As shown in fig. 1 to 21, a preferred embodiment of the present application comprises a full-enclosure assembly 1, a side rail assembly 2, a lower rail assembly 3, a connecting bracket assembly 4, a spring roller shutter assembly 5, a manual driving assembly 6 and a mounting fixing buckle 7; the side rail components 2 are provided with two groups, the all-enclosure housing component 1, the side rail component 2 and the lower rail component 3 form a rectangular frame through the fixed connection of the connecting support component 4, the spring roller shutter component 5 comprises a roller shutter assembly 51 and a roller shutter 52, the roller shutter assembly 51 is installed on the connecting support component 4 and is located in the all-enclosure housing component 1, the roller shutter 52 is wound on the roller shutter assembly 51 and is suitable for penetrating through the all-enclosure housing component 1, and the manual driving component 6 is suitable for driving the spring roller shutter component 5 to move, so that the roller shutter 52 moves up and down and is used for opening or shielding the rectangular frame. The above seven sections are specifically described below:
all-in-one housing assembly 1:
as shown in fig. 5 to 9, the full-packaging cover shell assembly 1 includes a face cover shell 11 and a back cover shell 12, the face cover shell 11 and the back cover shell 12 are section bars with L-shaped cross sections, the face cover shell 11 and the back cover shell 12 are butted to form a mounting cavity 1a of the full package, and a curtain outlet 1b for a rolling curtain 52 to pass through is formed below the mounting cavity 1 a.
As shown in fig. 5, the face shield shell 11 and the back shield shell 12 are connected with each other through the male fastener 13 and the female fastener 14, the male fastener 13 includes a first vertical plate 131 and a first buckle plate 132, the female fastener 14 includes a second vertical plate 141 and a second buckle plate 142, the first vertical plate 131 and the second vertical plate 141 both extend along the vertical direction, the first buckle plate 132 is of a structure like a Chinese character 'ji' and is arranged at the head end of the first vertical plate 131, the second buckle plate 142 is of a structure like a Chinese character 'Contraband' and is arranged at the tail end of the second vertical plate 141, and the second buckle plate 142 and the second vertical plate 141 surround and form a buckle groove 14 a. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the first buckle plate 132 is suitable for being inserted into the snap-in groove 14a in an inclined manner, and the second buckle plate 142 is elastically deformed by rotating and moving the buckle male member 13 downward, so that the first buckle plate 132 is buckled in the snap-in groove 14a in the vertical direction. The structure enables the face mask shell 11 and the back mask shell 12 to form a full-surrounding structure through clamping, and the face mask shell and the back mask shell have the advantages of convenience in processing, simplicity and convenience in assembly, reliable structure and low cost. In this embodiment, the mask shell 11 and the male snap member 13 are integrally extruded, and the back cover shell 12 and the female snap member 14 are integrally extruded.
Further, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the first vertical plate 131 is smoothly connected with the outer side surface of the first buckle plate 132, the thickness of the first vertical plate 131 is H1, the thickness of the transverse part of the first buckle plate 132 is J1, and the length of the transverse part of the first buckle plate 132 is K1; the thickness of the second vertical plate 141 is H2, the vertical interval between the second vertical plate 141 and the second buckling plate 142 is J2, and the horizontal interval between the second vertical plate 141 and the second buckling plate 142 is K2; h1 ═ H2 ═ K1 ═ K2, J1 ═ J2, and J1 ═ a · H1, 1.1 ≦ a ≦ 1.4. The above parameters are set so that the male buckle part 13 and the female buckle part 14 can be clamped more snugly, gaps between the male buckle part and the female buckle part are eliminated, and the whole structure of the all-covering housing assembly 1 is more stable and reliable. In this embodiment, H1 ═ H2 ═ K1 ═ K2 ═ 0.8mm, a ═ 1.25, and J1 ═ J2 ═ 1 mm.
