In order to achieve the sliding of the upward-pulling curtain frame 120 and facilitate the installation of the upward-pulling curtain frame 120, as a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 12, two fifth blocking pieces 211 distributed at intervals are arranged at the guide rail transverse portion 210 along the length direction thereof, wherein a sixth blocking piece 212 extending along the horizontal direction is arranged at the upper side of one fifth blocking piece 211, and the upward-pulling curtain frame 120 is slidably arranged in a space enclosed by the fifth blocking piece 211 and the sixth blocking piece 212. Specifically, the fifth blocking piece 211 is a long sheet-shaped structure extending upward from two long sides of the rail transverse portion 210, the sixth blocking piece 212 is provided on the upper portion of the fifth blocking piece 211 located on the indoor side, and the sixth blocking piece 212 is horizontally extended from the indoor side to the outdoor side. When the upper curtain drawing frame 120 is installed, since the gap between the saddle type window type air conditioner and the left and right side window frames is not large, the upper curtain drawing frame 120 cannot be inserted into the guide rail lateral portion 210 in a horizontally inserted manner from one end of the guide rail lateral portion 210. By providing the rail lateral portion 210 in a combined structure of the fifth flap 211 and the sixth flap 212, the pull-up curtain frame 120 is inserted into the rail lateral portion 210 in a horizontally and downwardly inclined manner, and the sliding connection therebetween is completed.
In order to achieve better sealing and more reliable structure of the entire window type air conditioner assembly, a connection structure is provided between the second end of the curtain 130 and the rail vertical portion 220. The same connecting structure between the first end of the pull curtain 130 and the vertical portion 112 of the pull-down curtain frame is the same, the vertical portion 220 of the guide rail is provided with two seventh blocking pieces 221 distributed at intervals along the height direction thereof, and the inner side (i.e. the side close to the pull curtain 130) of the seventh blocking piece 221 is provided with a second protrusion 222. Correspondingly, the second end of the pull curtain 130 is provided with an eighth blocking piece 132 along the height direction thereof, the outer side of the eighth blocking piece 132 (i.e. the side of the eighth blocking piece 132 close to the seventh blocking piece 221) is provided with a hook 133, and the hook 133 is clamped with the second protrusion 222, so that the second end of the pull curtain 130 is connected with the vertical part 220 of the guide rail.
In order to make the guide rail assembly 200 more stable and less prone to fall off, as a preferred embodiment, a screw hole is formed on the sixth blocking piece 212, and the sixth blocking piece 212 is fixedly connected with the sliding window arranged at the window through a screw.
In order to facilitate the installation of a saddle-type window air conditioner, an auxiliary mounting bracket is generally used in the installation process. The auxiliary mounting support has the effects that firstly, the lower part of an uneven window is filled to be flush, the connection part is convenient to sit, and secondly, the saddle-type window type air conditioner is prevented from falling suddenly in the mounting process. There are various configurations of the auxiliary mounting bracket, and the present embodiment will be described by taking the auxiliary mounting bracket 400 shown in fig. 13 as an example. The auxiliary mounting bracket 400 is provided with a slide member 410 for slidably engaging the drop-down curtain frame lateral portion 111. Of course, in a special case where the auxiliary mounting bracket 400 is not provided, the slide member 410 may be a structure separately provided at a lower portion of the connection portion 330.
The installation method of the window type air conditioner component disclosed by the embodiment comprises the following steps:
inserting the horizontal part 111 of the pull-down curtain frame into the slideway piece 410, wherein the horizontal part 111 of the pull-down curtain frame can slide back and forth along the slideway piece 410;
the chute piece 410 is installed at the window in the width direction of the window, that is, the drop-down curtain frame 110 is fixedly installed at the window together with the auxiliary installation bracket 400, and at this time, the chute piece 410 is arranged in the width direction of the window;
the saddle-type window type air conditioner body 300 is installed at a window, the indoor part 310 is located at the indoor side, the outdoor part 320 is located at the outdoor side, and the connecting part 330 is located on the window and above the slide member 410;
placing rail assembly 200 over connecting portion 330;
connecting a first end of the pull curtain 130 to the pull-down curtain frame vertical portion 112;
the lower curtain pulling frame vertical part 112 is pushed towards the direction close to the guide rail vertical part 220, the curtain pulling 130 is compressed and shortened under the stress, and the second end of the curtain pulling 130 is connected with the guide rail vertical part 220;
the transverse part 111 of the lower curtain-pulling frame slides to the position where the transverse part abuts against the left and right side window frames along the slideway piece 410, at the moment, the curtain-pulling 130 is stressed and stretched to be lengthened, and the gap between the connecting part 330 and the left and right side window frames is sealed;
inserting the upward-pulling curtain frame 110 into the transverse guide rail part 210 from top to bottom, and sliding the upward-pulling curtain frame 120 to clamp one end of the upward-pulling curtain frame 120 with the free end part of the vertical pull-down curtain frame part 112;
the vertical part 112 of the pull-down curtain frame is connected with the left and right side window frames through screws;
connecting the upper pulling curtain frame 120 with a pulling window arranged at a window through a screw;
the rail lateral portion 210 is connected to a sliding window provided at the window by a screw.
And the installation of the saddle type window air conditioner component is finished.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
