A hinge structure is arranged between the front cover 5 and the rear cover 4, the hinge structure comprises a hinge shaft 11 and a hinge part 12 which are respectively arranged on the front cover 5 and the rear cover 4, the hinge shaft 11 and the hinge part 12 are mutually matched, and the two can rotate relatively. So that the rear cover 4 and the front cover 5 can be turned over relatively.
The hinged shaft 11 and the hinged part 12 are respectively and correspondingly arranged on the opposite side of the front cover 5 and the back cover 4, the hinged part 12 is in a long groove shape with the opening size smaller than the bottom of the groove, the hinged shaft 11 is clamped at the long groove, and the size of the hinged shaft 11 is larger than that of the opening of the long groove. Therefore, the hinge shaft 11 can be limited in the long groove and overturned relative to the long groove. The invention also comprises a supporting structure which comprises two groups of combined guide rails, wherein the combined guide rails are respectively arranged at two ends of the housing 1 and used for supporting the housing 1.
The two groups of combined guide rails are respectively arranged at the two ends of the housing 1 and used for supporting the housing 1, so that the housing 1 is hung at a high position, and the roller shutter 3 on the winding mechanism can extend out of the strip-shaped gap 6 of the housing 1 to form a foldable roller shutter wall with the two groups of combined guide rails.
The combined guide rail is provided with a sliding chute 13, the lower end of the roller shutter 3 is provided with a load descending edge 14, and the end part of the load descending edge 14 is positioned in the corresponding sliding chute 13 and can move up and down along the sliding chute 13.
The two sides of the rolling screen 3 can be limited in the corresponding sliding grooves 13. The free end of the roller shutter 3 extends out of the elongated gap 6 and is connected with the load descending edge 14, and the roller shutter 3 can move up and down along the load descending edge 14 relative to the sliding chute 13 in the winding process. And both sides of the roll screen 3 are positioned in the slide grooves 13.
The width of the roller shutter 3 is larger than the distance between the two combined guide rails, and after the roller shutter 3 is completely unfolded transversely, two sides of the roller shutter 3 are positioned in the sliding grooves 13. Therefore, a tight rolling curtain wall can be formed between the rolling curtain 3 and the two combined guide rails, thereby playing the roles of wind shielding and sun shading.
The combined guide rail comprises a first guide rail component 15 and a second guide rail component 16, wherein the first guide rail component 15 and the second guide rail component 16 are sectional materials.
After the first track assembly 15 and the second track assembly 16 are butted together, the sliding groove 13 is formed between the two.
After the first track assembly 15 and the second track assembly 16 are relatively fastened together, the sliding groove 13 is formed between the two.
The first guide rail assembly 15 and the second guide rail assembly 16 are fastened together to form a combined guide rail, the combined guide rail has a square cross-sectional outer shape, and the sliding groove 13 is located on one side of the combined guide rail. The first guide rail assembly 15 and the second guide rail assembly 16 are both in a strip shape. Both are equal in length.
A first clamping structure is arranged between the first guide rail assembly 15 and the second guide rail assembly 16, and the first clamping structure includes a first bayonet 28 correspondingly arranged on the first guide rail assembly 15 and the second guide rail assembly 16, and a first clamping portion 29 mutually matched with the first bayonet 28.
A second clamping structure is further arranged between the first guide rail assembly 15 and the second guide rail assembly 16, and the second clamping structure comprises a second bayonet 30 correspondingly arranged on the first guide rail assembly 15 and the second guide rail assembly 16 and a second clamping portion 31 mutually matched with the second bayonet 30. The first engaging portion 29 is a strip.
The first bayonet 28 is in a groove shape and is matched with the shape of the first clamping part 29. The first bayonet 28 and the first locking portion 29 extend in the longitudinal direction of the first guide member and the second guide member, respectively.
The second engaging portion 31 has a U-shaped cross section. The end of the second locking portion 31 is tooth-shaped, and the shape of the second bayonet 30 is matched with that of the second locking portion 31. This arrangement allows for better mating of the first track assembly 15 and the second track assembly 16.
The first and second rail assemblies 15 and 16 are provided with a stopper structure of the roll screen 3 at the slide groove 13.
This limit structure is including setting up spacing strip 32 on first direction subassembly and second direction subassembly respectively, and two spacing strips 32 extend towards the 36 length direction of first direction subassembly and second direction subassembly, are formed with gapped 33 between two spacing strips 32.