Furthermore, the connecting section of the second buckle plate 142 and the second vertical plate 141 is an arc section; the thickness of the vertical portion of the first buckle plate 132 is L1, the thickness of the second buckle plate 142 is L2, and L1 ═ L2 ═ H1 ═ H2 ═ K1 ═ K2 ═ 0.8 mm. The arrangement of the arc sections enables the second vertical plate 142 to have larger elastic deformation capacity; the equal thickness arrangement of L1 and L2 makes the gauge of the male snap piece 13 and the female snap piece 14 more uniform.
As shown in fig. 5, the all-in-one cover assembly 1 is provided with positioning grooves 15 and positioning holes 16 in the left-right direction for connecting the connecting bracket assembly 4.
Side rail assembly 2:
as shown in fig. 10, the side rail assembly 2 is provided with vertical slots 21 along the vertical direction for fixing the connecting bracket assembly 4. In addition, the side rail assembly 2 is provided with a guide groove 22 along the vertical direction, a roller shutter guide block 23 is arranged in the guide groove 22, and the roller shutter guide block 23 is fixedly arranged at two sides of the roller shutter 52 and is arranged in the guide groove 22 in a sliding manner. The arrangement of the guide slot 22 and the roller shutter guide block 23 can ensure the stability and reliability of the lifting of the roller shutter 52. Similarly, the side rail assembly 2 is formed by extrusion.
Lower rail assembly 3:
as shown in fig. 11, the lower rail assembly 3 is provided with a transverse slot 31 along the left-right direction for fixing the connecting bracket assembly 4. In addition, the rear side of the lower rail component 3 is detachably provided with a rear cover 32, and two light screens 33 are arranged above the lower rail component 3; when the spring roller shutter assembly 5 is completely shielded, the manual driving assembly 6 is positioned in the light shielding plates 33 at both sides. The rear cover 32 is arranged to ensure the structural integrity and reliability of the lower rail assembly 3 on one hand, and to disassemble the rear cover 32 for internal assembly on the other hand; the light screen plate 33 ensures that no gap exists when the spring roller shutter assembly 5 is completely shielded, and light leakage is avoided.
Connecting bracket assembly 4:
as shown in fig. 2, the connecting bracket assembly 4 includes a pair of first brackets 41, a pair of second brackets 42 and a pair of third brackets 43, the pair of first brackets 41 are respectively and fixedly installed at the left and right ends of the all-covering housing assembly 1, the second bracket 42 is fixedly installed below the first brackets 41, the pair of third brackets 43 are respectively and fixedly installed at the left and right ends of the lower rail assembly 3, the upper and lower ends of the side rail assembly 2 are respectively and fixedly connected with the second brackets 42 and the third brackets 43, and the first brackets 41, the second brackets 42 and the third brackets 43 are all detachably connected.
As shown in fig. 12, the first bracket 41 extends inward along the left-right direction to form a positioning protrusion 411, a positioning protrusion edge 412 and a positioning buckle 413, and the first bracket 41 further has a through hole 414 along the left-right direction; the positioning protrusion 411 is suitable for being embedded in the positioning groove 15 in the left-right direction for positioning and fixing, the positioning protrusion edge 412 and the positioning buckle 413 are suitable for being respectively abutted against the inner side and the outer side of the all-enclosure housing component 1 for positioning and fixing, and the fastener is suitable for being passed through the through hole 414 and connected in the positioning hole 16 for positioning and fixing; the connection structure of the first support 41 and the all-covering housing assembly 1 has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in assembly, stability and reliability. In addition, the first bracket 41 extends downward to form a connection lug 415, and the second bracket 42 is suitable for being fixedly arranged on the connection lug 415.
