According to the invention, the power assembly 1 drives the sewage draining and water injecting assembly 2 to conduct linear lifting movement, so that when the sewage draining and injecting assembly 2 moves from a first position to a second position, the cover opening assembly 3 can be driven to descend from an initial position to a trigger position, the cover body 73 is acted, the cover body 73 is enabled to overturn and open the box body 201 positioned below the cover body 73, the effect of the sewage draining and injecting assembly 2 and the cover opening assembly 3 is relieved, when the sewage draining and injecting assembly 2 moves from the second position to a third position continuously, the water through opening of the sewage draining and injecting assembly 2 is communicated with the box body 201, the sewage draining outlet 23 can be communicated with the first sewage tank 71, the structure can not only realize automatic cover opening action, but also realize automatic clean water injecting and/or sewage draining action, manual operation of a user is not needed, and use experience of the user is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 to 8, the tank 201 includes at least a first sewage tank 71 and a first clean water tank 72, the water inlet includes at least a water filling port 22 and a drain port 23, the cover 73 is used to jointly cover the first sewage tank 71 and the first clean water tank 72, when the sewage filling assembly 2 moves from the second position to the third position, the water filling port 22 is communicated with the first clean water tank 72, and the drain port 23 is communicated with the first sewage tank 71. The first sewage tank 71 is used for recovering sewage generated after cleaning, and the first clean water tank 72 is used for containing clean water for cleaning.
With continued reference to fig. 6 to 8, when the blowdown water injection assembly 2 is lowered from the second position to the third position, the water injection port 22 of the blowdown water injection assembly 2 can communicate with the first clean water tank 72, and the first clean water tank 72 is added to a preset water level through the water injection port 22, thereby preparing for the re-cleaning operation of the cleaning device 200; simultaneously, the sewage outlet 23 of the sewage draining and water injecting assembly 2 is also lowered to be communicated with the first sewage tank 71, so that sewage in the first sewage tank 71 is pumped out through the sewage outlet 23, and the purpose of knowing and releasing hands of a user is achieved without manually dumping the sewage in the first sewage tank 71 by the user.
Specifically, when the cover opening assembly 3 is lowered to the trigger position, the cover 73 is turned to the open state by the cover opening assembly 3, thereby opening the first sewage tank 71 and the second clean water tank 42. Wherein the first sewage tank 71 may include a tank 201 and a sewage connection pipe connected thereto, and the first clean water tank 72 may include the tank 201 and a clean water connection pipe connected thereto, the tank 201 is not shown in fig. 6 to 8, and only the sewage connection pipe and the clean water connection pipe are shown.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the cover opening assembly 3 further includes a trigger assembly 6, when the cover opening assembly 3 is moved to the trigger position under the driving of the blowdown water injection assembly 2, the trigger assembly 6 acts on the turnover portion 31 to turn the turnover portion 31 in the first direction and separate from the ejector 21, so that the cover opening assembly 3 can be kept at the trigger position when the blowdown water injection assembly 2 moves from the second position to the third position. The first direction is understood as a direction in which one end of the turnover portion 31, which acts on the jack 21, is turned downward, and, with reference to fig. 10, the turnover portion 31 shown in fig. 10 is in a state of having been turned in the first direction. The trigger assembly 6 can timely release the action of the blowdown water injection assembly 2 and the cover opening assembly 3, so that the cover opening assembly 3 is effectively prevented from continuing to move downwards along with the blowdown water injection assembly 2.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 10, the trigger assembly 6 may be located below the cover opening assembly 3, and after the cover opening assembly 3 moves to the trigger position, the trigger assembly 6 can push the overturning member to overturn the overturning member, so as to separate from the ejector rod 21.
When the sewage draining and water injecting assembly 2 moves from the first position to the second position, the direction of the acting force of the ejector 21 on the turnover part 31 is in a vertical direction, so as to push the cover assembly 3 to move downwards; when the sewage draining and water injecting assembly 2 moves from the second position to the third position, the ejector rod 21 can push the turnover part 31 to keep the turnover state in the first direction, and the acting force direction of the ejector rod 21 to the turnover part 31 is horizontal, so that the turnover part 31 is effectively prevented from being reset.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 to 9, the blowdown water injection assembly 2 further includes a support 24, and the cover opening assembly 3 includes a protrusion 32 corresponding to the support 24, and when the blowdown water injection assembly 2 is lifted from the second position to the first position, the support 24 acts on the protrusion 32 to drive the cover opening assembly 3 from the trigger position back to the initial position. So, realized uncapping subassembly 3 can be followed blowdown water injection subassembly 2 and moved back initial position by the trigger position, and structural design is simple, and the motion is stable.
