地消除织物上的静电,而后者则需要接地或在空气较大的情况下才能使静电消除。
按照本发明方法所制成的面料混纺入了不锈钢丝和聚苯胺丝导电纤维,综合和二者的除静电优势,由这种面料制成的抗静电服装适用于储运、化工、煤气、石油、煤矿、海运、宇航、军工等易燃易爆的作业环境场合。
具体实施方式
本发明的一种防静电面料,涤棉短纤细支纱纤维纺成面料,在纺织过程中经向添加直径8μm的不锈钢丝混纺,不锈钢丝的间距为2cm,纬向混纺直径8μm的聚苯胺丝导电纤维,聚苯胺丝导电纤维的间距为2cm,最后得到防静电面料制成服装。

1.一种防静电面料,其特征在于,其主体为涤棉短纤细支纱纤维纺成面料,在纺织过程中经向添加直径6-10μm的不锈钢丝混纺而成,不锈钢丝的间距为1.5-3cm,纬向混纺直径5-8μm的聚苯胺丝导电纤维,聚苯胺丝导电纤维的间距为1.5-3cm。