As shown in fig. 13, an abdicating cavity 41a is formed at an outer side of the first bracket 41, a cover plate 416 is covered at an outer side of the abdicating cavity 41a, a positioning bracket 417 extends inward from the cover plate 416, the positioning bracket 417 is adapted to abut against the roller shutter assembly 51, an adjusting hole 418 is formed in the positioning bracket 417 along a left-right direction, and the adjusting hole 418 is communicated with the roller shutter assembly 51. The structure is mainly convenient for installing the roller shutter assembly 51 and adjusting the roller shutter assembly 51; at the same time, the full enclosure assembly 1 is given a more integrated appearance. The structure and manner of adjustment of the roller shutter assembly 51 is conventional and will not be described in detail.
As shown in fig. 13, the second bracket 42 extends downward to form a first engaging plate 421, and the second bracket 42 is adapted to be fixedly connected to the side rail assembly 2 through the first engaging plate 421 into the vertical slot 21. The second bracket 42 is also provided with a first rotating seat 422 therein.
As shown in fig. 14, the third bracket 43 extends upwardly beyond the second catch plate 431, and the third bracket 43 is adapted to be fixedly coupled to the side rail assembly 2 by the second catch plate 431 entering the vertical channel 21; the third bracket 43 extends inward in the left-right direction to form a third clamping plate 432, and the third bracket 43 is adapted to enter the transverse groove 31 through the third clamping plate 432 to be fixedly connected with the lower rail assembly 3. A second rotating base 433 is further disposed in the third bracket 43.
Spring roller blind assembly 5:
as shown in fig. 2, the spring roller blind assembly 5 includes a roller blind assembly 51 and a roller blind 52, and the spring roller blind assembly 5 has a conventional and general structure, and therefore, it will not be described in detail, but it does not prevent the specific structure from becoming the technical features implicit in the present application.
Manual drive assembly 6:
as shown in fig. 16, the manual driving assembly 6 includes a manual cross frame 61, a mounting plate 62 and a roller 63, the manual cross frame 61 extends in the left-right direction and is adapted to move in the up-down direction, the manual cross frame 61 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the roller blind 52, the mounting plate 62 is fixedly disposed at both ends of the manual cross frame 61, the roller 63 has a plurality of rollers and is respectively rotatably disposed on the mounting plate 62, and when the manual cross frame 61 moves up and down, the roller 63 is adapted to roll against the side rail assembly 2; facilitating manual pulling up and down of the roller shutter 52.
As shown in fig. 17, 18 and 19, the manual cross frame 61 is provided at an upper end thereof with a first clamping frame 611, and the first clamping frame 611 is adapted to clamp and fix the roll screen 52; a hand-pulling groove 612 shaped like Contraband is formed below the manual transverse frame 61, an expansion cavity 613 is further formed below the hand-pulling groove 612, an interference fixture block 621 extends inwards from the mounting plate 62 along the left-right direction, and the interference fixture block 621 is suitable for being clamped in the hand-pulling groove 612 and the expansion cavity 613 along the left-right direction, so that the mounting plate 62 is fixedly connected with the manual transverse frame 61. The arrangement of the Contraband-shaped hand-pulling groove 612 facilitates the manual pulling of the roller shutter 52, and the arrangement of the expansion chamber 613 increases the hand feeling during the pulling on one hand and increases the structural strength of the manual cross frame 61 on the other hand; the installation of the interference clamping block 621 facilitates the assembly of the installation plate 62. Further, still be provided with reinforcing plate 614 along upper and lower direction in the expansion chamber 613, interference fixture block 621 includes first fixture block 621a, second fixture block 621b and third fixture block 621c, first fixture block 621a is suitable for the interference card to locate hand-pulled groove 612 up end, second fixture block 621b is suitable for the interference card to locate hand-pulled groove 612 rear end face, third fixture block 621c is L type structure, third fixture block 621c interference card is located in expansion chamber 613, and the front side of third fixture block 621c is contradicted to the reinforcing plate 614 rear side, the downside of third fixture block 621c is contradicted to expansion chamber 613 lower end face. The structure can further increase the structural strength of the manual cross frame 61 on one hand, and can ensure the stability and reliability of the assembly of the mounting plate 62 on the other hand. In this embodiment, the contact surfaces of the interference fixture block 621 and the manual cross frame 61 are both provided with a guiding inclined surface 6210. The guide inclined face 6210 can avoid interference and facilitate assembly.