Specifically, the upper surface of the supporting member 24 may be configured as a first acting surface, the lower surface of the protruding block 32 may be configured as a second acting surface, and the protruding block 32 is located above the supporting member 24, and when the sewage filling assembly 2 moves between the first position and the second position, the first acting surface of the supporting member 24 and the second acting surface of the protruding block 32 are abutted; when the blowdown water injection assembly 2 moves from the second position to the third position, the support 24 moves downward and disengages the tab 32; when the sewage draining and water injecting assembly 2 moves from the third position to the second position, the supporting member 24 moves upwards until the first acting surface is attached to the second acting surface, and at this time, the supporting member 24 has no function relation with the protruding block 32; when the blowdown water injection assembly 2 moves from the second position to the first position, the blowdown water injection assembly 2 acts on the protruding block 32 through the bearing piece 24, so that the cover opening assembly 3 is driven to move upwards along with the blowdown water injection assembly 2.
Specifically, the number of the above-mentioned supporting members 24 may be plural, the protruding blocks 32 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the supporting members 24, and the number of the supporting members 24 shown in fig. 4 is two, which is only an example, and the number of the supporting members 24 is not specifically limited in this application, so long as the blowdown water injection assembly 2 can stably drive the cover opening assembly 3 to perform the lifting motion.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the lifting device 100 further includes a control board (not shown in the drawings) and an induction component 5, where the induction component 5 and the power component 1 are both electrically connected to the control board, and the induction component 5 includes at least a first sensor 51, a second sensor 52, and a third sensor 53, where the first sensor 51 is used to sense that the blowdown water injection component 2 is in a first position, the second sensor 52 is used to sense that the cover opening component 3 is in a trigger position, the third sensor 53 is used to sense that the blowdown water injection component 2 is in a third position, and the control board is configured to receive a position signal detected by the induction component 5 and send a signal to the power component 1. The position of the blowdown water injection component 2 and the position of the cover opening component 3 can be timely determined through the induction component 5, so that the power component 1 is timely controlled to start and stop through the control board, and the positions of the blowdown water injection component 2 and the cover opening component 3 are accurately controlled.
Specifically, the lifting device 100 may further include a position sensor electrically connected to the control board, where the position sensor is configured to generate a signal that the movable cleaning body 7 is in place, and after the movable cleaning body 7 finishes cleaning and moves to the lower side of the lifting device 100, the position sensor generates the signal that is in place, and after the control board receives the signal that is in place, the control board may control the power assembly 1 of the lifting device 100 to start, so as to perform the uncapping action and the blowdown water injection action.
Specifically, the blowdown water injection assembly 2 may be convexly provided with a first triggering portion, and when the blowdown water injection assembly 2 is located at the first position, the first triggering portion can trigger the first sensor 51 to generate a first position signal of the blowdown water injection assembly 2 located at the first position. The cover opening assembly 3 may be provided with a second triggering portion, and when the cover opening assembly 3 is at the triggering position, the second triggering portion can trigger the second sensor 52 to generate a second position signal that the cover opening assembly 3 is at the triggering position. The blowdown water injection assembly 2 may further be provided with a third triggering portion, where when the blowdown water injection assembly 2 is located at the third position, the third triggering portion may trigger the third sensor 53 to generate a third position signal of the blowdown water injection assembly 2 located at the third position.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 to 8 and 10, the lid opening assembly 3 further includes a lid opening body 33, and the flipping portion 31 includes an elastic member 34 and a flipping plate 35 pivotally connected to the lid opening body 33, where the elastic member 34 is configured to apply a force to the flipping plate 35 to flip the same in a second direction opposite to the first direction. The elastic member 34 applies a force to the flipping plate 35 to flip it upward, so that the flipping portion 31 can be kept in a state of stably abutting against the jack 21 when the flipping portion 31 acts against the jack 21.
In particular, the elastic member 34 may be configured as a torsion spring, which is inexpensive to manufacture and simple to install.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 and 9-12, the trigger assembly 6 includes a trigger body 61 for acting on a first end of the flipping plate 35, the second end of the flipping plate 35 having a hook 36, the trigger body 61 having a slot 63, the hook 36 extending into the slot 63 after the flipping portion 31 is flipped in the first direction; the second end is the end of the turnover plate 35 acting on the ejector rod 21, and the first end is the end opposite to the second end. The hook 36 extends into the notch 63 to enable the turnover part 31 to be kept in a state of moving in the first direction, so that interference with the ejector rod 21 of the sewage draining and water injecting assembly 2 is avoided, and movement stability is improved.
Specifically, the ejector rods 21 may be arranged in pairs, and two ejector rods 21 are arranged on two opposite sides of the sewage draining and water injecting assembly 2, and the turnover part 31 and the triggering body 61 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the ejector rods 21, so as to facilitate improving the motion stability of the lifting device 100.
