本发明公开一种环保型缓释补菌制剂的制作方法,主要包括以下步骤:步骤一、将作物种子单体颗粒作为基础材料,将其自然风干或者利用烘干箱烘干,得到干燥的种子;步骤二、利用制孔工具在干燥的种子的胚芽处钻孔,去除种子的胚芽结构,并在种子的内部做一孔腔;步骤三、将定量的菌剂注入孔腔后,利用封堵材料将钻孔开口处封堵,得到环保型缓释补菌制剂。该方法主要用于糊状或干粉状的菌剂,利用本发明提供的方法,可以制作环保型的缓释补菌剂,简单方便,易于操作,给作物施加本菌剂时,可以用机械装置进行施加,效率高,本菌剂具有缓释特性,随着作物的生长而缓慢释放,一次施加,长期有效。

技术领域
本发明属于生物制剂技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型缓释补菌制剂的制作方法。
背景技术
生物菌剂被广泛的应用到作物种植领域,可以起到促进植物生长,提升植物免疫力,抵御病虫害,提升特定成分含量,提高繁殖率等作用。
例如:腐殖酸、碱活化腐殖酸、微生物菌剂单施或配施均能有利于促进丹参幼苗的生长,有效提高丹参的生物量、光合特性以及养分吸收。通过给辣椒施加丛枝菌根真菌,提升了辣椒幼苗的长势,并减少了辣椒秧苗对土壤中重金属镉的吸收。接种CGMCC17463鲜菌剂或者干菌剂均能增加紫花苜蓿株高、地上部干重、根部干重和根冠比,也使植株内氮、磷、钾含量有所提高。接种不同的根际促生菌剂对滇重楼幼苗的生长发育和入药品质有积极影响。硅肥、微生物菌剂单施和配施均可显著促进兰州百合植株生长,改善土壤微生物群落结构,提高土壤养分含量,进而缓解兰州百合的连作障碍。施用不同剂量的棘孢木霉SFC-3菌剂对小麦生理生化指标均有不同程度的影响。在低温条件下,添加生物菌剂后大豆幼苗的株高、株幅、叶面积和含水量比正常条件下有所提高。增施微生物菌肥能够提高番茄产量,增加氮磷养分吸收量,增加土壤硝态氮的累积,降低土壤有效磷向下移动。几乎所有兰科植物均与真菌形成共生关系,很多内生真菌能促进兰科植物的种子萌发,加快植株的生长,提高繁殖率。
生物菌剂可以制成干粉、糊状或者液体,但在给不同的植物施加菌剂时,其剂量,施法都有较严格的要求,普通人员不好操作,尤其是有些菌剂需要缓慢释放才能达到最佳效果。如在移植一个盆栽植物时,通常土壤要经过消毒处理,此时施加菌剂时,菌剂就会被消毒剂破坏;有些植物都是在种植或栽植时添加一次菌剂,这些菌剂如果不是直接施在土壤内部,就很容易随水土流失或者被光照分解,不能长期作用于植物。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种环保型缓释补菌制剂的制作方法,该方法主要用于糊状或干粉状的菌剂,利用本发明提供的方法,可以制作环保型的缓释补菌剂,简单方便,易于操作,给作物施加本菌剂时,可以用机械装置进行施加,效率高,本菌剂具有缓释特性,随着作物的生长而缓慢释放,一次施加,长期有效。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种环保型缓释补菌制剂的制作方法,主要包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将作物种子单体颗粒作为基础材料,将其自然风干或者利用烘干箱烘干,得到干燥的种子;
步骤二、利用制孔工具在干燥的种子的胚芽处钻孔,去除种子的胚芽结构,并在种子的内部做一孔腔;
步骤三、将定量的菌剂注入孔腔后,利用封堵材料将钻孔开口处封堵,得到环保型缓释补菌制剂。
进一步的,步骤一中所述作物种子单体颗粒为玉米粒、黄豆粒、绿豆粒、红豆粒或小米粒。
进一步的,步骤一中烘干箱温度设置为70℃,时间为1h。
进一步的,步骤二中所述制孔工具为手工工具或机加工工具。
进一步的,步骤二中所述制孔工具为普通钻头、球头磨钻或球头铣刀。
进一步的,所述孔腔的壁厚与缓释的时间成正比。
进一步的,步骤三中菌剂为糊状或者干粉状的菌剂。
进一步的,步骤三中所述封堵材料为生物胶水、植物胶水、硅胶或者速干水泥。
进一步的,步骤三中利用封堵材料将钻孔开口处封堵后,还可以通过制粒机在种子表面包裹一层黏土,自然风干后得到环保型缓释补菌制剂。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)、该生物菌剂制作工艺方法比较简单,可人工小批量制作,也可以自动化加工;制成的菌剂还可以裹上黏土再进行风干,制成特定大小及形状,可拓展性强;
(2)、基础材料可选择性多,量小的菌剂可以选择小米或绿豆做基础材料,量大些的可以选择玉米或者大豆,且所用的材料为生物类材料,对土壤无害,环保,大豆、玉米等种子降解后可为植物提供营养;同时大豆和玉米的自动播种技术已经成熟,借助于现有机械可以对菌剂施加进行机械化作业;
(3)、这种方法制成的菌剂可是单一的菌剂,也可是混合的菌剂,且随着基础材料的缓慢降解而长期释放,基础材料的壁厚不同,释放的时间不同,孔腔的壁越薄,缓释的时间越短,孔腔的壁越厚,缓释的时间越长;
综上所述,本发明制成的补菌剂,可方便的给植物施用,即可用于盆栽花卉,又可用于大田生产,克服了以往施加菌剂的不便,可批量施加,机械化施加,一次施加,长期有效。