As shown in fig. 4, the first clamping frame 611 further extends upward to form a first inner baffle 6111, the front end of the mask shell 11 extends downward to form an outer baffle 111, and when the spring roller shutter assembly 5 is completely opened, the first inner baffle 6111 is attached to the inner side of the outer baffle 111. The structure increases the integrity of the spring roller shutter component 5 when the spring roller shutter component is completely opened on one hand, and ensures the stability of the full-covering housing component 1 and the manual driving component 6 in the transportation process on the other hand.
Installing a fixing buckle 7:
as shown in fig. 3, the mounting and fixing buckle 7 is suitable for being fixed on the outer part of the full-enclosure shell assembly 1 in a surrounding way on a vertical plane; the manual cross-piece 61 is adapted to be secured to the mounting fixture 7 when the spring blind assembly 5 is fully open.
As shown in fig. 20 and 21, the mounting and fixing buckle 7 includes an upper hook portion 71 and a lower hook portion 72, the upper hook portion 71 is of a structure like a Chinese character 'ji', a first limiting tooth 711 extends downwards from the upper end of the upper hook portion 71, the upper hook portion 71 is adapted to be hung and fixed on the fully-enclosed housing component 1 through elastic deformation, and the first limiting tooth 711 limits the mounting and fixing buckle 7 to be separated from the fully-enclosed housing component 1; the lower hook part 72 is in an L-shaped structure, the lower end of the lower hook part 72 extends upwards to form a second limiting tooth 721, the lower hook part 72 is suitable for being hung and fixed on the manual cross frame 61 through elastic deformation, and the second limiting tooth 721 limits the installation fixing buckle 7 to be separated from the manual cross frame 61; the mounting fixing buckle 7 adopts an upper and lower hook type structure, and is convenient to mount and dismount. Further, the first stopper tooth 711 has an unlocking section 712 inclined outward from the top to the bottom. As a modification, a transition part 73 is further disposed between the upper hook part 71 and the lower hook part 72, and the transition part 73 is a closed frame structure. The transition portion 73 is provided to ensure the overall strength of the mounting fixture 7 as a base. As a modification, a reinforcing rib 74 is provided on the outer side of the mounting fixture buckle 7 for increasing the strength of the mounting fixture buckle 7.
As shown in fig. 3, the first embodiment can be divided into four modules, namely an upper module 100 composed of the all-round cover assembly 1, the spring roller shutter assembly 5, the first bracket 41 and the manual driving assembly 6, two side modules 200 composed of the side rail assembly 2, the second bracket 42 and the third bracket 43, and a lower module 300 composed of the lower rail assembly 3; when transporting and storing, the four modules can be completely detached to form a long-strip-shaped packaging structure, and the transportation and the storage are greatly facilitated.
As shown in fig. 22 to 29, a second preferred embodiment of the present application is provided, and compared with the first embodiment, the second embodiment has the following features that the fully-enclosed housing assembly 1, the side rail assembly 2, the lower rail assembly 3, the connecting bracket assembly 4 and the spring roller shutter assembly 5 have universality, and the greatest difference lies in that the manual driving assembly 6 is replaced by the electric driving assembly 8:
electric drive assembly 8:
as shown in fig. 23 and 24, the electric driving assembly 8 includes an electric cross frame 81, a driving motor 82, an upper gear 83, a lower gear 84, a synchronous belt 85 and a sliding member 86, the electric cross frame 81 extends along the left-right direction and is adapted to move along the up-down direction, the electric cross frame 81 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the roller shutter 52, the driving motor 82 is installed in the lower rail assembly 3, the driving motor 82 extends along the left-right direction to both sides to form a motor shaft 821, the upper gear 83 is rotatably installed in the first rotating seat 422, the lower gear 84 is rotatably installed on the second rotating seat 433, the synchronous belt 85 is engaged with the upper gear 83 and the lower gear 84, the sliding member 86 is fixedly installed on the synchronous belt 85, and the sliding member 86 is fixedly connected to the electric cross frame 81; the driving motor 82 is adapted to drive the lower gear 84 to rotate through the motor shaft 821 and drive the synchronous belt 85 to reciprocate, so as to drive the sliding member 86 and the electric cross frame 81 to move up and down; the rolling curtain 52 is convenient to be controlled by the electric motor to lift.