Specifically, the hook 36 may be integrally formed with the overturning plate 35, so that a relatively stable positional relationship and a relatively stable connection relationship between the hook 36 and the overturning plate 35 can be maintained.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the blowdown water injection assembly 2 includes a blowdown chamber and a water injection chamber with upper and lower ends respectively opened, a lower end of the blowdown chamber is opened to form a blowdown outlet 23, a lower end of the water injection chamber is opened to form a water injection port 22, and the ejector rod 21 and the support member 24 are disposed on an outer wall of the blowdown chamber or the water injection chamber. The structure is reasonable in design and compact in structure.
Specifically, the sewage draining and water injecting assembly 2 may be formed in an integral molding manner, and the sewage draining chamber and the water injecting chamber are two parallel chambers, and are not communicated, the upper open end of the sewage draining chamber may be used to communicate with the second sewage tank 41 on the fixed body 4, and the upper open end of the water injecting chamber may be used to communicate with the second clean water tank 42 on the fixed body 4. In this way, it is possible to communicate the second clear water tank 42 on the fixed body 4 to the first clear water tank 72 on the movable cleaning body 7 and to communicate the second sewage tank 41 to the first sewage tank 71.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 to 9, the cover body 33 further includes a first through cavity 37, the trigger body 61 further has a second through cavity 62 in communication with the first through cavity 37, and when the blowdown water injection assembly 2 is switched between the second position and the third position, the blowdown water injection assembly 2 passes through the first through cavity 37 and the second through cavity 62 such that the water injection port 22 of the blowdown water injection assembly 2 is in communication with the first clean water tank 72 and the blowdown port 23 is in communication with the first blowdown tank 71. So, when blowdown water injection subassembly 2, uncap subassembly 3 and trigger assembly 6 from top to bottom lay gradually, above-mentioned uncap subassembly 3 and trigger assembly 6 can not take place to interfere with the motion of blowdown water injection subassembly 2, and structural layout is comparatively reasonable.
Specifically, the cover-opening body 33 can extend downwards to form a hollow cavity, the cavity is internally provided with the first through cavity 37, and after the sewage draining and water injecting assembly 2 passes through the first through cavity 37, the first through cavity 37 can play a guiding role on the movement of the sewage draining and water injecting assembly 2, so that the sewage draining and water injecting assembly 2 is prevented from shaking left and right, and the movement stability is improved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a cleaning device 200, as shown in fig. 1, the cleaning device 200 comprises the lifting device 100, a movable cleaning machine body 7 and a fixed machine body 4, wherein the lifting device 100 is arranged on the fixed machine body 4 and is positioned above the movable cleaning machine body 7. The cleaning apparatus 200 is understood as an apparatus for cleaning, the movable cleaning body 7 being capable of being used for movable cleaning, the stationary body 4 being capable of being fixedly placed in a place for supplying clean water to the movable cleaning body 7 and recovering sewage in the movable cleaning body 7. For example, the movable cleaning machine body 7 may be a sweeping robot, the fixed machine body 4 may be a fixed chassis, and the sweeping robot returns to the chassis after working, so that the sweeping robot is automatically supplied with clean water and sewage in the sweeping robot is recovered through the chassis, manual operation of a user is not needed, and the cleaning machine is convenient for the user to use.
The cleaning device 200 adopting the lifting device 100 drives the sewage draining and water injecting assembly 2 to do linear lifting movement through the power assembly 1, so that the sewage draining and injecting assembly 2 can drive the cover opening assembly 3 to descend from the initial position to the trigger position when moving from the first position to the second position, thereby acting on the cover 73, enabling the cover 73 to overturn and open the first sewage tank 71 and the second clean water tank 42 below the cover 73, then the sewage draining and injecting assembly 2 releases the effect of the cover opening assembly 3, and when continuing to descend to move from the second position to the third position, the water injecting port 22 of the sewage draining and injecting assembly 2 can be communicated with the first clean water tank 72, and the sewage draining port 23 can be communicated with the first sewage tank 71.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 6 to 8, the movable cleaning body 7 includes a first sewage tank 71, a first clean water tank 72, and a cover 73 for covering the first sewage tank 71 and the first clean water tank 72, the fixed body 4 includes a second sewage tank 41, a second clean water tank 42, a first pump body, and a second pump body, the second sewage tank 41 communicates with the first sewage tank 71 through the sewage outlet 23, the second clean water tank 42 communicates with the first clean water tank 72 through the water inlet 22 when the sewage injection assembly 2 is in the third position, the first pump body is used for pumping sewage in the first sewage tank 71 into the second sewage tank 41, and the second pump body is used for pumping clean water in the second clean water tank 42 into the first clean water tank 72. The structure realizes the automatic uncovering action and the pollution discharge and water injection action, does not need frequent maintenance of the movable cleaning machine body 7 by a user, and is convenient for the user to use.

