本发明公开了一种柔软丁腈手套的制备工艺,配方原材料主要以丁腈胶乳、氢氧化钾及硫化包组成,所述硫化包由硫磺、氧化锌、促进剂、钛白粉、防老剂组成,所述配方为丁腈胶乳‑1:100份、氢氧化钾:2份、硫化包:5.4份或丁腈胶乳‑2:100份、氢氧化钾:1.4份、硫化包:6.2份或丁腈胶乳‑1:50份、丁腈胶乳‑2:50份、氢氧化钾:1.7份、硫化包:5.6份或丁腈胶乳‑1:30份、丁腈胶乳‑2:70份、氢氧化钾:1.7份、硫化包:6.0份或丁腈胶乳‑1:100份、氢氧化钾:2份、硫化包:6.1份的一种。本发明所提供的手套手感柔软、性能优良且穿戴舒适,安全可靠,客户和消费者认可品质。

Description

一种柔软丁腈手套的制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一次性丁腈手套技术领域,尤其是一种柔软丁腈手套的制备工艺。
背景技术
丁腈胶乳是由丁二烯和丙烯腈经乳液聚合法制得的,其制品耐油性极好,耐磨性较高,耐热性较好。而丁腈手套采用优质的丁腈橡胶配以其他的助剂(硫磺、氧化锌及抗氧剂等),经搅拌、硫化成型工序加工而成。丁腈手套不含蛋白质,对人体皮肤无过敏反应、无毒、无害、结实耐用、贴附性好。
现有该类手套软度较低,手感较差,穿戴式的舒适度不够。
为此,我们提出一种柔软丁腈手套的制备工艺解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种柔软丁腈手套的制备工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种柔软丁腈手套的制备工艺,配方原材料主要以丁腈胶乳、氢氧化钾及硫化包组成,
所述硫化包由硫磺、氧化锌、促进剂、钛白粉、防老剂组成。
在进一步的实施例中,所述配方为丁腈胶乳-1:100份、氢氧化钾:2份、硫化包:5.4份或丁腈胶乳-2:100份、氢氧化钾:1.4份、硫化包:6.2份或丁腈胶乳-1:50份、丁腈胶乳-2:50份、氢氧化钾:1.7份、硫化包:5.6份或丁腈胶乳-1:30份、丁腈胶乳-2:70份、氢氧化钾:1.7份、硫化包:6.0份或丁腈胶乳-1:100份、氢氧化钾:2份、硫化包:6.1份的一种。
在进一步的实施例中,所述生产工艺为手模清洗一第一次烘干-凝固剂浸渍-第二次烘干-丁腈胶浸渍-沥滤-卷唇-硫化-冷却-氯洗-中和-漂洗-脱膜制成的丁腈手套。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所提供的手套手感柔软、性能优良且穿戴舒适,安全可靠,客户和消费者认可品质,于此款手套有优良的性能和舒适柔软的穿戴性和安全、可靠性,因此,此款产品被医院的重症监护室和新生儿室做为常用产品使用。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种柔软丁腈手套的制备工艺,配方原材料主要以丁腈胶乳、氢氧化钾及硫化包组成,硫化包由硫磺、氧化锌、促进剂、钛白粉、防老剂组成。
各成分特性如下:
丁腈胶乳:是由丙烯腈、丁二烯经乳液共聚制得的三元共聚胶乳。其中丙烯腈提供胶膜的强度,丁二烯提供胶膜的弹性与柔软性。
硫磺:与丁腈胶乳中的丁二烯形成硫化架桥,提供手套的伸长率。
氧化锌:与丁腈胶乳结合,提供手套的拉力强度。
促进剂:促进剂也就是能常所说的催化剂,促进氧化锌和硫磺更快的硫化,提高胶乳的预硫化程度。
钛白粉:提供遮盖作用。
防老剂:防止老化作用。
氢氧化钾:调整胶乳的PH值,提高胶乳的稳定性。
在现有的普通配方前提下,依据各辅料的特性,设定4款软丁腈的配方在相同的克重和生产参数下逐一验证,同时对比普通配方性能,具体如下:

备注:硫化包组成成份:硫磺、氧化锌、促进剂、钛白粉、防老剂按照不同的添加份额经分散、研磨制备而成,鸿泰胶-1为为鸿泰厂生产的HT108,鸿泰胶2为鸿泰生产的HT608,都属于丁腈胶乳。
生产工艺和参数设定:
生产工艺和参数同现行普通配方的生产工艺和参数,具体如下:
1、生产工艺流程:手模清洗一第一次烘干-凝固剂浸渍-第二次烘干-丁腈胶浸渍-沥滤-卷唇-硫化-冷却-氯洗-中和-漂洗-脱膜制成的丁腈手套。
2、生产参数:每种配方均在相同的生产工艺和参数下进行制备手套并进行性能评估。

结论:
1、丁腈手套柔软性评估指标是以100%、300%、500%应变时的应力来确定,数值越大,手感越硬。
2、综合评估四个软丁腈配方,配方二各项性能均优于配方一、配方三、配方四以及普通配方。因此,最终确定配方二为该手套配方。
该手套配方组成成分具体如图1所示。

1.一种柔软丁腈手套,其特征在于:配方原材料主要以丁腈胶乳、氢氧化钾及硫化包组成,
所述硫化包由硫磺、氧化锌、促进剂、钛白粉、防老剂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软丁腈手套,其特征在于:所述配方为丁腈胶乳-1:100份、氢氧化钾:2份、硫化包:5.4份或丁腈胶乳-2:100份、氢氧化钾:1.4份、硫化包:6.2份或丁腈胶乳-1:50份、丁腈胶乳-2:50份、氢氧化钾:1.7份、硫化包:5.6份或丁腈胶乳-1:30份、丁腈胶乳-2:70份、氢氧化钾:1.7份、硫化包:6.0份或丁腈胶乳-1:100份、氢氧化钾:2份、硫化包:6.1份的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软丁腈手套的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述生产工艺为手模清洗一第一次烘干-凝固剂浸渍-第二次烘干-丁腈胶浸渍-沥滤-卷唇-硫化-冷却-氯洗-中和-漂洗-脱膜制成的丁腈手套。