As shown in fig. 25, the upper end of the electric cross frame 81 is provided with a second clamping frame 811, and the second clamping frame 811 is suitable for clamping and fixing the roller shutter 52; the second clamping frame 811 further extends upward to form a second inner baffle 8111, the front end of the mask shell 11 extends downward to form an outer baffle 111, and when the spring roller shutter assembly 5 is completely opened, the second inner baffle 8111 is attached to the inner side 111 of the outer baffle.
As shown in fig. 26, the sliding member 86 includes a locking block 861, an extending block 862 and a locking piece 863, the locking block 861 is suitable for being fixed on the timing belt 85, the extending block 862 is suitable for being fixed on the locking block 861 and extending towards the inner side of the timing belt 85, the locking piece 863 is fixed on the extending block 862, the locking piece 863 is in an L-shaped structure and extends towards the inner side along the left-right direction, and the locking piece 863 is suitable for being inserted into the electric cross frame 81 for being fixed and connected.
As shown in fig. 25, the electric cross frame 81 is provided with a slot 812 along the left-right direction, a spring piece 813 extending from two sides to the middle along the front-back direction is arranged below the slot 812, and the clamping piece 863 is suitable for being inserted into the slot 812 and abutting against the spring piece 813; the arrangement of the slot 812 and the elastic sheet 813 can increase the convenience of installation and ensure the reliability of connection.
As shown in fig. 24, a mounting seat 34 is fixedly arranged in the lower rail assembly 3, and a driving motor 82 is fixedly arranged on the mounting seat 34; the cross section of the motor shaft 821 is hexagonal, a hexagonal shaft hole 841 is formed on the lower gear 84, and the motor shaft 821 is suitable for being inserted into the shaft hole 841.
As shown in fig. 27, the mounting and fixing buckle 7 of the second embodiment has the same structure except that the height of the lower hook 72 is reduced for hanging the electric cross frame 81.
As shown in fig. 28 and 29, the present embodiment can be divided into four modules, namely, an upper module 100 composed of the all-covering housing assembly 1, the spring roller shutter assembly 5, the first bracket 41 and the electric cross frame 81, two side modules 200 composed of the side rail assembly 2, the second bracket 42, the third bracket 43, the upper gear 83, the lower gear 84, the timing belt 85 and the sliding member 86, and a lower module 300 composed of the lower rail assembly 3 and the driving motor 82; when in transportation and storage, the four modules can be completely disassembled and separated to form a long-strip-shaped packaging structure, so that the transportation and the storage are greatly facilitated.

A roller shutter with a rail, comprising: the full-covering type curtain rail comprises a full-covering housing component, a side rail component, a lower rail component, a connecting bracket component, a spring roller shutter component and a driving component; the side rail components are provided with two groups, the all-covering housing component, the side rail component and the lower rail component are fixedly connected through the connecting bracket component to form a rectangular frame, the spring roller shutter component comprises a shutter roller assembly and a shutter, the shutter roller assembly is mounted on the connecting bracket component and is positioned in the all-covering housing component, the shutter is wound on the shutter roller assembly and is suitable for penetrating through the all-covering housing component, and the driving component is suitable for driving the spring roller shutter component to move so that the shutter moves up and down and is used for opening or shielding the rectangular frame;