Claims (11)

1. A lifting device for use with a cleaning apparatus, the cleaning apparatus comprising a housing and a cover for closing the housing, the lifting device comprising:
a power assembly;
the sewage drainage water injection assembly is connected with the power assembly to do lifting motion under the action of the power assembly, the sewage drainage water injection assembly is provided with at least a first position, a second position and a third position which are sequentially arranged along the descending direction of the lifting motion, the sewage drainage water injection assembly comprises a push rod, and the sewage drainage water injection assembly is provided with a water through hole positioned at the first side of the sewage drainage water injection assembly;
the cover opening assembly is arranged on the first side of the pollution discharge water injection assembly and comprises a turnover part; wherein,,
when the blowdown water injection assembly moves from the first position to the second position, the ejector rod acts on the overturning part to drive the cover opening assembly to descend from the initial position to the triggering position, and when the cover opening assembly acts on the cover body in the triggering position, the cover body is overturned to open the box body; when the sewage draining and water injecting assembly moves from the second position to the third position, the action between the ejector rod and the overturning part is released, the cover opening assembly is kept at the triggering position, and the water through hole is communicated with the box body so as to extract water in the box body and/or inject water into the box body.
2. The lifting device of claim 1, wherein the tank body comprises at least a first sewage tank and a first clean water tank, the water port comprises at least a water filling port and a drain port, the cover body is used for jointly covering the first sewage tank and the first clean water tank, the water filling port is communicated with the first clean water tank when the drain water filling assembly moves from the second position to the third position, and the drain port is communicated with the first sewage tank.
3. The lifting device of claim 2, wherein the lid opening assembly further comprises a trigger assembly, wherein when the lid opening assembly is moved to the trigger position by the blowdown water injection assembly, the trigger assembly acts on the turnover portion to turn the turnover portion in a first direction and disengage the ejector rod, so that the lid opening assembly can be maintained in the trigger position when the blowdown water injection assembly moves from the second position to the third position.
4. A lifting device according to claim 3, wherein the blowdown water injection assembly further comprises a support, and the cover opening assembly comprises a projection disposed in correspondence with the support, the support acting on the projection to move the cover opening assembly from the trigger position back to the initial position when the blowdown water injection assembly is raised from the second position to the first position.
5. The lifting device of claim 1, further comprising a control board and an induction assembly, wherein the induction assembly and the power assembly are each electrically connected to the control board, wherein the induction assembly comprises at least a first sensor for sensing that the blowdown water injection assembly is in a first position, a second sensor for sensing that the cover opening assembly is in the trigger position, and a third sensor for sensing that the blowdown water injection assembly is in a third position, and wherein the control board is configured to receive a position signal detected by the induction assembly and to transmit the position signal to the power assembly.
6. The lift device of claim 4 wherein the lid assembly further comprises a lid body, and wherein the flip portion comprises an elastic member and a flip plate pivotally coupled to the lid body, the elastic member being configured to apply a force to the flip plate to flip the flip plate in a second direction opposite the first direction.
7. The lifting device of claim 6, wherein the trigger assembly includes a trigger body for acting on a first end of the flipping panel, a second end of the flipping panel having a catch, the trigger body having a slot into which the catch extends after the flipping portion is flipped in a first direction; the second end is the end of the turnover plate, which acts with the ejector rod, and the first end is the end opposite to the second end.

The lifting device according to claim 7, wherein the blowdown water injection assembly comprises a blowdown chamber and a water injection chamber with upper and lower ends respectively opened, the lower end of the blowdown chamber is opened to form the blowdown outlet, the lower end of the water injection chamber is opened to form the water injection outlet, and the ejector rod and the bearing member are arranged on the outer wall of the blowdown chamber or the water injection chamber.
9. The lift device of claim 8 wherein the door body further comprises a first through cavity, the trigger body further having a second through cavity in communication with the first through cavity, the blowdown water injection assembly passing through the first through cavity and the second through cavity when the blowdown water injection assembly is switched between the second position and the third position such that a water injection port of the blowdown water injection assembly is in communication with the first clean water tank and the blowdown port is in communication with the first sewer tank.
10. A cleaning appliance comprising a lifting device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising a movable cleaning body and a fixed body, said lifting device being provided on said fixed body above said movable cleaning body.

The cleaning apparatus of claim 10, wherein the movable cleaning body comprises a first sewage tank, a first clean water tank, and a cover for closing the first sewage tank and the first clean water tank, the water through-opening comprises at least a water filling port and a sewage draining port, the fixed body comprises a second sewage tank, a second clean water tank, a first pump body, and a second pump body, when the sewage draining and water filling assembly is in a third position, the second sewage tank is communicated with the first sewage tank through the sewage draining port, the second clean water tank is communicated with the first clean water tank through the water filling port, and the first pump body is used for pumping sewage in the first sewage tank into the second sewage tank, and the second pump body is used for pumping clean water in the second clean water tank into the first clean water tank.
