The base 1 is as the installation basis, and base 1 can be used by fixed mounting alone, also can install on moving platform, convenient to detach. The pressing rack guide rail 2 is tightly connected to the base 1. The pressing rack 3 is arranged on the pressing rack guide rail 2, and the pressing rack 3 is in sliding fit with the pressing rack guide rail 2. The driving motor 4 is tightly connected on the base 1, and the pressing gear 5 is tightly connected with an output shaft of the driving motor 4. The pressing gear 5 is meshed with the pressing rack 3 for transmission. The pressing rack 3 is fixedly connected with one end of the support rail 7 far away from the support piece 13 through a rack connecting piece 6. The support rail 7 is hingedly connected to a support 13 via a crank mechanism 12, and the support rail 7 extends into the interior of the support 13.
The driving motor 4 drives the pressing gear 5 to rotate, the pressing gear 5 is in meshed transmission with the pressing rack 3, so that the pressing rack 3 performs reciprocating motion along the guide rail direction of the pressing rack guide rail 2, and the pressing mechanism is driven to perform pressing operation on acupuncture points of a human body.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the pressing mechanism includes a pressing head 8 and a pressing spring 9. The pressing head 8 is connected to the support 13 via a pressing spring 9. The pressing head 8 is in sliding fit with the support 13, and the pressing head 8 extends into the support 13. Preferably, the cross section of one side of the pressing head 8 extending into the support 13 is rectangular, so that the moving direction of the pressing head 8 is effectively ensured not to deviate.
After the pressing head 8 contacts with the human body, the pressing spring 9 is compressed as the pressing force increases, the movement displacement of the pressing head 8 relative to the supporting member 13 increases, and the pressing spring 9 converts the change of the pressing force into the change of the relative displacement of the pressing head 8. As the pressing force gradually increases, the pressing spring 9 between the pressing head 8 and the support 13 is compressed, and the displacement of the pressing head 8 relative to the support 13 gradually increases.
The protection mechanism also comprises a support locking shaft 11. The side of the pin shaft 10 away from the electromagnet 15 is provided with a bulge, and the bulge is in inserted fit with the locking shaft 11 of the supporting part. One end, far away from the pin shaft 10, of the supporting part locking shaft 11 is hinged to the supporting part 13, and the end is in butt fit with the supporting guide rail 7, so that the supporting guide rail 7 is not in sliding fit with the supporting part 13 in the normal movement process of the pressing mechanism.
When the pressing force does not reach the set maximum value, the compression amount of the pressing spring 9 does not reach the maximum value, the displacement of the pressing head 8 relative to the supporting piece 13 also does not reach the maximum value, namely, the small hole at the lower part of the pressing head 8 does not completely enter the supporting piece 13, and at the moment, the protection mechanism is not started. The pin 10 fixes the support locking shaft 11 against rotation, so that the support rail 7 cannot slide relative to the support 13.
When the pressing force does not reach the set maximum value, only the pressing head 8 can move relative to the supporting piece 13, the supporting guide rail 7, the rack connecting piece 6 and the pressing rack 3 are fixed with each other, and the pressing force and the pressing frequency of the pressing head 8 on the acupuncture points of the human body can be controlled by controlling the driving motor 4, so that the expected massage effect is achieved.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the energization and deenergization of the electromagnet 15 is controlled by a contact switch determined by the movement displacement of the pressing head 8 with respect to the support 13. When the pressing force reaches a set maximum value, the relative displacement of the pressing head 8 reaches a maximum value, at which the small hole in the lower portion of the pressing head 8 completely enters the inside of the support 13. At this time, the contact switch is turned on, the electromagnet 15 is energized, and the protection mechanism is started. The electromagnet 15 and the pin shaft 10 are matched in a magnetic attraction mode, after the electromagnet 15 is electrified, the pin shaft 10 is driven to move through the magnetic attraction effect, the pin shaft 10 penetrates through a through hole in the pressing head 8, the pressing head 8 is locked by the pin shaft 10, and the pressing head 8 cannot slide relative to the supporting piece 13.