The two stop strips 32 are on the same plane. The width of the gap 33 is greater than the thickness of the edge of the roller shutter 3. The two edges of the roller shutter 3 can be clamped into the gap 33 between the two limit strips 32 of the corresponding combined guide rail.
Because the width of spout 13 is greater than the thickness of rolling up curtain 3 far away, so through setting up limit structure, can avoid rolling up curtain 3 and sloshing in the use.
A roller shutter guide structure is arranged between each first guide rail assembly 15 and each second guide rail assembly 16 of the combined guide rails in the same group, the roller shutter guide structure comprises two guide pieces 34 respectively arranged on the first guide rail assembly 15 and the second guide rail assembly 16, a guide channel 35 is formed between the two guide pieces 34, and the guide channel 35 is in butt joint communication with the gap 33. The edge of the roller blind 3 can be smoothly guided into the gap 33 between the two stop strips 32 of the associated sectional guide rail by the guide 34.
The guide members 34 include a body 36 and a guide surface 37 disposed at one side of the body 36, and each guide member 34 is detachably coupled to upper portions of the first guide assembly and the second guide assembly, respectively.
When the guide members 34 are disposed on the first rail assembly 15 and the second rail assembly 16, the guide surfaces 37 of the two guide members 34 are opposite to each other to form the guide passage 35.
A second latch 38 is disposed under the body 36 of each guide 34, and a second latch 39 is correspondingly disposed on the first rail assembly 15 and the second rail assembly 16 of each combined rail.
Two second locking blocks 38 are arranged below the body 36 of each guide member 34, and two second locking grooves 39 corresponding to the second locking blocks 38 are correspondingly arranged on the first rail assembly 15 and the second rail assembly 16 of the combined rail. Each second latch 38 can be latched into the corresponding second latch groove 39.
It is to be understood that in the claims, the specification of the present invention, all "including … …" are to be interpreted in an open-ended sense, i.e., in a sense equivalent to "including at least … …", and not in a closed sense, i.e., in a sense not to be interpreted as "including only … …".

Various modifications or additions may be made to the described embodiments or alternatives may be employed by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit or ambit of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. The separable and detachable roller shutter comprises a roller shutter mechanism and a housing, and is characterized in that the roller shutter mechanism comprises a winding mechanism, the winding mechanism is positioned in a cavity of the housing and detachably connected with the housing, and a separation port for separating the roller shutter mechanism from the housing along the direction perpendicular to the housing is formed in the housing.
2. The breakaway and removable blind of claim 1 wherein said housing includes a rear housing body and a front cover, said breakaway opening being disposed on said rear housing body, said front cover being disposed at said breakaway opening to partially cover said breakaway opening.
3. The breakaway and removable shutter as recited in claim 2, wherein the shutter mechanism comprises a roller shutter, and wherein the winding mechanism is coupled to an end of the roller shutter to enable winding of the roller shutter.
4. The breakaway and removable blind of claim 3 wherein said front cover covers the rear of the breakaway opening in the rear cover, the rear cover and front cover forming said housing with an elongated void in the bottom for the blind to pass through.
5. The separable removable rolling shutter as recited in claim 4, further comprising a front cover hinged to the rear cover on one side thereof, the front cover and the rear cover being relatively flipped to present the separation opening.
6. The breakaway roller blind of claim 1 further comprising a support structure, said support structure including two sets of modular rails, each modular rail being disposed at one end of the housing for supporting the housing.
7. The separable removable rolling shutter as claimed in claim 6, wherein the sectional guide rail has a sliding groove, the lower end of the shutter is provided with a lower load-bearing edge, and the end of the lower load-bearing edge is located in the corresponding sliding groove and can move up and down along the sliding groove.
8. The split removable rolling shutter as claimed in claim 7, wherein the modular track comprises a first track assembly and a second track assembly, the first track assembly and the second track assembly being coupled together to form the sliding slot therebetween.
9. The separable and detachable roller shutter as claimed in claim 8, wherein a first engaging structure is disposed between the first and second rail assemblies, and the first engaging structure includes a first engaging opening correspondingly disposed on the first and second rail assemblies and a first engaging portion engaged with the first engaging opening.
10. The separable and detachable roller shutter as claimed in claim 9, wherein a second engaging structure is further disposed between the first and second rail assemblies, and the second engaging structure includes a second engaging portion correspondingly disposed on the first and second rail assemblies and a second engaging portion engaged with the second engaging portion.