实施例1
为增加紫花苜蓿株高、地上部干重、根部干重和根冠比,也使植株内氮、磷、钾含量有所提高。如图1所示,以玉米种1子为基础材料,将其自然风干或者利用烘干箱烘干,利用制孔工具在玉米种子的胚芽处钻孔,去除种子的胚芽结构,并在种子的内部做一孔腔2;利用CGMCC17463干菌做成紫花苜蓿专用的生物菌剂,将其注入孔腔2后,利用封堵材料3将钻孔开口处封堵,得到环保型缓释补菌制剂。

利用大豆种子为基础材料,制作兰花专用生物菌剂。将大豆种子自然风干或者利用烘干箱烘干,利用制孔工具在大豆种子的胚芽处钻孔,去除种子的胚芽结构,并在种子的内部做一孔腔;以毛壳菌属、茎点霉属真菌、丛赤壳属、镰孢菌属、链格孢属、小鬼伞属和木霉属真菌等的糊状混合菌剂连带培育基质为原料,将其注入孔腔后,利用封堵材料将钻孔开口处封堵,得到兰花专用环保型缓释补菌制剂。

Claims (9)
1.一种环保型缓释补菌制剂的制作方法,其特征在于:主要包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将作物种子单体颗粒作为基础材料,将其自然风干或者利用烘干箱烘干,得到干燥的种子;
步骤二、利用制孔工具在干燥的种子的胚芽处钻孔,去除种子的胚芽结构,并在种子的内部做一孔腔;
步骤三、将定量的菌剂注入孔腔后,利用封堵材料将钻孔开口处封堵,得到环保型缓释补菌制剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型缓释补菌制剂的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤一中所述作物种子单体颗粒为玉米粒、黄豆粒、绿豆粒、红豆粒或小米粒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型缓释补菌制剂的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤一中烘干箱温度设置为70℃,时间为1h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型缓释补菌制剂的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤二中所述制孔工具为手工工具或机加工工具。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型缓释补菌制剂的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤二中所述制孔工具为普通钻头、球头磨钻或球头铣刀。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型缓释补菌制剂的制作方法,其特征在于:所述孔腔的壁厚与缓释的时间成正比。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型缓释补菌制剂的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤三中菌剂为糊状或者干粉状的菌剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型缓释补菌制剂的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤三中所述封堵材料为生物胶水、植物胶水、硅胶或者速干水泥。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型缓释补菌制剂的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤三中利用封堵材料将钻孔开口处封堵后,还可以通过制粒机在种子表面包裹一层黏土,自然风干后得到环保型缓释补菌制剂。