As shown in fig. 4, the electromagnet 15 pushes the pin 10 to move, and at the same time, the pin 10 is out of contact with the portion of the support locking shaft 11 that is in the inserted fit, so as to unlock the support locking shaft 11. The support member locking shaft 11 is rotated at the hinge portion with respect to the support member 13 by the pressing force so that the other end of the support member locking shaft 11 is out of contact with the support rail 7. Under the action of the pressing force, the supporting piece 13 and the supporting guide rail 7 slide relatively, so that the supporting piece 13 and the pressing head 8 are quickly separated from the contact with the human body, the acting force of the pressing head on the human body is not more than the set maximum value, and the human body is protected from being injured.
The pin 10 is connected with a reversing switch of the driving motor 4. After the protection mechanism is started, the electromagnet 15 pushes the pin shaft 10 to move, the reversing switch of the driving motor 4 is switched on by the movement of the pin shaft 10, so that the driving motor 4 drives the pressing rack 3 to move reversely, namely the movement of the pressing rack 3 is changed from the direction of applying pressure to a human body to the direction of separating from the contact with the human body, and meanwhile, the supporting guide rail 7, the supporting piece 13 and the pressing head 8 are driven to rise rapidly and separate from the contact with the human body, the acting force of the pressing head 8 on the human body is further ensured not to exceed the maximum value, and the safety protection in the pressing process is realized.
After the protection mechanism is started, the pressing head 8 is separated from the contact with the human body, the supporting piece 13 and the supporting guide rail 7 slide relatively, and in order to facilitate subsequent massage operation, the pressing head 8 and the supporting piece 13 need to be reset.
A locking shaft torsion spring 16 is provided at the hinge of the support locking shaft 11 and the support 13. When the support lock shaft 11 is unlocked, the lock shaft torsion spring 16 stores elastic potential energy during rotation of the support lock shaft 11.

The electromagnet 15 is electrified to drive the pin shaft 10 to move, and the spring 17 is compressed. When the pressing head 8 is lifted to be out of contact with the human body, the electromagnet 15 is powered off. After the electromagnet is powered off 15, the pin shaft 10 is reset under the action of the spring 17.
The pin 10 is restored by the restoring force of the spring 17, so that the pin 10 is withdrawn from the through hole of the pressing head 8, and the pressing head 8 is restored by the restoring force of the pressing spring 9. In addition, the crank link mechanism 12 is driven by the elastic potential energy stored in the crank torsion spring 14 to move, so that the support member 13 slides relatively to the support rail 7 and returns to the initial position. The stored elastic potential energy of the locking shaft torsion spring 16 drives the support locking shaft 11 to rotate relative to the support 13, returning to its original position. One end of the supporting part locking shaft 11 is abutted against the supporting guide rail 7 and matched with the supporting guide rail 7, the other end of the supporting part locking shaft is in insertion fit with the pin shaft 10, and the supporting part locking shaft 11 is fixed under the action of the pin shaft 10, so that the supporting part 13 and the supporting guide rail 7 do not slide relatively, and the whole pressing mechanism and the safety protection device are restored to the initial state, thereby facilitating the next massage operation.
According to the invention, the electromagnet 15 is matched with the pin shaft 10 for use, a pressing force safety value is set at the beginning, and when the pressing force reaches a set maximum value, the pin shaft 10 is rapidly inserted and matched with the pressing head 8 to lock the pressing mechanism, so that the pressing mechanism is favorably separated from contact with a human body rapidly, and the safety of a massage process is favorably improved. Through the matching use of the support piece locking shaft 11 and the support guide rail 7, when the pressing force does not reach the set maximum value, the support piece 13 and the support guide rail 7 do not slide relatively; when the pressing force reaches the set maximum value, the supporting piece locking shaft 11 and the supporting guide rail 7 are unlocked rapidly, the supporting piece 13 and the supporting guide rail 7 slide relatively, the speed of the pressing mechanism which is rapidly separated from the contact with the human body is improved, and the safety of the massaging process is improved. Through setting up a plurality of springs, help pressing means to break away from rapidly and restore to the throne with human contact back rapidly, be convenient for carry out next massage operation to help improving pressing means's work efficiency.
