Through the cooperation between the dryer 202 and the filter box 203, the filter box 203 effectively filters the air, avoids secondary pollution to the probe caused by the entry of impurities and harmful gases into the box body 1, and further improves the disinfection effect.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, a disinfection assembly 23 is disposed on the back of the case 1, one end of the disinfection assembly 23 is communicated with the back of the storage cabinet 3 through a water pipe 24, the disinfection assembly 23 includes a pump body 231, the front of the pump body 231 is fixedly connected with the back of the case 1, a spray pipe 232 is disposed at the output end of the pump body 231, the spray pipe 232 is clamped on the front of the inner wall of the case 1, and the input end of the pump body 231 is communicated with one end of the water pipe 24.
Through mutually supporting between the pump body 231 and the spray tube 232, the pump body 231 pumps the disinfectant from the storage cabinet 3 through the water pipe 24, and liquid is sprayed to the probe through the spray tube 232, and simultaneously the output shaft of the motor 61 drives the tray 91 to rotate through the connecting shaft 8, so that atomized disinfectant is uniformly sprayed on the probe, and the uniformity of the disinfection of the probe is further improved by the atomized disinfectant.
A method for sterilizing an ultrasonic probe, comprising the steps of:
s1, when the ultrasonic probe is required to be disinfected, opening a cover plate 27, placing the probe in a tray 91, enabling a single probe to be positioned between two baffle rods 92, closing the cover plate 27, controlling a pump body 231 and a motor 61 to work through a control panel 2, enabling the pump body 231 to pump disinfectant from a storage cabinet 3 through a water pipe 24, spraying the disinfectant to the probe through a spray pipe 232, and enabling an output shaft of the motor 61 to drive the tray 91 to rotate through a connecting shaft 8, so that atomized disinfectant is uniformly sprayed on the probe;
s2, after the probe is atomized and disinfected, the pump body 231 is controlled to stop working, the dryer 202 works to enable external air flow to pass through the filter box 203 firstly, the filter box 203 effectively filters air, and then hot air enters the connecting shaft 8 through the dryer 202 and the air pipe 19, and the connecting shaft 8 is provided with a plurality of air guide holes 21, so that the probe is effectively dried by the hot air, the tray 91 and the probe continuously rotate, and the drying uniformity is ensured;
s3, after the drying work of the probe is finished, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 15 is controlled to work, as the connecting shaft 8 is fixed with the eccentric wheel 10, and one tooth 11 on the eccentric wheel 10 is meshed with the inner wall of the gear ring 12, the tooth 11 drives the gear ring 12 to rotate for a certain angle and then is separated from the gear ring 12, as the bottom of the gear ring 12 is provided with the coil spring 17, the coil spring 17 rebounds to enable the gear ring 12 to return to the initial position, then the other tooth 11 is meshed with the gear ring 12, and the gear ring 12 drives the two pins 131 to slide in the two slide holes 132 in the process of performing clearance reciprocating motion, so that the two connecting plates 133 do swinging motion and drive the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 15 to continuously swing and disinfect the rotating probe, thereby realizing the purpose of disinfection of the probe without dead angle.
