Abstract

一种锁,在支座的环形面上具有一个轴向延伸的位于锁门位置的沟槽,在前盖环形面上有多个轴向突出的齿。一个包括第一齿和第二齿的凸轮件可沿扭矩刀杆滑动,并同该扭矩刀杆一起旋转。在开门位置,第一齿骑在支座环形表面上,而第二齿能与一个前盖齿卡合;在锁门位置,第一齿由弹性件压进沟槽内,这时第二齿与前盖齿轴向分开。因此,当没锁门时,能旋转圆形前盖以将门再锁上。

Description

                        技术领域
本发明涉及锁,特别是涉及包括一种可用钥匙控制的外面锁,而且又能通过转动一个旋转前盖从室外再锁上的锁。
                        背景技术
传统的锁无论是开门还是锁门都从外面用钥匙控制,当外面天黑时,寻找钥匙孔较困难,为避免此问题,可将锁设计成不用钥匙便可从外面锁上,美国专利第5,150,592,5,010,749所披露的锁均以上述方式来控制。
本发明的目的是提供一种不用钥匙便可再锁上的简化设计。
                        发明内容
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供了一种锁,其包括:一个插钥匙的圆柱,其中有一个轴向延伸的扭矩刀杆;一个可安装在门上的支座;一个圆形前盖;一可转动地支撑所述圆形前盖的装置,位于所述插钥匙的圆柱与所述支座之间;所述支座上的一面向所述前盖的环形面,其上具有一个轴向延伸的沟槽,该沟槽位于锁门的位置;所述前盖上的一个面向所述支座环形面的环形面;所边前盖环形面上的多个轴向突出的齿;一个凸轮件,该凸轮件包括:一第一齿,朝所述支座环形表面方向轴向凸起,当未锁门时该第一齿骑在支座环形表面上,其形状制成当锁门时该第一齿可插入所述沟槽内,一第二齿,朝所述前盖环形表面轴向凸起,其形状制成当所述第一齿骑在所述支座环形面上并转动前盖时,该第二齿可与一个前盖齿卡合,当所述第一齿位于锁门位置时,所述第二齿与所述前盖齿轴向分开,及一个孔,用于安装所述扭矩刀杆,以便使所述凸轮件沿所述扭矩刀杆滑动,并使所述凸轮件同所述扭矩刀杆一起旋转,其形状制成使所述凸轮件有选择地运动,从而使所述第一齿可以进到所述沟槽内,或者骑在所述支座环形表面上;弹性件,将所述凸轮件压向所述支座。
因此,当门未被锁上时,可以转动将要位于所述支座环形面上的所述前盖,使一个所述前盖齿卡合所述凸轮件第二齿,以驱动所述凸轮件转动,直到由所述弹性件将所述第一齿压进所述沟槽。
优选地是,所述支座上还包括一个位于第二锁门位置的轴向延伸的沟槽。

                      具体实施方式
该锁包括一个装饰罩10,一个可转动的锥形前盖14,及一个将其前盖保持在装饰罩上的圆柱部分18。装饰罩10有一个向外突出的环形凸缘12,前盖14具有多个向外延伸的沟槽16,圆柱部分18安装在壳体20(图2)中,其中装有一个“D”形扭矩刀杆22(图3),该刀杆22穿过一个压簧26上的圆孔24、一个凸轮件28中的“D”形孔27、一个盖32上的圆孔30并且顺利穿过支座36上的一个大开孔34,该支座36包括上、下档板部分37,螺栓38穿过盖32上的一个相应开孔40并进入壳体上一个相应孔,将该凸轮件28夹在盖32与圆柱末端之间,并可有限度地轴向运动。进一步了解传统锁圆柱的细节,请见美国专利第5,317,889号。
该前盖接近于门的端部有一外环面42,该环面位于装饰罩的环形凸缘12与支座36上突起的环形凸缘44之间,并使支座和稍微凹入的内环面43接合。有4个间隔90°的前盖齿(在0°,90°,180°和270°处)位于该内环面43上,装进支座突起的环形凸缘44内,该前盖齿向门的方向延伸,在环形凸缘44内的支座表面上轴向接近于内环面构成的环形部分50上设有一对径向沟槽52(图3),该沟槽52位于相对于180°的两边约30°处,其中一沟槽用于左手控制,另一用于右手控制,同扭矩刀杆22旋转的凸轮件28具有一个头部分54和一个臂部分56,该头部分被安装于壳体20的开口端,该臂部分向外延伸并穿过一在壳体端部构成的槽58,该臂的尾端有一第一齿60,该齿60朝支座上的环形部分50方向轴向突起,并将其制成可装于任一个径向沟槽52中,该臂的尾端还有第二齿62,该第二齿62朝前盖内环部分43方向轴向突起,并将其制成当转动前盖时,由任一前盖齿46卡合并转动。当锁用钥匙在前面锁锁上或在室内用钥匙或者用把手将锁锁上时,该凸轮件随扭矩刀杆旋转,由此,第一齿将从锁上时其所处的支座沟槽中脱出,并骑在支座表面运动,直到位于“6点”的位置,如图3所示(凸轮件被强迫沿扭矩刀杆轴向位移),当凸轮件旋转到这个位置,四个前盖齿中任一个齿在第二齿62的轨迹上,在这种情况下,前盖将随凸轮件旋转。该门可以用传统方式锁上,即用钥匙或用把手。另外,借助于沿着将凸轮件转回其初始位置的方向旋转前盖(前盖仅按一个方向旋转),该门可以从外面再锁上。当旋转前盖时,一个前盖齿卡合第二齿并转动凸轮件使其回到起始位置,在该位置处,压簧26迫使第一齿进入构成凸轮件起始位置的支座沟槽内(门被锁上)。这时,第二齿和前盖齿轴向分开,旋转前盖将不再起作用。

Claims (2)

1.一种锁,包括:
一个插钥匙的圆柱,其中有一个轴向延伸的扭矩刀杆;
一个可安装在门上的支座;
一个圆形前盖;
一可转动地支撑所述圆形前盖的装置,位于所述插钥匙的圆柱与所述支座之间;
所述支座上的一面向所述前盖的环形面,其上具有一个轴向延伸的沟槽,该沟槽位于锁门的位置;
所述前盖上的一个面向所述支座环形面的环形面;
所边前盖环形面上的多个轴向突出的齿;
一个凸轮件,包括:
一第一齿,朝所述支座环形表面方向轴向凸起,当未锁门时该第一齿骑在支座环形表面上,其形状制成当锁门时该第一齿可插入所述沟槽内,
一第二齿,朝所述前盖环形表面轴向凸起,其形状制成当所述第一齿骑在所述支座环形面上并转动前盖时,该第二齿可与一个前盖齿卡合,当所述第一齿位于锁门位置时,所述第二齿与所述前盖齿轴向分开,及
一个孔,用于安装所述扭矩刀杆,以便使所述凸轮件沿所述扭矩刀杆滑动,并使所述凸轮件同所述扭矩刀杆一起旋转,其形状制成使所述凸轮件有选择地运动,从而使所述第一齿可以进到所述沟槽内,或者骑在所述支座环形表面上;
弹性件,将所述凸轮件压向所述支座,
因此,当门未被锁上时,可以转动将要位于所述支座环形面上的所述前盖,使一个所述前盖齿卡合所述凸轮件第二齿,以驱动所述凸轮件转动,直到由所述弹性件将所述第一齿压进所述沟槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的锁,其中,所述支座上还包括一个位于第二锁门位置的轴向延伸的沟槽。
