Description

Composition beneficial to stability of PCMX (prestressed concrete Metal-oxide-concrete) sterilization liquid and PCMX-containing sterilization liquid
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily chemical disinfection and sterilization, and particularly relates to a composition beneficial to the stability of a PCMX (prestressed concrete Metal-oxide-M) sterilization liquid and a PCMX-containing sterilization liquid.
Background
The disinfection and sterilization products are widely applied day by day, wherein the bactericide Parachlorometaxylenol (PCMX) is widely applied to the disinfection and sterilization products due to low toxicity and good sterilization and bacteriostasis capability. PCMX is insoluble in water and soluble in organic solvents such as isopropanol and ethanol. The current general technical method is to add castor oil soap and terpineol, ethanol or isopropanol and other solvents into the formula of the degerming product to form relatively stable PCMX aqueous solution. However, when the sterilized product is stored for a long time or the temperature changes, the stability of the system is challenged, and problems of high-temperature delamination or low-temperature precipitation occur. The technical scheme for solving the problem of the stability of the PCMX aqueous solution at present is to add a large amount of non-aqueous solvent, so that the cost and the material consumption of a degerming product are increased.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, the first purpose of the invention is to provide a composition beneficial to the stability of PCMX sterilizing liquid, so as to effectively solve the defects of the prior art.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a bacteria-removing liquid containing PCMX.
In order to achieve the first purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the composition beneficial to the stability of the PCMX antibacterial liquid comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 3-6% of ricinoleic acid amide polyoxyethylene ether, 15-30% of fatty acid salt and the balance of water; wherein the ricinoleic acid amide polyoxyethylene ether comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15-60% of ricinoleic acid amide polyoxyethylene ether with the addition number of ethylene oxide being 1-5; 30-80% of ricinoleic acid amide polyoxyethylene ether with the addition number of ethylene oxide being 15-20.
Preferably, the fatty acid salt comprises castor oil soap. Further, the mass percentage of the castor oil soap in the fatty acid salt is 70-100%. The castor oil soap comprises castor oil potassium soap, castor oil sodium soap, castor oil magnesium soap and castor oil monoethanolamine soap, wherein the castor oil potassium soap is preferred.
Preferably, the fatty acid salt further comprises an oleate salt. Further, the mass percent of the oleate in the fatty acid salt is 0-30%. The oleic acid soap comprises potassium oleate soap, sodium oleate soap, magnesium oleate soap and oleic acid monoethanolamine soap, wherein the potassium oleate soap is preferred.
Further preferably, the mass ratio of the ricinoleic acid amide polyoxyethylene ether to the fatty acid salt is preferably 1: 5.
preferably, the composition is prepared by the following method: 1) 1/3 parts of ricinoleic acid amide polyoxyethylene ether and fatty acid salt are uniformly mixed; 2) adding water with the formula amount into the mixture obtained in the step 1), and stirring until the mixture is completely dissolved; 3) adding the rest 2/3 parts of ricinoleic acid amide polyoxyethylene ether in the step 2), and uniformly mixing.
In order to achieve the second purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a bacteria-removing liquid containing PCMX comprises the PCMX and the composition, wherein the composition is 5-18% by mass.
Preferably, the mass ratio of PCMX to the composition is 0.2 to 0.5: 1.
compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1, ricinoleic acid amide polyoxyethylene ether and fatty acid salt surfactant are compounded, and compared with a single fatty acid salt surfactant, the HLB value of the composition is optimized. When the composition is applied to a bacteria-removing liquid containing PCMX, a stable PCMX solution system is helped to be established, the use amount of solvents such as isopropanol and terpineol can be further helped to be reduced, the greenization of products is improved, and the composition has good economic value.
Compared with fatty acid salts, the composition disclosed by the invention can help the stability of PCMX under a lower dosage, the content of castor oil double bonds in a system is reduced, and the discoloration problem of a sterilization liquid caused by oxidation of the castor oil double bonds is reduced.
For a better understanding and practice, the present invention is described in detail below.
