Abstract
Description
本願は、2020年5月22日に出願された、「弾性手袋用のイオン液体を含む合成ゴムラテックス組成物」と題する米国仮特許出願第63/029,001号の利益を主張するものであり、あらゆる目的でその全体が参照により本明細書に組み入れられたものとする。
技術分野
弾性手袋は、天然及び合成ゴム並びに他のラテックス材料から製造され、医療、工業及び専門用途で広く使用されている。しかしながら、天然ゴムラテックスで作られる弾性手袋を使用することで、天然ゴムのタンパク質含有量のため、特定のユーザがI型過敏症を発症し得る。報告されたデータでは、世界のラテックスアレルギーの平均有病率は、医療従事者、影響を受けやすい患者及び一般集団でそれぞれ9.7%、7.2%及び4.3%であることが示されている。
図1は、1つ又は複数の実施形態に従って、合成ゴムラテックス組成物から形成される着用可能な物品の例を示す。図1に関し、ユーザの手140に着用された手袋100を示す。様々な実施形態において、手袋100は弾性ゴム手袋である。例えば、手袋100は、本明細書に記載される組成物及び方法から製造される手袋基材を含んでよい。いくつかの実施形態において、手袋100はユーザの手140と接触する手袋100の手袋基材の内面に内側コーティング110(破線で示す)を含んでよい。
図3を参照し、1つ又は複数の実施形態に従って、記載した合成ゴムラテックス組成物を用いて手袋を作製する方法の例300を示す。操作302で、まず、所望の形状及びサイズのセラミック又は複合ポリマー製の型又はモールドを洗浄し、清潔にし、乾燥させる。例えば、型は、ヒトの手に相当する幾何学的外形に合わせて構成される身体構造のものでよい。
成分及びプロセスの多くは、上記には便宜上単数形で記載されるが、多数の成分及びプロセスの繰り返しが、本開示の技術を実行するために使用することもできることを当業者は認識するであろう。
Claims (20)
- 合成ゴムラテックス、及び
イオン液体
を含む組成物から形成される基材
を含む弾性ゴム手袋。 - 前記イオン液体が前記組成物にゴム100部に対して0.05から1.5部で存在する、請求項1に記載の弾性ゴム手袋。
- 前記イオン液体が、
1-ブチルイミダゾール、1-メチルイミダゾール、1-ヘキシルイミダゾール及びブロモ-1-イミダゾール
からなる群から選択されるアルキルイミダゾールイオン性塩の1つ又は複数の組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載の弾性ゴム手袋。 - 前記組成物が1つ又は複数の金属酸化物を更に含み、前記1つ又は複数の金属酸化物が酸化亜鉛、酸化マグネシウム、酸化カドミウム及び酸化アルミニウムの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の弾性ゴム手袋。
- 前記1つ又は複数の金属酸化物が前記組成物にゴム100部に対して0から1.5部で存在する、請求項4に記載の弾性ゴム手袋。
- 前記組成物が1つ又は複数の機能材料を更に含み、前記1つ又は複数の機能材料がポリカルボジイミド、アジリジン及びエポキシの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項4に記載の弾性ゴム手袋。
- 前記組成物が陰イオン界面活性剤を更に含む、請求項6に記載の弾性ゴム手袋。
- 前記イオン液体が1-ブチルイミダゾールを含み、
前記組成物が酸化亜鉛及び酸化アルミニウムの1つ又は複数の組み合わせを更に含む、
請求項1に記載の弾性ゴム手袋。 - 前記基材が前記手袋の掌領域に0.10mm未満の単層厚みを含み、
前記基材がおおよそ2.5メガパスカル以下の300%モジュラス(M300)を含み、
前記基材が6ニュートンを超える切断荷重により測定される強度を含む、
請求項1に記載の弾性ゴム手袋。 - 前記手袋の内面にポリマーコーティングを更に含む、請求項1に記載の弾性ゴム手袋。
- 合成ゴムラテックス、及び
イオン液体
を含む組成物から形成される基材
を含む着用可能な物品。 - 前記イオン液体が前記組成物にゴム100部に対して0.05から1.5部で存在する、請求項11に記載の着用可能な物品。
- 前記イオン液体が、
1-ブチルイミダゾール、1-メチルイミダゾール、1-ヘキシルイミダゾール及びブロモ-1-イミダゾール
からなる群から選択されるアルキルイミダゾールイオン性塩の1つ又は複数の組み合わせを含む、請求項11に記載の着用可能な物品。 - 前記組成物が1つ又は複数の金属酸化物を更に含み、前記1つ又は複数の金属酸化物が酸化亜鉛、酸化マグネシウム、酸化カドミウム及び酸化アルミニウムの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項11に記載の着用可能な物品。
- 前記1つ又は複数の金属酸化物が、前記組成物にゴム100部に対して0から1.5部で存在する、請求項14に記載の着用可能な物品。
- 前記組成物が1つ又は複数の機能材料を更に含み、前記1つ又は複数の機能材料がポリカルボジイミド、アジリジン及びエポキシの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項14に記載の着用可能な物品。
- 前記保護物品が弾性ゴム手袋である、請求項11に記載の着用可能な物品。
- 合成ゴムラテックス組成物を含む凝固剤浴に型を浸漬することであって、前記合成ゴムラテックス組成物が合成ゴムラテックス及びイオン液体を含む浸漬と;
前記型を前記凝固剤浴から取り出し、前記型上に基材の層を形成することと、
を含む方法。 - 前記イオン液体が前記合成ゴムラテックス組成物にゴム100部に対して0.05から1.5部で存在し;
前記合成ゴムラテックス組成物が、
酸化亜鉛、酸化マグネシウム、酸化カドミウム及び酸化アルミニウムの少なくとも1つを含む1つ又は複数の金属酸化物と、
ポリカルボジイミド、アジリジン、エポキシの少なくとも1つを含む1つ又は複数の機能材料と、
を更に含む、請求項18に記載の方法。 - おおよそ130℃未満の温度で基材の前記層を硬化することと;
前記基材の内面を、前記内面が0パーツパーミリオン(ppm)から600ppmの塩素化レベルを含むように塩素化することと;
ポリマーコーティングを前記基材の前記内面に塗布すること、
とを更に含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
